They really care, give individualized service, always have water and treats for your pets.Sometimes their friendly nice, cute dog mascots are there. They always have good ideas and are happy to research items even if they don’t carry them‼️The barking repellent for $10 is great, now I just have to show the bottle to my dog & she stops unnecessary barking. It dies not stop her watchdog tendencies, happy about that!/ I do find them a lot more expensive than other pet supply places. However, maybe not so much if one needs something specialized.

Katie and Robert (Bobert) were amazing! The store looks great and not so cluttered. Robert was very helpful and knew exactly what toy I needed for my dog and Katie was so helpful when I was sizing my dog for his harness. So friendly and kind!

Luke helped me and my new puppy with a harness "fitting". He was very kind, patient, and was able to point me in the right direction with puppy treats too. Will be back!

One of our favorite pet stores. Has a wide variety of chews for dogs, as well as dog treats you can't find anywhere else. Our dogs favorite treats, freeze dried pork hearts, can only be found here

I’m a 3-year old golden retriever, and my mom has been walking me here since I was a little pup. It’s my favorite store because everyone is so kind to me, and they always get me fresh water and treats. My favorite is the dried beef lungs which we now buy in large supply.I’m what the pros call “an aggressive chewer,” and Unleashed meets all my chewing needs.I have a major crush on a cute Great Dane, Bjorn, who used to work here and greet me with his friendly eyes and wagging tail. I miss him so much!

Went in here when I stayed in Durham not long ago. The workers were very friendly, and helpful! Local customer in the store told us to get something we hadn't seen before (freeze dried lung), and both our cat and dogs love it! We will definitely be back in here when we are in Durham again in Sept. My kitty isn't happy she's almost out of the cat nip mix I got. 😂

Walked in for a dog treat giveaway they were having and had a great conversation with the owner. Very helpful and had lots of variety for taking care of the doggos!

Came here for the first time for the self serve wash station ($15) and it was amazing! Provided everything you could need and was so convenient. The shop itself is very cute and has all kinds of products for dogs and cats, and they have all kinds of treats and chews as well. Prices were not expensive either. Will definitely be returning!

Well stocked store! We felt welcomed and my Coton de Tulear was very comfortable sniffing around. They were able to print out a name tag for his harness on the spot at a reasonable price.

I enjoy going In this location as a local professional dog trainer is always good to practice great manners with the great Dane that come to this location,he has helped so many of my training dogs.

I unexpectedly found this place tonight, and I am glad I did. They have a wide variety of treats for my two fur babies. Sam was working, and she was extremely kind and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be back. Thanks, Sam!
