They just opened the new location over by Walmart. It's larger and has room for all the things they needed to stock and couldn't. I buy my chicken feed from here when I can't make it to my local grain store. The staff is very helpful in all manners. If you can't find something just ask and they will assist you. They have chickens and ducks starting the end of February as long as all the things you'll need to raise backyard or large farm chickens/ducks. They have feed and accessories for most livestock as well as a vast selection of self administered vaccines for your animals of all breeds. Hope yalls experience is as good as mine always is.

Call in today to ask if they had a water heater and the man that picked up the phone just said "I don't know". Didn't even try to look it up and find out. Should have just said I don't want to do my job while getting paid.

Went in to get a propane heater that was described online as in stock and available for pickup. After walking in and asking where they were located I was told that they were in storage onsite. The person at the front desk said they were too busy to look for it and it would take several hours. First experience at the new location.

Love our new Tractor Supply Co. in EC!! Greatly appreciate they carry Beekeeping Equipment ( unlike many other TSC’s…) for our local Beekeepers! Our Honeybee’s are super important to All of Us!! They lead by example in EC!! Thank you very much!

I absolutely love this store!! The only thing that frustrates me is, at times, when using the curbside pick up, it takes a very long time to have your order brought out. Usually after more than a 5 minute wait, I‘ll go inside to get my order. I must add, there is one employee I’ve dealt with twice, that has no sense of urgency whatsoever!!! She absolutely can care less about getting my item(s)......if you choose to work in a customer service area, you should be motivated even just a wee bit, to provide some kind service and maybe a kind word. But, other than this 1 employee, I LOVE this store!! The one particular employee is the only reason I won’t give a 5 star rating.

The customer service at this Tractor Supply is extraordinary. This extends to their phone service also, which is really helpful. I have been dealing with this store for over two years. If you get a chance, frequent this place. You will not be disappointed.

Shows online that they sell 1 1/2" hose by the ft. Drive 20 miles to the store only to find out that they wouldn't. They had a 100' roll of it but only would sell the 2" by the ft. I needed the 1 1/2". That's very poor customer service!!!!

TSC Elizabeth City was in such a rush to move to WalMart Town, they didn't get the new facility finished first. Still not finished several weeks after the move. No parking spots for contactless pickup, no drive-thru pickup, lots of items missing from the shelves. In addition, it is difficult to get to the store due to not having an entrance on 344 and all of those big rig trucks parked on both sides of the entrance roads to the store. If these are public roads, those rigs should NOT be parked there. The old location had a MUCH better set up, easier to get in and out of and had a better selection of items. Since the E City store didn't have enough of what I needed, I went to Moyock. Much better setup and better stocked store. I have also been to the Rocky Mount and Suffolk, VA stores. Again, much better. Get your act together, E City TSC.

Great staff, always willing to help. Location has items that you sometimes can only find online. If you need something and have questions someone is always available with an answer and if they don't know they look it up. Prices are reasonable. Overall its my go to store for all my poultry needs and at home vaccines for our animals.

Have been waiting to get tanks refilled but TSC propane refill station is out of service for repair. Only place to get propane for now. I would have given it no stars but you have to give one to be able to post..

Amelia is always so polite and cheerful. I shop her all the time. She can make your day a little brighter. Great place to shop. Everyone that works there is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Always have what I need.

I love this store! As an avid bird enthusiast, I buy all my supplies at Tractor Supply! The ppl are always nice and ready to help. I just wish the company would have more employees on Saturdays...but then we wouldnt want to cut into the bigwigs bonuses...etc😉

Kind of a small location. Not much in the way of clearance prices items to choose from either. I recently visited the location in ahoskie and was much more impressed with their selection, friendly staff, and great bargain prices on some name brand tools I could not find anywhere else. This location had some things on a shelf marked clearance but no prices on the individual items to know if it's really a decent discount or not. I may very well have bought more if things had been marked clearly.

It's very clean and very well organized! Wish there was a bit more cat selection but I feel this is a Dog Lover Central, no complaints (also have a dog myself.) Had a nice time with the baby chicks, employees and fellow customers were very kind!! Highly recommend ✌️

Tractor Supply is a store to come and pick up something you need without the inconvenience of waiting for an online order. They have the basics for many animals however you need the order online for more specific items as they only carry a few select brands.

Would not recommend buying chicks from here I never should have after I’d seen them take two out not that they were dead but stunned they were the tiny bantams I thought that might have gotten trampled but nope 15 mins to home and one of mine was in the same state I took them right back I was disgusted and the employees didn’t seem to care no sympathy or explanation. Feel sorry for all those left.

For the area this TS should be bigger. This is no longer our go to. We travel to Chesapeake now. This tractor supply is small and never seems to have what we need. Feed is never put as they don't have enough shelf space. You always have to wait by the back and ask if they have it in stock. The manager is nice but I have had a issue with a lower manager. He said something condescending and rude. The checkers are usually friendly and chatty. Still, this is last resort for us.

Thankful for the curbside pickup option. Looking forward to the opening of the new location. Customer base has outgrown the old location. Parking is limited as well as shelf space and even something as simple as cart availability.

My wife bought 6 baby chicks and we didn't notice that 1 of the chicks had deformed feet. I called the store to see about a return policy, and was advised that they wouldn't take the chick because it had been over 24 hrs. This chick's feet are deformed.

It's smaller than other Tractor Supply stores that I've been to before, but it's certainly better than nothing. They have most of the usual stuff that one might expect from this chain. Not bad for EC.

I have been to this location twice in the last 3 weeks. Left both times without buying anything because there were zero employees to help. The only employee on the floor was the cashier who had 4 people in line. One employee saw me and made a beeline for the back room and never came back out. If I didn't have to visit Tractor Supply, I wouldn't. Both this location and the Centreville Tpk location in Chesapeake have a severe staffing/payroll issue. There are never enough employees.

Great place. All types of stuff for farmers and homeowners alike. Outdoor equipment, lawn and garden supplies, home decor, feed and supplies for all types of animals. Work boots, cowboy boots, clothing. We love this place. Helpful, friendly staff

Good selection and price with helpful, friendly staff as usual! This is a smaller than average store, but not missing anything except the parking lot is tricky if you are pulling a trailer.
