We have been boarding our 11 year old boxer at Silver Paw Pet Resort for the past two years. If you’re looking for a boarder, look no further! Silver Paw is the best! The staff are so sweet and caring. Besides their love for our precious girl, they are more flexible than boarders we have used in the past. Drop off and pick up can happen during all lobby hours, and not specific to morning pickups and afternoon drops. This has never worked for our schedules, so I’m extremely grateful to have this flexibility. They also have the best check-in and checkout processes. Debra, Megan, Makayla, and the rest of the team—y’all are awesome!

I will be bringing our beloved Aussie, Jewel to be groomed here from now on. I didn't have to book a month in advance, and Jewel looks absolutely fabulous. Megan did a wonderful job with her trim and didn't get too close, which is important with Aussies. Top notch service and very reasonable prices as well.

Took Maggie my German shepherd in for a full spa day, Maggie was very happy and the staff did amazing work definitely recommend and I know silver paw pets is my new go to pet groomers

Took my very long haired husky to Megan and she did AMAZING! He was shedding his winter coat so he looked a mess but she deshed him/and brushed him out SO good! He was clean, nice nails/pawpads/ and a happy pup when I picked him up!! The price was great too, and awesome customer service! Will be coming back!

I’m a little late posting this review, but wanted to let the staff know that they’re the BEST. Boarded our 2 dogs here, Dusty Bun and Ugly Mike. This is a clean, welcoming resort for pets. They all seemed to love and care for our dogs. Very kind and knowledgeable staff members. We will definitely be bringing our boys back for a stay. Thank y’all!!! 😍🐕🐕‍ 🐾

We love this place and so do our dogs. The staff are super kind and very attentive to our two dogs, one of whom is mostly blind. He is usually very afraid of strangers and is not friendly with strangers, but he loves the staff here. He lets them pet him and everything. I’m someone who is very nervous about leaving my dogs, but I’ve always felt comfortable boarding them here. Our dogs have been here multiple times. We moved away from the area and still make the trip back here just to board.

This is literally THE best place we have ever taken our little black dog, Zeppelin. She's been boarded here several times now and the staff here already know her by name and get almost as excited to see her as she is to see them. Our good girl always gets a bath and nail trim before we pick her up and she is so fresh and clean when she comes home. She literally smells NICE and her nails, which are black and typically harder to trim, are trimmed beautifully.Everything is clean and well organized inside. Everyone has always been super friendly and helpful. They are even expanding and just recently updated their doggy daycare hours, I do believe. I hope this place continues to grow and I'm so glad we have such an amazing facility so close to home.Better than any place in Greensboro we've been. Highly recommend!!

My pups have always had great care. Last year one of my pups passed away the very day we were dropping them off (he had health difficulties since birth.). They were extra sweet to my other pup while we were gone. They’ve also been very nice considering she jumps fences. I love getting baths and nails done so they’re fresh when we pick them up. Great prices too!

I will not take my pup anywhere else! Megan and Makayla are the best! My little Remi loves seeing them!! If you need to board your pet, SILVER PAW! If you need grooming services, SILVER PAW! They are easy to deal with, understanding and genuinely care for your pets!!!! Hands down, THE BEST!!!

We have used Silver Paw and cannot say enough good things about the care and staff. All the staff is wonderful (especially Megan) and treat our dogs as their own. They also are great with the bathing/nails. Highly recommend them! Only problem is when the dogs come home it is like when kids go to grandma’s…they are spoiled!!😂

Our dog Odin loves this place & they love him. Other places I've boarded him, he has to be peeled from my side. Not this place. Hellgo with them, no problem.

They are all very friendly. This was second time coming here. Today was just a one day stay. The only Con I have is both times I picked up my babies as soon as we got home the three of them Drank and Drank and Drank!!! I will address this in the future if I go back!!!Update: After speaking with the owner I understand better why my fur babies don't drink as much water while at this facility. I will bring my own water from now on. So I changed the rating to 5 stars!They are very caring ladies!

Our family absolutely LOVES Silver Paw Pet Resort. We’ve used SPPR a few times for boarding and have been thoroughly pleased with each experience. The facility is organized, clean, and welcoming. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated to caring for each dog's individual needs. We have a GSD that can sometimes be reactive/anxious around strangers, and the staff at SPPR takes the time to bond and build a trusting relationship with our sweet girl. We will forever use SPPR for boarding for as long as they’re around (and we hope that’s a mighty long time)!

I specifically asked that my Suzy’s ears not be touched. All her pretty “feathers” were shaved! I asked that her face be done by hand. It was shaved also. She only has an “eyebrow” on one side. I said just cut the long hair which would have left more than an inch of hair. She was shaved to her downy coat. She was NOT matted. Her front leg still has long hair on it. I’ll have to cut that myself to match the other one. It would be much better to “make notes” when the new client is THERE giving you instructions NOT after the instructions are not followed. Won’t be returning!!

This week was the second time my two sweet pups have stayed here. The first time was a breeze. However, this time the rates went up without us being aware before hand. Last time, there was a form sent with us with the list of rates there so that’s what we went off of. My female came home a little skinny so we have a vet appointment made to handle that. Over all, we will use this facility again and the management and staff are very friendly people. Just a little hard to get on the phone sometimes.

I love this place!!! I usually stress about leaving my dogs at any boarding facility, because I have worked at boarding facilities and have seen many things that go on that I did not agree with and was upsetting to me so I am hesitant to leave my dogs anywhere.The owner Debbie, let me come in and see the kennels and the runs in the facility before I even boarded my dogs and told me about the routine and everything, the place smelled wonderful and it was very clean. The staff was very friendly! My dogs did wonderful at the facility. And I had great help at check out. I cannot say enough good things about this place. And they went above and beyond my expectations.

My dog Dakota loves this place! Makes it much easier to go out of town when I know he is being taken care of. When we get there, he runs to the front door to go in, so I think that speaks volumes! I drive 30 minutes and by five other places he could be staying, I know this is the best!
