Circle K always reminds me of my first days of driving growing up in Central Florida. Yesterday I had to take my elderly mother to the hospital in Elkin, North Carolina. We passed a Circle K with Shell Gasoline lees than 1/5 mile away. After the procedure we stopped at the convenience store. I had all three of my lawn equipment gas cans in the way back of my mom’s 2021 Toyota 4Runner TRD Off Road. Fuel was 37 cents less expensive than in the town we have property in just one hour away over the mountain. I filled my fuel cans and the suv. Now, when I went inside to buy some drinks I used the mens room. It was clean but the plumber should refund any charges that applied to installing the toilet. We were slum lords as I was growing up. I have never seen an installation as wonky as the stall I used.

Paid $14 for a car wash and just got brushes and a little bit of water. No soap at all, just brushes on dry paint and some kind of wax or something to seal in the dirt.

I like the Elkin store. I have bought my gas there since its been open. I have quit until you can get the scanners onthe pumps fixed ti scan chipped cards. I have no trouble anywhere else with my card, only circle k will not accept it . It has been this way for the last 2 or 3 months. Why can't you fix this?

I stopped by to run my car through the car wash and my card got stuck in the machine. The employee was more concerned with me messing the machine up than it taking my card and had to call the manager to bring some pliers to remove my card. When the manager arrived she was very condescending towards me stating in a derogatory manner "that's what happens when you put it in there backwards". Now, there's a picture of how to place the card into the reader and I put it in correctly. I don't appreciate being treated like I'm an idiot by an actual moron, nor do I appreciate being accused of being in the wrong when their system messes up. Also worth mentioning is that the lady who tried to use the car wash before me couldn't get her pre paid code to work either. I guess it's just everyone else's fault that they have a faulty system.

The employees are the most professional and nice meat people I think I’ve ever met!! I’ve even seen Justin pump gas for elderly individuals. Not to mention the facility is ALWAYS well kept and in order. Never thought I would write a review about a gas station...but this place is great!!!

I would have right at this place hireI would rate this place higher but ever since they updated the car wash it stays out of order more than it's available for washing off your car. So until they can get this thing working properly they have lost my business and my company's business the car wash is over priced anyway

This store in Elkin, NC authorized my card when I used it as Debit at the pump for $85.00 I was notified by message that this happened so I cancelled the transaction. The pump says up to $75 could be held. Even so this should not occur when using Debit and entering a PIN number which I did. No one has attempted to make this right in fact the employee working told me he doesn't know what to tell me about the situation. Very poor customer service, and sub standard operating procedures are what you get when doing Business with Circle K so let me be the one to say thanks for ruining my weekend. Also your Contact us form on the website of yours is broken so I guess you prefer other methods of contact. The biggest issue here is you should not be getting authorization holds when you run your card as debit at the pump. I would advise you not to trust Circle K / Shell in Elkin with you financial information since this shows they cannot be trusted. If you must go there use cash!! It will be in your best interest.

While traveling today my family stopped here for gas and a snack. Staff young man cashiering was very friendly and well mannered. The building was clean.

Staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. Property is well lit and very clean. Great location. Again, can’t say enough about the staff; easily the most friendly and helpful group of employees in town.
