The shelves are constantly being stocked which is great but some times I need to get to a product that is being stocked and I can't get to it! It not really a complaint but that means I have to make another trip to the store! The cashier's are all really nice and very efficient! The store staff are busy stocking and don't have time to chat! Great selection of products!

Better than average late night Walmart shopping experience. Only one person was vomiting in the parking lot! Shopping carts left uncared for? Check. But seeing as this Walmart was pretty out of the way, they still had a very nice selection of Christmas supplies! The store was relatively clean. Staff is about as helpful as at any Walmart, so not really. The selection was pretty good. Would probably go back if I was in the area.

This store has been on a decline since before covid and has gotten worse. They are not carrying quality meats or supplies most times theyare out of all kinds of food items or prices have gotten worse.

The pick-up was fine, the young man was very nice.There was a little confusion as I received a text saying my order had been canceled even though my online account showed it had not.I tried calling the pick-up service line and the operator line, both just kept ringing for over 3 minutes on multiple attempts. I finally had to call the online customer service number for help.Turns out, my order had not been canceled. The text was a "glitch" according to the agent.

Curbside pickup is excellent and or everything! Plenty of lanes to park to get your vehicle loaded with products that you ordered. Pickup signs on the Walmart building, in the parking lot and on the street after entering the parking lot. Young man (name tag, Sincere) was nice polite and professional, he did a good job and got me in and out. Young women working curbside pickup are nice and friendly too. Highly recommend!

The only problem I have is handicapped accessibility options. Metal detectors are located at every door. They dont understand what a brain shunt is. And the need to avoid magnetic items! Even with the medical card stating such!

Sunday at 10 am and only two cashier's, no big self service lines open and my food is going bad standing here in lines 10 carts deep. Plenty of people here to work, put more on the 9 other registers sitting here collecting dust.

I went in through the auto service department. Just to be clear, I am a Career Counselor for the United States Army and I was in uniform this morning. Just to grab a power inverter for work while I'm on the road. EverStart Maxx 1000W that had on the shelve for $56.00. I stood there reading the reviews on this product before I bought it because I bought one from there once before it and it only last about a month. So I picked up and took it to the register and it rung up for $99.00. I told them I'm not trying to get over but you had in the wrong spot. Whoever the supervisor is only wanted to offer me 10% off on their mistake. I will go to Lowe's where servicemember are welcome. I would not recommend anybody to that Auto Department. Moving forward Auto Dept of Walmart, do your inventory and make sure your products are in the right spot instead of twirling your fingers.Date: 20240307Estimated time: 0815

The convenience of Walmart is great, everyone shops at Walmart because they believe that they can get a good price for consumer goods here. I even believed that this store was a good place to work, so i worked here as a Certified Pharmacy Technician. However this specific location in Elizabeth City, NC is extremely horrible in terms of customer service, and this place racially profiles its’ ethnic shoppers. I shopped at this location today, and i was followed around the ENTIRE STORE by Loss Prevention, Managers, or Associates. No lie. I was just buying items for a superbowl party im going to tonight, and i have had the most uncomfortable experience today. Yall can do what you want, but i will no longer spend my money at a Walmart again- Especially this one. I earn good money as a business owner, contractor, and pastor. Following me around like they did made me feel as though my hard earned money meant nothing there. Its fine. Food Lion and Aldi are up the street with better prices and Amazon i can order for everything else. I hope Walmart goes Bankrupt. ☺️

Went there to purchase iPhone gift cards and each time I go, either they are located in a different location or they a variety or they are out. Since the pandemic, Walmart like all other stores are not good anymore and it's an easy chore to blame it on the pandemic!!!

