I would rate it a five but I tried to purchase an item and the female owner told me they didn't like how my$5 bill looked so I had to go to out of my way to buy what I needed. I was very disappointed and embarrassed and offended because one of the customers behind me had to explain to me that she meant that she thought it was fake. I wouldn't ever try to buy something with fake money. It sounds like something a child would do.
