I needed a prescription but it needed preauthorization, which they faxed over but serious issue did not help me being that it was close to the office closing. I asked if someone could call. But instead they called me ato say that was not there protocol. That was no help for me at all. You do not deserve a rating, but i had to give it something inorder to post, your customer service needs to be reevaluated.

Nice, clean store. Employees were kind and professional. Had to wait a little bit longer than expected but got our vaccines without any problems, the pharmacist was nice and helpful.

Clean store? Where? This place has inches or dust in areas not to mention floors that don't looked vacuumed in a week. This place is gross. Don't even wanna know what the bathrooms look like. Step it up This is a pharmacy

If I could leave a 0 I would!! This store NEVER have medications in stock!! I have filled 6 prescription and 3 have been out of stock. All 3 happen to be medications I need to survive!!! I’m 54 and in all my years of dealing with a pharmacy when they say they are “out” they rarely are completely. I have ALWAYS been given enough of my medications to do me until their stock is renewed and they can fill my entire prescription. When I asked for this courtesy the pharmacist denied it and said they had enough to give me until stock came in but if he did so I would forfeit the rest of my prescription for the month. Mind you these are scripts I HAVE TO HAVE!! That is not only BAD SERVICE but it is negligent. Do not use this store. Be wary of all other Walgreens too!

I filled an order for an EpiPen for my son here. I noticed in the next day or two it was expiring in 5 months as opposed to the standard 12-18 per the manufacture (who I called to confirm). I called the pharmacy to ask for a swap and was instructed to call back after the weekend when a manager was there. I called back and the person I was told was a manager said they would order a new one and exchange it for me. He said they would contact me when it was in stock. They never contacted me so after 10 days I called and confirmed it was there and ready for pick up. Upon arrival a different manager informed me they could not exchange it and it would be $150 for the one with a legitimate expiration date.Do not go to this pharmacy.

Their pharmacy tech are the kindest and very understanding staff, but I think they need to do a better job hiring pharmacists. I am a sickle cell patient and I have been getting myeds there since I was 11 and I am currently 36 but my experience today was scary, I had to deal with a pharmacist named Katie today and she should not be dealing with patients not with sick people, I don't know if she should even be a pharmacist, she was rude, she cut me off and she pretty much said to screw off that she couldn't do anything for me!!! I have been sick all my life and has been dealing with different pharmacists but this really took the cake!!! I want to say don't go there but the guys in the front are very very kind people but I will say beware of the pharmacist named Katie, I'm pretty sure she treated me that way because I went to pick up my narcotic prescription and she decided to judge me not knowing what is going on with me.

This location holds really long, slow-moving lines because the cashier takes their sweet time. I waited 1.5 hours before leaving my house for photos to be printed, and after waiting in line for 15 min, the cashier told me they weren't printed yet. Once they were brought to the front, the photos were horrible quality (could be my fault, they were phone-taken photos) but they also weren't cut (4x4). So basically, don't choose this location for photos at least.

I had the best experience moments ago at Walgreens. I was looking for nasal spray and an associate spoke as he walked by and I asked if he would assist me in locating the nasal spray. Without hesitation he did and even asked me if I wanted some of his gum before he walked away. He also said have a nice Friday! Cody is his name. I stay in Raleigh and happen to stop by this location. I would definitely frequent this store if I stayed in this area. Wonderful customer service!! It made my day!

The Pharmacy Team here was phenomonal in helping us get our kids the vaccinations. Team work came right into play when they new our younger child was struggling with the shot. The empathy and care was great. Clean store too!

This Walgreens is super unprofessional! Very rude and refused to fill my medication. I pulled up 10 minutes prior to closing and the pharmacist herself refused to help me or fill my prescription. She also lied under a federal law . I wouldn’t recommend using this pharmacy.

Went there at 1:30. Told the pharmacist that I have a tooth abscess ( which was visibly seen by my swollen jaw) and that I'm in excruciating pain , and asked how quickly he could fill my antibiotics. He said he's getting ready to go to lunch so it'll be sometime after 2. He couldn't have cared less. Compassion and good customer service should have been an important part of his job but apparently he's got more urgent matters to attend to. I went to Harris Teeter instead. I told the pharmacist there what was going on , she quickly filled my script within 5 min.

I was sent there by CVS because they were out of the prescribed drug I needed. When I got there I was told I could wait or come back. I told them I would also need the needles to administer the drug.I went back 2.5 hours later at which time they began to fill my order. They soon found there was an issue with the prescription and had to call the physician. I waited. After .5 hours I was told that they didn't have what the doctor ordered.They told me they would have it by 1:pm the next day. They said they would call or text me.I waited till 3pm but never got a call or text and drove to the pharmacy. When I got there there was a huge line running up the aisle. So I waited.When I got to the fron of the line at 3:30 I was told that they hadn't unloaded the truck yet but they would look for my prescription then. So I waited.When they finally filled my prescriptionThey told me that I could get back in line again!I paid and left. When I got home I found I had no needles to adminster the drug! They are not open tomorrow it's Thanks Giving. I will not be going back there EVER.

I had a good experience at this Walgreens. It is near my work at the scanning company. I was sick and purchased some Zyrtec and cold medicine. Got great service from the cashier. First time doing business with this Walgreens and hopefully will have much more positive experiences. Took one star off for relatively high prices compared to Walmart but the convenience trumps price for me! :)Update (7/9/19)- always excellent service from checkout staff but remaining at 4 stars due to high prices. Payed $10 plus tax for pepto bismol which is about half that price at Walmart and less than $4 on eBay. Premium prices but superior customer service. Please try and lower prices.

Nice store, but the pharmacy is slow and sometimes insufficient. Several times had problems refilling prescriptions; when pharmacy staff said the will contact doctor for a refill. Several days later, I called no refill received.Called my doctor, they never received information from Walgreens. This has happened many times.

The freaking worse! I called to get a prescription filled. I was on hold forever. When I finally spoke to someone she told me I had to call a different Walgreens to get it filled like she couldn't call over herself. Do your job. It's been done before, I guess by someone who wants to do their job!

I’m 52 years old going to be 53 years old July 23rd. The 20 year old asks me for identificationI said really? She wouldn’t sell me the Newport’sWowww Ask her did she know of any other place I could get cigarettes. She says someplace far far from here. I said I don’t drive & I’m not from here. So I come back later with passport and ID card and cash. the Newport’s came up to $8.05 cents. I was short the 5cents. She immediately snatched the cigarettes back like oh well you don’t have the 5 cents can sell you the cigarettes. Really 2xs at the same merchant ,same cashier.
