You have to find someone to open their dressing room since they lock theirs. It is a hot store in the summer. You can't get any of their locked items. I was lucky to find an item that wasn't locked. It wasn't the one I wanted, but I wouldn't have been able to get the other one.

Smothering heat in 74° weather. Why is it hotter inside the building than outside? I went to pick up some things but it was so hot I left without anything. They have fans at the front for the cashier so they don't pass out and it's only pushing the hot air. Who is setting the thermostat and not working in the store?

We like this store. Lots of variety. Good prices for every day stuff. Nothing fancy but ok. Nice people.

They have reasonable prices, a good variety of inventory/items, and it is worth the visit. Staff is helpful.Plenty of parking.

Usually I love shopping here! But the other day I went there and was looking at some items in store and when I moved the store employee started huffing and puffing and slamming the items back in place. I didn’t even move the items off the same shelf where they were placed already, and she acted like I went over to the shelf and moved everything, or unorganized everything in that area. She clearly wanted to make me feel uncomfortable as a customer and all I wanted to do is leave everything in my cart and go somewhere else to shop. Need to train the employees on good customer service, or you will lose business, just saying. On the other side she might of just been having a bad or stressful day, I mean we all have days like that but it did make me super uncomfortable.

Could use for sale people on floor also more customer service on floor as well for items locked up outside. Especially when it's cold and then cashier has to announce help for outside merchandise. My first day I wanted it but said never mind. If my auntie didn't want to pick up something from their. It was another lost sale. So on a scale of 1-10 . I say it's a 4. .just saying!

Most are very good people who work there! Older people with good work ethic! Always great deals.One woman with a long weave follows you around in the store, as if it were Macys.

Every Roses store I have been in is nasty and dirty, spiders everywhere windows dirty and the bathroom make you vomitt. Whoever owns these stores need to clean them up. Carpets and floors need to be swept and vacuum. Ac for the workers need to be turn on during the summer.It is a shame the way these stores are kept. All of these stores need to be look into. Not later but right now. I live in Elizabeth City Nc.

Today Sunday August 2 2020. When I was in the store shopping. Noticed that the employees will not follow state guide lines about wearing a mask. The cashier that helped me had her mask just covering her mouth. Another male employee did not have a mask at all. With a rise is the Covid virus. The last thing we need is a store that can not follow state lines regarding this virus.

Very disappointed by how this store is managed. Store hours say from 8am to 10pm on Sundays. I drove here thinking they would be open. Tried calling, no answer, went to the door and still locked at 830. If you can't be to work like you advertise find someone who can. Change your store hours online or post something on your store or even answering machine. Don't leave your customers guessing of left out in the cold wasting fuel.i am very disappointed about the professional atmosphere at this location and I will contact the corporate office. 1-14-18 at 8:30am

I have nothing bad to say about Roses, really. It isn't the best store in town but It has affordable items and the lines aren't usually long. My grandma really likes Roses but my younger sister and I aren't as fond of it.

Severally understaffed 3 people are typically a wait in line at this store and things are priced incorrectly or rung up wrong atleast weekly
