I have 3 cars with you doing an oil change and buying tires.. and in the oil change services department they have a bad, I say and terrible customer service, they don't know what they are doing and it is not the first time that I have come to service my cars .. I've never been a huge fan of grocery shopping. But with Walmart Grocery Pickup, it has never been easier. I make a list and order, schedule my pickup and pay. The hardest part is driving to Walmart for pickup. This is a great service! The representatives always provide excellent customer service and I never have to leave the car.

We checked in when we got to the designated parking spots for grocery pick up via the Walmart app and someone was there to deliver our groceries in just a few minutes. They were very friendly and it wasn't awkward as they loaded our groceries into the back for us. It is soo convenient to do grocery pick up especially when you've got kids and you don't want to lug them through the store

I love it! The pickup crew at Elizabeth City Walmart are polite, helpful, and friendly. They are like your best friend. I've been doing the grocery pickup for almost a year. No more long lines at the cash register lane. Just pickup and go.

Follow the instructions received by text and press the "Leaving now" option so the app will know when you are leaving home. When you arrive GPS will track you to the store and it will prompt you about where you're located in the pickup space and what color your car is. It took less than 3 minutes to get my groceries picked up. Fast and efficient.

So convenient! And all the employees bringing out your groceries are really personable & prompt. It would be nice if people putting grocery orders in bags would consolidate a bit more in an effort to use fewer bags, and if there was a "no bags" option for people who prefer to use their own reusable grocery bags.

I love this service that Wal-Mart offers. We do not love to go into Wal-Mart and this saves us a bunch of aggravation. We just have do plan ahead of time to sign up for the day and time we want on the app. This service is so convenient. We have only had one issue and that was because they were severely understaffed. We always have friendly and helpful employees bringing our food out to us.

Constantly messing up orders, often we'd get home to find something missing completely. We've used the service for awhile. Final straw was 'Audrey' on the phone earlier claiming she couldn't substitute a product since they were out. Keep in mind this was over 4 hours prior to pickup. Her attitude on the phone was far less than professional. Jokes on you though since now you have to put the order back on the shelves. Funny how that backfired.

For the working family, single parent, disabled, or just someone who doesn't like to grocery shop this is the perfect solution. Simple and easy to navigate the app on your smartphone or the web page on your home computer. The minimum amount needed for free pickup is more than what one would normally spend grocery shopping anyhow. They pick out quality produce, meat, and chicken. Have no worries about them picking wilted or old bruised produce. They shop like they are shopping for themselves! I have used the service since they started in Elizabeth City and have no regrets at all. Occasionally the web page shows items that they do not have in stock, if you use the substitute option they find something very similar to what you chose. I believe that this may be the future of grocery shopping, and shopping in general.

This was our first experience with Walmart pickup and it was awesome. After parking we only had to wait a couple of minutes and a very courteous and polite young lady came out and placed our Goods in the car.

With two kids it's nice not having to go into the store and navigate around slow people hanging out. And if they are out of what I needed I already know instead of spending an hour trying to find it, plus not being around everyone's germs
