Adorable local favorite but don't forget that they only take cash! I got breakfast biscuits for 5 adults and only spent $17! Prices are cheap and the food is good. Their lunch/dinner items are served all day along with breakfast. Eat local and support these kind folks! No dining room but plenty of parking to eat in your car.Parking: Lots of parking!Kid-friendliness: Plenty of kid-friendly options to eat like hot dogs and grilled cheese.

True NC HOT dogs right here. I was telling my wife that I know I've been coming here for Hot dogs for 40 years now. The breakfast is awesome here as well. Sweet Tea is a must. I had to have one of their chocolate shakes too.

After leaving a client's home stopped at Missy's Grill. Cash only but prices are super low! Food is cooked perfect, toasted great and whatever needs frying is perfect. The food was not as seasoned but you get hot sauce, salt and pepper so you can add. The tea was awesome. Very fresh tasting. I just liked how well each item was cooked. I attached the menu! We got Chuckwagon burger, toasted ham and cheese and an order of fries.

It was a perfect place to stop for a quick bite on our way through Efland. Problem is, I'll now find an excuse to go back just for the onion rings and BLT! My 10 year old noticed the 100 score for food safety and sanitation, so don't let the rural roadside location deter you. Kids loved their burgers, we'll be back to try more menu items soon!

The food is always great. I got a BLT and it is loaded with bacon..love..Hot dogs are also another winner..Breakfast all day also...It is a take away stand with picnic tables.

Great BLTs, but to me it feels like something I could’ve made at home fairly easily. Nothing that stands out or really makes it pop. Still great though.

I'm giving everything a five-star for the service only because they don't accept nothing but cash only carry cash because I'm playing the lottery I scrounge up enough change to Bill to get my meal cheeseburger frie and large drink with $7 well worth it was a soft gun juicy burger old time fashion burger that I like a told Mom and Pop place is better than any the food chains that I've been too but they need to get with x and take debit cards from people they're just giving away money making people drive by because they only take cash that's stupid as hell get with the service get with the the oven x charge a person $2.50 for using debit of whatever I don't care but you need to take debit as well eventually money's going to be used and then what are they going to do

They only take cash, this is main reason I don't frequent here. Their burgers are pretty good for what you pay. The milkshake that I had a while back kinda sucked. Super watery, too much fake strawberry flavor. At least their ice machine working unlike McDonald's.

Staff is always friendly! The food is always great and it’s really cheap here. The parking lot is a little small but the food is definitely worth it. Their chocolate milkshakes are my favorite! They have a really good chicken sandwich too. I would recommend this place to everyone even if you have kids!

Great place. I used to eat at Missy's Grill when I was a kid and now I take my kids there. They are absolutely great, staff is very friendly, their prices are reasonable and the food is great. We are a family of 5 and we stopped at Missy's Grill on the way out of town and had a very big order they put everyone's food in separate bags to make it easier for us. They always get our orders right and that's a big deal for us because most food places mess up our orders and leave stuff out. I highly recommend Missy's Grill to anyone who loves a great hotdog, bbq sandwich, cheeseburger, grilled cheese, fries, hush puppies, onion rings and much more.

We love this little to go place. They do have a covered picnic area to eat at if you want to. Great hotdogs, really have never had anything that was below good. Not the healthiest place to eat for sure, but it sure is good every once in a while! Very friendly staff and bathroom around back. Recommend Missy's great tasting food and great service!!

I love missys food but their hours these days are crazy. I checked google before I left work early to make sure I got there in time. When I pulled up I saw the closed sign up at 5:40 when their hours as stated on google are till 6pm. I checked the operating hours sign which also stated 6pm. I asked the girl inside I’d their hours had changed and she said “no we had to close at 5pm today! Well I just wasted a lot of gas and quit working early to go to missys. This has happened to me three times now!

Food was good. I love that they sell all day breakfast. Customer service is fair, I understand that the employees aren’t going to be smiling when they are overworked and underpaid. Overall a positive experience. Would eat there again.

You cannot beat this place for the money. I get a 3 course meal for $10. It is no 5 star restaurant but given what you get for how much you spend, it deserves more that 5 stars! Typical greasy spoon spot with walk up window and outdoor seating. Great spot to hit up if you are passing through.

There are plenty of better choices nearby.Based on all the positive reviews, we must have caught them on a very VERY off day.When we arrived, I was expecting great things, since there were at least a half dozen people in line or waiting for food and another couple groups scattered about eating their takeaways.After waiting about 10 minutes we ordered for 5 children, 2 adults, and 1 spoiled rotten doggie.We got a variety. Hot dogs, hamburgers, grilled cheese, fries, and onion rings.The fries were greasy and chewy like they were cooked more than once.My burger was cold like it had been sitting.My sister's burger was COLD. Cold like it was pre-cooked and had recently come from the fridge.My dog wouldn't touch the hot dog I got for her. She did eat some of my hamburger tho.Speaking of which, calling it hamburger is a stretch. The patties were the cheap boxed kind of pressed patties, not truly hamburgers.The hot dogs were also the cheap dyed red kind.The kids didn't complain but they were tired and hungry from a day at the park.My stomach sure complained tho.I have already been to the restroom 3 times today.And about that; they have no public restrooms available due to the current epidemic.They also don't take credit cards, but do have an ATM w/ a $3 surcharge, if you are short on cash but still want to get ripped off to eat a cheap, poorly prepared meal.I would NOT recommend this place.

Late lunch. BLT on wheat. Lots of B and L. Fries, very hot with skin. Love 'em Very pleasant order taker. Window service as well as drive through. Not their fault but it is noisy due to I85 and exit. No tables outside yet. Busy at lunch. Going back for breakfast soon. Served all day. Very inexpensive. 2 BLT, 1 french fry and 2 cokes 12.00.
