This was exactly the lunch we needed while Black Friday shopping! It wasn't a heavy meal, but it was absolutely delicious. Mom got the Dairio salad, the grilled chicken on it was amazing 🤤 (perfect texture, seasoning and warmth.) The booths were clean and comfortable, and the whole place is really just open and inviting. If there was something on a table or the floor, the staff was pretty quick to clean up messes. Bathrooms were also clean. We all really enjoyed our first visit to Dairi-O and will be back.

Been waiting to check this place out since I heard they were building one here. Great atmosphere. The inside seating area is very large with tall ceilings fraitlor. Great place for a family with young kinds. The staff was friendly and paid attention to my order. Food was fresh.. Jalapeño ranch was probably the best thing. The spicy sauce isn’t spicy though. I have never been to a place where you can get fried and grilled chicken either regular or spicy. The spicy grilled chicken was amazing.I love that everything you order here comes standard with "choose your toppings".The fries were fresh and perfectly salted, the milkshake was great! The homemade jalapeno ranch is bomb. They also have a ton of different ice cream flavors.The inside of the restaurant has plenty of seats in a beautiful area with professional service.

Wow! This place is huge and there must be 50 people working. It's super clean, and everyone is smiling and friendly. Must be a prerequisite to work here haha. Ordered a monster burger. It was fabulous! Seasoned perfectly but not overdone at all and crispy . Fresh bun and the toppings are fresh and cold which was nice that they weren't just room temp. Crispy onions and lettuxe not wilted. Crinkle cut fries crispy, cooked well but would like salted but that can be added. If you like these kind of onion rings in a wet batter, they were good too. Pepsi products to drink and teas. The ice cream bar has really something for everyone but that will have to be on our return visit because we were sooooo full. Got a sample of the chili with beans- it was super super yummy too. We will go back SOON!

My husband and I took a mini road trip to check out the new Dairi-O. I had never been to one but their menu looked like everything you could want all in one place! We had our pup with us so I went inside and got our food to go. It was a bit of a wait but I wasn't surprised- the drive thru had cars wrapped around and the inside line was pretty long. That being said, the wait was worth it- our food was hot and correct (which I always worry about because I despise pickles and somehow one always ends up on my burger). The hotdog was delicious, burger was great, fries and onion rings on point! (ask for them extra cripsy). Our pup gives their plain hotdog a 12/10 and a 10/10 for the sweet potato fries! We will definitely be back!

This business is doing a great job during grand opening. It's very organized and efficient with handling the large volume of customers. It's also more than adequately staffed and it appears that employees are well-trained. The managers were very helpful as well. Food was great, my order was correct. This place is phenomenal! Food was fresh. Well seasoned burgers, and service was top flight. Restaurant is always clean and everyone is always busy either prepping or cleaning during slower times, they have it on point here. Before this day I was a Five Guys burger advocate...now I fully endorse Dario's. I'm glad I live close because I will be back!

We ordered one burger "the Dairi-o way", one with only cheese & ketchup, and another with cheese, ketchup & lettuce. They gave us 3 "the Dairi-o way". So my son took two in to get them fixed, but Dairi-O manager refused to fix more than one. So one person was stuck with tomato, onion, mustard, mayonnaise, and pickles on his burger - none of which he likes.RUDE OF DAIRI-O!We've been there 5 times and this was our last. They messed up 4 out of five orders and they were rude about it 3 of the times I tried to get it fixed. This time they refused and we had the receipt every time.

Great new restaurant in Hendersonville! The food is delicious and there is such a great variety to pick from! I had the chicken wrap and sweet potato fries both were fantastic! Also don’t miss out on the hand scooped ice cream, sea salt caramel was amazing! Staff and management were so kind and checked on our food and service. Definitely our new favorite place!

Just happened to be driving by, we were hungry so we decided to try it out, the food was excellent and ice cream was very good. The cost for two was comparable to other fast food restaurants, but they had much more to offer. Employees were nice, and the wait time to get our food was average.The bathrooms weren't the cleanest but bearable. We just figured lunch was a busy time, but we went back the same day for dinner, the bathrooms were still kinda messy.

