We just moved out to Elizabeth City and this is our new "neighborhood " 711. I'm disappointed. The condiment station is always dirty and understocked. The grill never has many options and if you ask about having things restocked or refilled they say they're out. (I get being out of something but when you're out of everything ive ever asked to be refilled it seems more to me like you just dont want to do it) I haven't even tried to mention the sanitary practices to them but it all needs a good wipe down and someone needs to be put in charge of keeping the grill and condiment station maintained.

Update: my review evidently had some impact, she is now not rude, and actually kind of friendly. There's always fresh food, every one speaks, and has made my morning stop enjoyable. Thank you 😊Woman that works nights is so absolutely absurdly rude ALWAYS. I work nights and stop everyday because 711 is the only thing open at 1am and am greeted by someone absolutely miserable in their job. Never a nice word and ALWAYS obnoxious. I really need to find a new stop!

Always very friendly and courteous (most of them anyway). Always very well stocked, and always seems to have all the ready to eat food full stocked as well. Wish there was one closer to my house

The employees have always been polite & helpful. The reason I only gave 4 stars is because 7Eleven prices, like other convenience stores, are rather high. I also gave 4 stars because they only serve their flavored coffees in the morning rather than all day .

Come to store almost every Friday night between 10pm and 11pm. A lot of nights hot chocolate machine is down and in the sink. Would be great if when taken down it is washed and put back in service as soon as possible. Hot chocolate is always wonderful when we get it. Otherwise awesome store.

I never have had any issues here. The service is always great. They usually have what I want in stock. My boyfriend absolutely loves the taquitos. I usually get the big bite hot dogs. They have mayo, ketchup, etc. packets for to go. Great options for snacks. They have regular convenience store items like pepto, dramamine, advil, etc. They also have an ATM in the store as well.The bathrooms are always clean. The store is clean. The parking lot is clean. Plenty of spots to park and walk-in. We have never had issues with getting gas here either. Vehicles run great on it.This is my go-to store on the way out of town for road trips to get gas, cash, and snacks.

I myself have been to this 7-11 so many times. the never seem to surprise me. Knowing its a 7-11 everthang will be pricey allready whitch is fine. But to scam u from ur 7th free cup to getting one of the combos and them not giving u the deal.