3/30/24 * Drove in last night and did an overnight in our RV - 32 ft Class C and TOAD. Right off Route 17. Parked along side near customer pre-order pick up. Shopped in AM. $350 should have covered the convenience of staying in lot overnight. There is a Starbucks and gas station across the street.

brought my car in for an oil change. the employee came in from a break and had a strong smell of marijuna. how you allow your employees to smoke marijuna and work on customers cars. I'm not the only that was sitting there and notice the strong smell as employees came back inside from a break

I scheduled my oil change for this Walmart online and got a confirmation through text and email. When I arrived for my appointment they informed me they don't do oil changes anymore because their lift is broken. I rearranged my schedule for this oil change so thank you wal-mart for wasting my time.

We were in the Walmart in Tanglewood in Elizabeth city we went in to do a little shopping my husband has just had back surgery not only do they never have a enough working or charged mark charts but the allowed children to ride them almost bumping in to people while mom is in another not watching her children at all when I ask for a manger the manger told me there was nothing she could do about it Walmart should be ashamed

If I could give a zero rating, I would. I ordered a Nintendo switch and 2 games online for curbside pickup via Affirm. I picked my items up at curbside today. I noticed that the Nintendo switch box was damaged as I sat in the parking spot. I opened it up. It was not taped. Low and behold the switch was in used condition with fingerprints all over the screen and scratched up. The charging dock was damaged. I immediately drove around to the front of the store and went to customer service. All I want is a new Nintendo switch that I paid for. The manager stated they couldn't just give me a different one. I had to get a refund and reapply for the Affirm loan. I left and called Affirm in hopes to get approved for another switch, well, I must wait up to 45 days for the return to complete. Walmart has yet to confirm the refund to Affirm. I have emailed my receipt to Affirm. Basically, customer service is lacking. No care at all for my time and gas to get a used damaged item. I'm so very upset and disgusted. Check your items at pick up!

Overall experience is generally positive. I do enjoy self-checkout. I actually prefer self checkout. Only complaint with that is I wish they would open more frequently the conveyor belt self-checkouts for when I do larger purchases. Most everything I'm looking for is well-stocked however for the past few times that I've been they never have the clear watermelon and strawberry flavor enhancer so I don't know if they're hoarding it in the back or what I wish they would keep that stocked up a little bit more.

We waited 40 minutes for our online pick up order- for the second time. If this store can't get enough staff to fill the orders in a reasonable amount of time - management needs to turn the online ordering off. I am sure the employees are working as quickly as they can, this is 100% a management issue that needs to be addressed.

Horrible customer service I waited 40 minutes for 5 small bags of groceries. When I asked why they were so late they said everything came in late but the people who got here 20 minutes After me got in and out within 10 minutes DO NOT GO TO THIS WALMART!!!!

No major complaints. Store is clean and reasonably well stocked most of the time. I dont care much for using the self checkout but i know it keeps THEIR costs down. Biggest complaint is that there are not enough antibacterial wipes at the front of the store to wipe off carts and hands. Additionally, many carts are grungy, some with bent or broken wheels.

Sometimes Walmart is the only place to get what you need. Their prices were fairly competitive and they were pretty well stocked.

The store is always clean. Never crowded. Don't see workers standing around chatting. Their always helpful when asked. Even if it's not their department. Regular rotation of plants in Garden. Fruits tend to be iffy, but I love the selection of bananas. Wish they carried more tri-tip.

I've noticed that the products that I buy on a regular basis are smaller in size, but the prices are higher. I have noticed also, that the quality is declining. I bought a full length mirror the other day and, before I got home it was broken. So now I have a broken mirror hanging on the back of my bedroom door. So disappointed.

Check expiration dates on vitamins, I only had like four months on mine before they were no good. They are not rotating them. The meats are not good at all. Walmart used to be a good place to go, but prices are just as high as the other stores.

So we pay the membership fee for online shopping. Walmart+ has been pretty darn good. But lately, it seems whoever is shopping in the store is picking some of the oldest vegetables or fruits. Cut bag of chips. We are busy and chose to do the membership. But now, questioning canceling and shopping elsewhere.These photos are only yesterday's order. I did not see last order photos uploaded to this post, but I will post when I do find them.
