Came in to get propane and they told me the tank was empty. There lazy I went out and checked the pressure gauge and it was not empty. They say it's empty so there lazy behinds don't have to go out and fill your tank. I will never comeback here ,and I recommend you don't shop there too.This TSC has some lazy employees or lazy managers,somethings wrong! **Update I can't believe I haven't heard from management yet** I guess the customer service is pretty bad also

Not sure how anyone, let alone two people who work at the same Tractor supply not know what a shear pin is. How about product familiarization? Don't know if they even have them here as nobody that works here could even look it up on Not much for "tractor" supplies.

I went in to get a nut for my baby girls fishing pole handle. I went directly to Customer Service and the associate Wiley was very willing to help. He found exactly what I needed and even put it on for me. Thank you for your help, now my baby girl can fish with us!

The store in Elizabethtown has very nice staff. I called Nancy to check availability of an item and she was very helpful. When I arrived, she assisted me in getting and loading the right size. The online store does not match what is available in the store. Online said that the item was not available but could be shipped. There were at least 8 on hand in the store. I'm glad I called to check.

I went there looking for top soil. Our puppy had dug a lot of holes in our yard and my husband said I could get that for him for Father's Day. I bought him 5 bags and he was very happy as they filled the holes and he had 2 bags left over. The people that helped me were very nice, they even had me drive my car over to the bags and they loaded my trunk.

normally great service at this location but today I made a special trip here because internet store said it was the only store within 50 miles with seed I needed. Seed not in stock and then although there's a large note on register did not get credit for my purchase to my account.

Mixed feelings. Everything is just OK. Some items are good...but most are Run of the mill products, but starting to be cheap items that are overpriced. Glad to have them, can get you out of a bind.

I wll NO longer shop Tractor Supply!I ordered online to pick up in store. I received an email stating my order was delivered to TSC in Elizabethtown, NC. When I arrived there was NO cashier in sight. When the cashier finally arrived I told him why I was there. He went to where the item was kept on the floor. I informed him my order should be in the back marked for me. IT WAS NOT. So we waited for the Manager-On-Duty who was outside talking. After I questioned if the M-O-D was talking to a customer, the cashier went outside to talk to her. He came back in and gave me the floor stock, which was actually 'my special order'. He was very apologetic about the mistake that was made, which I appreciated, but it wasn't his fault. I spoke to the M-O-D who also apologized. This did not help nor did it answer my questions as to why this happened. This was an early Christmas present for my son-in-law. If this kind of mistake is made now I can't imagine your Christmas rush!!Questions about TSC policies;1. Why isn't the customer called when theirorder arrives at the store (a personaltouch in addition to the email).2. Why aren't orders marked with thecustomers name and placed in adesignated place where all associateshave access.This is not intended to harm anyone! As a former manager, I believe in holding everyone accountable. Because the Customer signs YOUR paycheck!!Thank You,M Myers

An excellent store for anything you might need on a farm. They have horse and pet food. Even chicks in season. A great selection of hardware and tools and even clothing. There's always someone to help you find things if you ask.

Currently there is a required mask mandate for our state and this store continues to ignore all CDC guidelines and requires no one to wear a mask including their own employees.Along with this customer service is always lacking.
