Be very specific if you bring your dog here. Not all dogs should be shaved. This is something someone in this business should know. My dog had been here at least 4-5 times and this had never happened. I never once said “shave it” or “take it all off.” I said to cut it short and the groomer did.not clarify anything before doing a cut this drastic. My dogs coat protects him from the elements. Now he is without it. I hate leaving bad reviews and debated this but I can’t fix this and I want someone else to know that if they do trust this groomer to make sure you are specific to try to avoid this happening to you. We won’t go back.

The staff was very nice and they loved Oreo. I was given great suggestions by the groomer and they all were just delightful. Oreo has found a new homr at Abby's Waggin Tails.

💯 % recommend. She knows what she’s doing, even when it comes to complicated breeds and old dogs like my 11 year old aussie. Very affordable. She is awesome!

Very disappointed with my last dog grooming done dog went in at 1pm and wasn't done till 5:50, just not happy shouldn't take that long and I made the appointment 2 weeks ahead of time they over book and your dog has to wait. If you have a little dog your in and out but big dogs get must get pushed down the line and done last, don't recommend this groomer if you have a large dog, not happy with my dig sitting at groomer for 5 hrs. Will try fur babies next time,

If you own a doodle I would not take my dog there. My dog was shaved, one side of his face was cut like a poodle and the other side like a retriever. He looks like some one just shaved him from one end to the other. His head was mis-shaped. We called and talked to the owner who offered to do him again for half price. It will take 12 weeks for his hair to grow out enough to attempt another groom. I will never take him there again. The shop is dirty and the groomer did every single thing I asked her not to do.
