I came here today to buy stomach medicine, there is a $6 discount on the shelves. but when i paid, the young lady refused to give me a discount and argued with me, then she spoke spanish with another female staff member working with her. she talks very impolite and does not respect customers.

I'd mostly like to compliment the pharmacy, as the Walgreens itself offers little different than you would find in any other of its kind. I will note, that it stays slightly cleaner and brighter than the average Walgreens that I've stepped into. However, I find the pharmacy staff to be extremely amiable and knowledgeable. I've never had a problem getting them on the phone to get a refill that might not be covered by their electronic program. They also do a very good job of tracking your medication and making sure that you have what you need. They do put your prescriptions back on the shelf after about a week, and you'll have to reorder. That is something to keep in mind. The reminders that they give you are usually more than enough to prevent you from forgetting.

I have been a medical provider for over 10 years and I have never been treated so rudely when trying to get a prescription filled for one of my clients. Actually, maybe two clients. The last time I was hung up on. I do not recommend this pharmacy because they are difficult to work with and do not know how to use coupons to decrease medication prices.

Horrible service the manager on 8/31/23 at 7:45 pm did not help me in any way told me the Western Union was not working I thought I already put it in the system Western Union shuts down at 9 o’clock. I had no money to feed my kids. It was emergency to pick up and they sat there and laugh and told me to go to another Walgreens.

Exceedingly long wait times. Poor staff communication. Would recommend you find another pharmacy to get vaccines or pick up prescriptions.I scheduled a 12:30pm appointment on a Saturday, showing up 15 minutes early to check in as instructed. I was told to sit and wait to be called. I waited for over an hour, asking the front desk twice in the interim about the delay with no explanation. Was finally informed at 1:30 (1 hour after my appointment time) that no one had started on my paperwork and it would be over an hour until I could be seen. That added up to a a grand total of 2 hours from appointment start to being seen.Extremely poor communication and performance from the staff. I understand that a pharmacy can be busy and Walgreen's is likely not providing enough staff. But the staff that was there did absolutely nothing to explain the problem and do not appear to care about the experieince their patients have. They offered no explanation, apology, or empathy for the situation. Poor management. Terrible communication from the staff. If you need something done efficiently, look elsewhere.

The credit card machine is unbelievably slow and Aries is quite a rude little broad of a cashier. Reviews for Walgreens lately and even at this location should be a reflection of who they should and shouldn’t hire for something as basic as a cashier.Day shift has more reasonable staff it seems.Just go somewhere else in the evening because these kids aren’t trying to care about customer service skills in any job someone somehow decides to hire them for which is a common epidemic and employers are obviously very desperate because it shows and that’s not good for business anywhere. Cerebral fortitude and maturity just doesn’t exist much if at all with that age demographic (under 25).Just go elsewhere that your business is appreciated or visit here before 2pm.Problem solved.

The worst pharmacy EVER! I had to give a star to post, but truthfully I would not give this pharmacy any stars because I've had numerous issues with poor customer service and not having my prescriptions filled in a timely manner. It should not take several days and follow-up from ME for an ongoing common prescription. I've even had to call my doctor to follow-up with them and not one person from Walgreens has followed up with me. I've NEVER experienced anything like this - without customers you have no business. They need to educate the people that work for them regarding customer service and improve their computer equipment for repeat customers/consumers.

Made an appointment for my son's 2nd Covid vaccine. Appointment was at 4:30. Show up a little early only to be told that it would be over an hour because they "had walk-ins" AND?!?! I made an appointment, why am I having to wait an hour past my appointment because other people didn't take the time to make an appointment? Absolute garbage that they schedule way more appointments than they can actually handle. WILL NOT be back to this store.

I am really impressed with the pharmacy and, believe it or not, the “person” who “answers” the phone!The pharmacy staff are extremely helpful, pleasant, and professional both in person, and over the phone!And I’ve never incountered a better phone triage system. It immediately connected the # I was calling from with my account, told me I had an Rx waiting, gave the Rx details, and let connected me with the pharmacy when I asked - no having to choose from a dozen options! What a pleasant experience !Thanks Walgreens for investing in an outstanding piece of software! I look forward to calling you again!

Drive thru Px open 3 pm I'm here. Does close drive thru at 6 pm d/t shortage of employees. Have to go in open till 8 pm. Now closed Sundays completely.

Staff couldn't look up that I had an unused script. A pharmacist at a different walgreens easily found it. Also my doctor tried to call in refills to this location and they told him I didn't need any. Even tho I have no refills. So in my experience they are totally incompetent.

Extremely unfriendly and unprofessional! I am a pharmacist and I called from out of town to have them help my Papa pick out an OTC item. They said they could not help me unless he was getting a prescription filled that day. He gets his medicine there on a regular basis, but they still wouldn’t help me. My family in the Durham area will be taking their business to an independent pharmacy where they will be taken care of!

The store manager and associates are unprofessional and not very friendly. I went into use western union services at 8pm they put me off to wait to speak with someone to help me after 40 mins of waiting she said they had shut all registers down and they don't close till 10pm. No issues with services why advertise open until 10pm but close early whenever they feel this is not customer service. Im from out of state so this was a huge problem!!!
