Recently, I had the pleasure of taking my American Bully pup, Hank, to Alyssa for grooming. I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations!Not only did Alyssa make Hank's short-haired coat smell amazing, but she also worked her magic to make him look absolutely fantastic. It's clear that she has a true passion for her work and a keen eye for detail.Alyssa's grooming skills are top-notch, and she handled Hank with such care and expertise. She made sure he was comfortable throughout the entire process, which is always a relief for a pup parent like me.I couldn't be happier with the results. Hank looked like a million bucks after his grooming session with Alyssa. Not only did he come home smelling fresh, but his coat was shiny and perfectly groomed.I highly recommend Alyssa to anyone in need of professional grooming services. Her talent, attention to detail, and genuine love for animals truly set her apart. Thank you, Alyssa, for taking such great care of Hank and making him look his best!

I love this Petco. I bought a bag of cat food that my cats HATED and when I went back to buy something else the associate told me that I could return the original within 30 days as long as 2/3 of it was left. I ended up returning it and the return process was super easy. I love that I’m not stuck with something I’m not going to use. I love that they told me instead of just pushing to buy something else. I used to shop at whichever pet store was closest to me but will now make a point of coming here exclusively. Thanks!

Can’t speak for the rest of the store, but if you have any grooming needs, they are awesome. At least Alyssa is. I went in today wholly unprepared, and she thought of everything. I had driven 30 minutes to get there to realize I had forgotten their rabies paperwork. She came up with the solution, and it wasn’t a wasted trip for me or the dogs. Thank you for everything.

The Manager here is rude. First off you have no times on the door saying when you open or close. So I asked the girl to grab something out of a tank for me and she looked over and shouted “3 minutes I told you” to her employee. I’m sorry but that was extremely rude of her and you guys are brand new so you should want the business. Maybe if you actually put the times on the doors then ppl won’t come in last minute and ask for things. Rude Rude Rude…. From a Manager that’s crazy…….. This happened on the night of 7/21/23.
