First off, the customer service is great. That said, they really need more people on checkouts. The store is laid out differently than any Walmart I've ever been to, and their aisle lettering makes no sense. They also had a surprising amount of bare shelves. This is the closest Walmart to me by far, but I'm probably going to go to Hillsboro to see if it's better. The four stars is literally for how hard the employees were working in a hot and humid store.

Curbside pick up and customer service are non existent. No one ever came to the car after checking in on app. Can’t get a hold of ANYONE via phone. Not customer service. Not curbside. Just all on our own. Already paid. Ridiculous terrible experience

I'm normally a loyal Walmart shopper but there are a couple of things this particular supercenter consistently screws up.They seem to not know how to operate their online pickup service. For starters it frequently happens that for some unexpected reason there will be zero timeslots available for any date or time into the foreseeable future. When you call customer service they say that this should not be the case. They then create some support ticket then a few days later (for probably completely unrelated reasons) things work normally.Secondly their online order pickers consistently ignore my requests to NOT bag my groceries. I don't know how to be clearer about it but this happens on a reoccurring basis.Neither of these issues would bother me that much except I'm a Walmart+ member so I've already incurred a sunk cost. I think I subconsciously expected to get a different/better level of service for my membership. And maybe that is true, but it isn't at this location.Lastly, I tried multiple times yesterday to contact the store directly with my concern. After 3 minutes of calling and being on hold I got disconnected. This happened three times in total at three different times of day when I called them to express this concern. Unacceptable.

I waited in Walmart on Glenn school Road for I know an hour. I got here at 6 o’clock. It is now 754 and I am so livid just waiting on somebody to open the razor case to get a razor out. I am so disappointed in this School Rd., Walmart I will not come back to the store ever again. It is the smallest piece of work in the history of anything that I can ever imagine. I am so deeply disappointed in this store no service everybody don’t know nothing, they try and tell you that somebody’s on the way and ain’t nobody even come around. I think it’s the scariest place in the world.

Long story short, if you're willing to wait for 1hr to pick up your item, then yes. this is the right place.The worst of the worst. I didn't expect much to Walmart, but this place is far below that expectation. I went with curbside pickup option. I notified them "on my way" 20 min before I got there, and had to wait > 40 min at pick up spot. The pickup spot was crowded and apparently multiple cars couldn't even find parking spot, but no one showed up and never answered the phone. I even checked the service are for pickup orders, but nobody was there. After 40 min, one guy showed up with two carts fully stacked items, and asked him if he got my order on his carts but he did not have it. Because of another plan, I had to leave. I requested cancellation of my order, but 20 min after while I was driving, I got a text that my order was picked up. So I had to call Walmart twice to get a refund and it took 2 days.

I recently had the displeasure of shopping at Walmart, and it was one of the most disappointing experiences I've had in a retail store. From the moment I stepped foot into the store, I was met with a disorganized and hectic environment. The aisles were cluttered with merchandise, making it difficult to navigate through the store. It was obvious that the store lacked proper maintenance and attention to detail.Furthermore, the customer service at Walmart was abysmal. The employees seemed disinterested and unhelpful. It was as if I was bothering them by simply asking a question or requesting assistance. They lacked knowledge about the products and couldn't provide any meaningful guidance. The lack of help and support from the staff made my shopping experience frustrating and led to wasted time searching for items on my own.

We all know the chain store Walmart, just as well as we know they are hit or miss with their standards. This location was very clean and in order. Friendly and helpful employees.

I got to Walmart before it opened this morning and noticed that all the workers filled up the handicap parking spots! That's sad because if they work 8:10 12 hours, that means people coming and going that need the advantage of parking close the employees took it away from them. It's not the first Walmart I noticed this at.

I hate this store. It is 1 mile from my home and I will drive all the way to Raleigh to avoid it unless I need something on emergency. The staff is not helpful. The store is junkie. No one wants to help they just look at you like dear, in the headlights Nobody knows where anything is. It’s a wreck. It hasn’t always been that way when it first opened. It was great and now it’s just trash.

Quite disappointed with this Walmart. I waited for over an hour 40 min for an order they said was ready, and they don’t pick up the phone when you call. The voicemail is full so you can’t even leave a message.

