Very polite cashier.I didn't know Ross sells "toys."It was nice to see a McFarlane figure on the shelf and I purchased it.Hopefully this Ross will have more of them when available.

I can't believe the disgust we walked into tonight. It seriously looked like people just went in and just pulled everything off the shelves. You couldn't even walk down some isles. It was pretty clean on the kids side though. 🤔 Hmmm.... No, it couldn't be ADULTS that made that mess, or was it. It was. I did speak with a worker, and she said they just decided to not clean up until later that this had been happening all day. Just ridiculous, no respect, home training, morals. Where did they go? Come on ADULTS, it's called integrity, respect and simply being a good person. Do better!

Got a few items I am quite happy 😊 with. We don't have a Ross and selection and prices were fantastic don't have any in Boston, MA but definitely go again in north Carolina 😀.

I love the prices and the selection offered here at Ross. I wish they had a selection of sized 10 shoe for woman though. Cashier's and the dressing room attendant have always been very courteous and friendly.

I always love this store. The merchandise may have to be sought for a little to find your size or something specific but overall it's pretty airy, open, and bright. I love coming here for housewares or putting together a last minute gift basket for a friend. The staff are always friendly, except in the dressing room area. I avoid this section by all means, they yell at you for serving yourself but are rarely there to help you when you look for them. I hate dressing rooms like these, I understand theft to be an issue but wasting my precious time is an issue too. And as a parent, it's a pain to try something on in the first place. At least if they are going to hassle you to get in, they should pull other sizes for you try and make suggestions.

I was actually in shock. I haven't been in here for a while because usually tjmaxx is way better. But they have really stepped up! Tons of house items now along with a good selection of clothes shoes and accessories! Prices are also really great! I will be visiting more often now

This store is hit or miss for finding clothes. They have less merchandise than other Ross' stores that I have visited.Merchandise is unorganized for the most part. Items that don't belong are placed everywhere. Clothing racks are a mix of sizes instead of being placed in size order. You have to go through each rack.Items, such as their beauty section, have been opened, used & placed back in the boxes or there are empty boxes where items have been stolen. A lot of items are in a pile that you have to sort through.Check out lines are long and my last visit the cashier was distracted by other cashiers, which made it take longer than necessary for me to purchase one item.I only visit this store if I have to.

Very good Ross store. If you look there's always some pretty good bargains and great prices. They do seem to have a lack of employees though.

I (and a few others I know) have bought items from here and gotten home only to find out they are damaged in some way or just become damaged after only wearing for a short amount of time. The prices are great but I believe in "quality over quantity." The employees are nice and the store is clean.

Great selection of clothes! The line was very long. My order was big and it was awkward since it held the line up. Only one cashier. She called for help, but no one came.

This is my go to for my littles to get the best name brand clothes and not cry at the prices as they outgrow everything in no time flat. I think every single mother should go for the bargains while their little ones are still outgrowing their clothes at the speed of light but still look as stylish and adorable as they should! Price is the best selling point, but the bigger picture is the brands discounted and I dont break the bank while my children are growing! I think that the whole point is to save money and also get the best of brands too!

I go in here for the other random stuff (non-clothes). They did not have as big of a selection of baby/kids clothes as TJ Maxx did. Nor did they have that big of a selection of food/decor as Maxx. I visited both on the same day. The store is clean. The staff members are friendly. Decent prices as always.

I was in there as a fire drill was in place. The alarms just started blasting. I was up front checking out and an AA woman was checking me out, she has braids and a defective eye. She was the most aggravating, obnoxious, rude person I have ever met. The fire department was coming in doing their routine, and she was screaming help while checking me out. She said " I don't even understand why they got to come in here like it's a real fire anyway ". My husband is a volunteer firefighter, and I took that comment that she made to heart. What if it was a real fire and they didn't know whether it was real or fake. They're just doing their job. I will never go back into this Ross. There was a male manager in a female manager in there as well, they were nice and sweet as can be. But her comment towards volunteer fireman, was absolutely disrespectful

This place is pretty great. If you're lucky you can find some brands you like. Good prices as well. There's always Jeans, Shirts, Shorts, Pajamas, Shoes, Belts, Ties, Hats, Gloves, Scarfs, Dresses, Kitchen Decor and other Decor, Car Accessories, and Excercise Accessories and Nic Nacs. Staff is helpful. Clean dressing rooms.Can usually find some interesting stuff here as well. Bought a Carolina Panthers Steering Wheel Cover and Floor Mats here for 15$. Will be coming back for sure.

Great quality designer clothing and shoes for kids and adults. Just bought my 8 year of old some retro Jordans for only $37! They retail anywhere else for almost $200! Awesome savings, Ross is the only walk in retail shopping I do period, I buy wholesale direct 99% of the time to cut out the insane middle man mark ups that represent "covience"... Giving away money for simply being impatient and lazy doesn't strike me as covient no matter how you look at it.... Ross Rocks!! Highly recommend..

Ross is slacking.. They use to have nice plus size clothes. Now they hardly have anything cute. If you're getting clothes or toys for younger kids I definitely recommend it. Other than that, nope.
