We purchased a zero-turn mower brand new, it has been a lemon from day one. It has transmission problems. We've made several complaints and finally had to call the Hustler dealership ourselves and get an authorization to have the transmission replaced. This should have been done by Efland farm and garden. The people at efland farm and garden act like they could care less about the situation.They do not stand behind what they sell. Once they had the authorization to repair the mower, they've waited almost a week before they begin ordering parts. Even though they were told the mower was desperately needed before the end of the week! Perfect example of poor customer service! If your income depends on your equipment, do not take it to efland farm and garden!!

I purchased a Masport push mower from this business on April 11, 2023. On October 11, 2023 the transmission blew out. I took it in that day to be evaluated and repaired. As of today, November 22, 2023 it has been in their shop 41 days. I used the mower 6 months. I paid $600 for the mower. Between this business and Masport, no one can get it repaired and back to me. They never call me to update me. I call every Monday to find out the status. Which is always, "it's not ready". Really poor customer service from both ends. Never purchasing a Masport product again. This was my first. And will not purchase anything from this business again.Update 11/25/23After 44 days of my mower being in for repairs, Masport has decided to provide me with a new mower. Masport did finally step up and rectify the issue. 40+ days to decide to do that is still too many in my option.Update 11/28/23Efland Garden Center delivered a new Masport mower to me.

Very knowledgeable and pleasant folks. Also carry very good animal feed products at reasonable prices. The mower repair shop is outstanding. Peter and Charles are both open to helping solve problems for you as both are extremely knowledgeable and practical. Been trading with them for 13 years.

This is one of those places that you hope is always around. Genuinely nice and helpful staff, great prices on feed, a solid selection of merchandise, mowers, string trimmers, and always stocked with local honey and jams. The mower shop is reasonable and knowledgeable with just about any repairs needed.Bring your business here rather than throwing money away at the corporate big box junk stores where you can't even find what you need from all the frilly trinkets clogging up the register area.

Great local farm and repair store. Great owner and staff.. Honesty is such a welcome part of local businesses. And their parts prices are a bargain ! They where priced less than amazon on every item I purchased ! Full of helpful tips and suggestions on my repairs. They always make time to help answer my questions . They sell heavy duty mowers and farm equipment. Head over heals better than the big box stores. Stop by and see how they can help make your farm and yard work life a breeze :)

Dropped off a push mower for repairs. They told me with confidence it would be two weeks, which was a load of ^%$#. I called every other weekto check in. After a month I went to pick it up because it was clear they had no intention of fixing my mower in a timely fashion. The man didn't even give a %^&*. Some dead eyed man without a care in his attitude didn't even express regret for failing to serve. A fawking joke to be honest. Would not recommend.

I have a new Ariens mower I bought from another dealer. The tension spring broke and messed up the belt too. Peter replaced both under warranty with no problems. Great to work with them.

Efland farm and garden is a good place for your outdoor needs .they have a little bit of everything and 2 really good mechanics that work on lawnmowers,weedeaters ,chainsaws and most small ingines . Prices are fair and ownership is friendly would recommend to just stop by and see what they offer

Peter and Charles took care of my Makita 6100 and worked through the warranty claim for me when it suddenly stopped running. In the end, Makita sent me a new powerhead. Thank you EF&G.