The food was outstanding I got the Monster Burger all the way which comes with chili mustard slaw and onions it was really good. I also loved the fries and tried a few onion rings which were great as well. I went back through the line for a soft serve chocolate milkshake which was amazing also! I’m excited to go back and try the hand scooped shakes and the pita cheeseburger! The staff was very friendly!

This place is amazing. I had never heard of it before but had been told it was good so I decided to give it a try for lunch.My expectations were not only met, but shattered. By far the best fast food burger I've ever had. The patties were cooked to perfection, and there are about 15 toppings to choose from.The crinkle cut fries were perfect as well. Drinks are Pepsi products & tea, and also Gatorade. Great selection.If you haven't tried Dairi-o, you're missing out. It was so good that I'm going back again for dinner!

Very cool fast food place! It is very large, bright, and clean. The parking lot is also quite large. It’s easy to get in and out.The food is good. Certainly better than most other fast food options. My wife has a burger and I had the Greek Chicken on Pita.I was a little surprised by how long it took to get our food, but they explained that certain items take time because they wouldn’t taste as good with a faster process.This restaurant is very new but has become quite popular.Parking: Abundant parking.

First visit to any Dairi-O that being said. The staff was very friendly and the place was super clean. I was with my dad on a golf trip and he asked if they offered military discounts, no they only offer police discounts. He got a chicken sandwich and I got a double cheeseburger and with both you add the condiments and veggies you want. They didn't charge me for extra tomato and lettuce like most places do but I don't think they really added any extra to my sandwich. We both liked your food, very fresh all ingredients but even without getting a drink the bill was $19 for 2. They do have the big crinkle cut fries if you are a fan you don't see them much. Basically a little more expensive but above average on quality not great

Its a great place to eat. They have something for everyone in the family. Everything seems to work together and goes pretty steady. I only had one problem where they didn't put everything we ordered in the bag but when I got home and noticed it, I called them and I spoke to the manager and he was really nice and told me I could come back and get it or he could take my name so I could come at another time. When I got there the manager brought out my missing ideas and apologized again. He gave me two coupons for free ice cream for the trouble. Plenty of parking.

We came here for Spirit Night to support our school. The cashier who helped us, Denise, was very excited about us coming to visit for Spirit Night. She was extremely helpful and accommodating with our questions, as it was our first visit.The store was clean and the decor was bright and welcoming, just like the staff.I ordered the chicken souvlaki, which was flavorful and well-prepared. We also tried the barbecue sandwich, kid's burger, and kid's grilled cheese. All delicious!After dinner, we visited the ice cream bar, which had enough options to rival most ice cream parlors on its own. The Pumpkin Pecan Praline swirl was absolutely to die for!I would have taken pictures of the food, but it was eaten far too quickly. Dinner and dessert for 2 kids and 2 adults for less than $45 was also reasonably priced. I just cannot brag enough on this experience. Thank you Dairi-O, we will definitely be back!Kid-friendliness: Thank you for supporting our local schools while providing family-friendly service with a smile!

Spicy fried chicken sandwich isn't spicy at all. The sauce is more sweet than spicy. Also, the piece of chicken itself, labeled as "crispy," wasn't. And the portion was very thin and very small. Fries are standard frozen fries, nothing special. Service was fast, the dining room was clean and pleasant, prices were good.But for food quality, I'd go somewhere else in the fast food category of things

Wonderful new restaurant and love that it is on the east side of town as there are not a lot of options. Food quality has been great no matter what we have ordered and the ice cream is amazing. Service has been awesome as well. We were waited on by young high school kids and they always provide a great experience. Go eat there and enjoy!

Tried Dairi-o for the first time yesterday after hearing good things about it. Had the monster burger combo and the burger was really good. But the fries, oh wow! I honestly think they’re the best fries I’ve ever had. I don’t know what they do differently, but they’re spectacular! Now I’m spoiled and won’t ever be happy with any other places fries.

New place in town! We ate a late lunch early dinner and it was very clean and new inside. It is fast food. You order at counter and they call your number when it's ready. Hamburgers and hotdogs etc. Cheeseburger was good and my husband ordered the gyro. That portion was small and average he thought. Price was a little on the high side. But it is fast food. Atmosphere on the line with Culver's or Chick Fil a. They do have ice cream but we didn't have that. Service at counter was good. We will probably try the ice cream later and maybe go back when we want fast food.