I am impressee how bad this Walmart is. I've tried pickups via uber here and wasted 2 hours as I type this. They cant answer the phone. No status update... it happened today and on Dec 23rd but I gave grace and thought maybe Christmas overwhelmed them... no, they've just gotten this bad

Went to buy some Rigatoni and pick up a large bottle of Equate Brand Ibuprofen. The entire Pasta section was empty! No Rigatoni. I went to pick up the Ibuprphen and the big bottle was out of stock. Then I went down to the Garden Center and watched 2 theives walk a shopping cart of product out the fire door. I told the worker who didn't seem to care. I went to Food Lion instead. Walmart used to be the place you could find everything. Now it's hit or miss depending on whether the stocked the aisle and item your looking for.

The people here work so hard to keep things on the shelf...At first I thought it was lazy employees that couldn't keep items on the shelf at this store but going in early in the morning and having to go back a few times....its not only customers wiping the shelves clean its the managements lack of planning and possibly a shortage in workers.

A lot of shelves are bare, Associates like to say "This isn't my department" then walk away, What happened to Cross Training to make employees more valuable? Not very many Cash Registers open, Expect you to check yourself out, Like you are employed by them.

The worst retail experience I’ve ever had, speaking as someone who worked it themselves as a manager for over 2 years. I waited in curbside pickup for almost 45 minutes, I couldn’t go inside because I had a sleeping baby in the car or else I would’ve to save time. When the girl finally brought out my one item I rolled down my window for her to hand it to me, smiled and said thank you, and she says to me “did you just roll your eyes at me ??” I said, “no what’s wrong with you??” She replied and said “yeah girl don’t play that game with me.” She unfortunately didn’t have a name tag or else I would’ve included her name for sure. Her attitude was honestly appalling, the worst retail/customer service experience I’ve ever had to date.

I went to buy something from lawn and garden and you can't even get to that section because of pallets of products stored in the entire section. Like a waste of my gas to even stop by this location I understand post pandemic times but come on now this suppose to be Walmart

Basically your typical Wal-Mart Super Center grocery store or market, garden center, pharmacy, electronic center where phone purchases and plans are available. Staff is usually helpful, courteous but some are just rude and you'd smack them but you avoiding crininal charges. I mean MY FAMILY pays you, you get your check from my money that I spend in this store, no me, no job!! They lack customer service and just how to be NICE, and HELPFUL while you're working!!! Another thorn is like most Wal-Mart's even with the new self check out the wait to check out is ridiculous, really unnecessary. Why have 25 registers and only 3 open? The wait to check out is beyond ridiculous, EVERY TIME I go in really any Wal-Mart. Opical center, money center/ western union, help deskbl, public estrooms, wheel chair accessible and tons of free parking. But I'd really rather go to Target, they are so friendly and if they are a build up of customers, they'll open one, two more registers, just saying

I had a problem with an item ringing up differently than the shelf tag. The nice young man at the register said he had to call someone for it to be honored. I spoke with a manager named, David. He was very rude and told me he wasn't going to honor the price because someone had changed it. I told well, I didn't change it so I don't understand the problem. He then continued to be rude and said well he can make decisions whether he honors it or not and he wasn't going to. I asked for the store manager, and he called her, told her the situation and she to him he had to honor it. He then walked away and went back to the register and told the nice young man to change the price. He appeared to be aggravated by the fact that the store manager told him to honor the price. I frequent this store a lot and never experience such rudeness until I met David! I gave 3 stars because, he was the only problem that day.

This Walmart location is dangerous. A lot going on, and a lot felons scoping this place out. Keep your children close. Some worker from here said occasionally a van waits by the garden center looking for children to abduct. I carry my concealed whenever I go this location.

Visited yesterday and I really hate this particular location ever since 2020, prior to 2020 it was always long lines no matter what time of day/night, anyways visited yesterday my son/wife and I was trying out the toy lightsabers barely touching the sabers as we was gonna purchase then some random employee tells out “hey you can’t do that” knowing we were gonna purchase so I decided not to purchase, so they just lost a sale on that, so I take them and put them on her pile of stocks/go backs and as I walk up to them she decides to get lost! I’ve had it at this location, I will stick to the brier creek location or another cities location for future purchases. Can’t even try things out before you buy these days! Shame on you Walmart Employee! Shame on you!
