Francis, our almost 12 year old beagle, has been going to Sunny Acres for more than 10 years (!) and three years ago her sister, Abby, almost 4, joined her. Until I retired 4 years ago, Francis was a Sunny Acres camper every day during the week and LOVED it and she continues to be happy as she ages. Abby howls as we turn into the driveway and both girls pace inside the car until we go to the holding area. This is Donna’s family owned business with her children joining her along with an amazingly caring, loving, efficient and exceptional staff. The staff love animals which is obvious as you see the campers interact with their caretakers. Francis and Abby rarely look back at me as they prance off to play the day away. You will appreciate how caring the Sunny Acres staff is! You will love how the staff get to know your furbabies’ names and how well cared for they are. Sunny Acres Pet Resort is THE place where you want your pet to play either during the day or as they board for a weekend or a week or longer!

The entire staff at Sunny Acres is the absolute BEST! For the past 11 years, they all have given my dog so much love and attention. She doesn’t like going places anymore, but as soon as she sees the flags at the entrance she gets so happy and excited. I will not board or have my dog groomed anywhere else. We love Sunny Acres!!

After our previous groomer kept having mistakes that lead to a very nervous dog & hearing an employee yelling at a dog in the back, we found Sunny Acres. They've been great with out little dog. Our only wish is that they put ribbons in her hair. We loved her being a tad prissy on groomy day.

The staff here is so amazingly wonder Really kind and supportive. Very accommodating. My dog was well taken care of when we had to go out of town. Highly recommend!!

I wish I could give this place 5 stars because it has a lot of good things, but I had an unpleasant experience with their grooming services.When I went to pick them up, I noticed one of my dogs had a bleeding paw. I realized that his nail was now sideways and all nails on this specific paw were not clipped. When I asked the staff, they claimed he could have hurt himself with the gravel as they were bringing him outside, however I think that was not the case.I understand that these things can happen and I don’t want to hold it against the establishment as they were kind enough to reimburse his grooming fee. However, I wished they would have truthfully owned up to the situation.

My experience with Sunny Acres is with their excellent groomers. I have been impressed with the customer service, the quality, pricing and overall experience with Sunny acres grooming. They do an excellent job! They always ask me for the specifics on how I would like my dog groomed and have done everything from basic trims to fun doggie hairstyles! I have been taking our dog there for the last five years.

I took my pup Georgia to Sunny Acres while I was away for Thanksgiving. I was pretty nervous because she has had bad experiences at other boarding places. Sunny Acres completely changed my mind about boarding. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and Georgia was happy to walk right in when I dropped her off. I got amazing updates while I was away that really made me feel like Georgia was being well taken care of. I will definitely use Sunny Acres again and would recommend it to anyone in the area!

The staff was very helpful. Facility looks great outside. Email & text updates were good to let us know status, however a bit numerous. Our dog & cat seemed happy at pickup from their 3 night stay. I really feel we should have been able to go in kennel building and view where our fur babies would be sleeping.

My new puppy had his first ever day at Sunny Acres. The sign up and drop off process was easy and I loved the report card at the end of the day detailing how he played and all the new friends he made. Biggest perk? He is now passed out next to me snoring after a fun day! Will definitely be taking him often!

We took our dog to Sunny Acres Pet Resort for the first time this week and he came home happy and tired. Every staff member we encountered was professional, welcoming, and friendly! We love all the different options for boarding and day camp and are looking forward to taking our dog back soon. Sunny Acres Pet Resort is definitely top notch!

My older dog, Travis, has developed separation anxiety, and I've worked hard to find a place to board him where he'd get the attention (and love!) that he needs when we go out of town. Sunny Acres is it!First, I appreciate that the folks at Sunny Acres asked that I bring Travis for a half-day visit so they could get to know him and observe how he got along with other dogs. Second, I appreciate how professionally Sunny Acres is run. Finally, I appreciate how much everyone I've come into contact at Sunny Acres seems to truly love animals.It's so nice to be able to go on a trip and know that Travis is getting excellent care while we're away. I highly recommend Sunny Acres Pet Resort to anyone looking for a place to board their pets, especially if their pets are older.

Just picked up my pup and was charged for add on’s I DID NOT add on but the manager Adam( I think that was his name) thinks that his system is flawless! I was told there was no way in the world he could have added these items onto my bill🤔. I tried to show him on my phone what I did not add but he refused to see. Hmmm kind of makes me wonder how many times they add things to peoples bills????? I am just glad to have my pup back safe and sound and will no longer use this facility for an of my animal needs and I encourage others to please be aware!

Sunny Acres is my dog's home away from home! She has been going to daycare (and occasionally boarding) for over a year now and absolutely loves it. She was not socialized much before coming to Sunny Acres, but they worked with her and now she is quite the social butterfly that really enjoys other dogs. The staff is so friendly, the facilities are spacious, and they do a great job personalizing play groups (based on age, size, personality, etc) to ensure that every dog has a good experience. It's also so nice to be able to get her groomed/bathed during her daycare day so I don't have to make a separate appointment. I have already referred several of my friends to bring their dogs here!

My dog has been here three times. The staff is friendly and cordial. This last visit, they lost one of my receipts (proof of four of her vaccines). They just said that they only had the one that I left there (rabies vaccine). I was kinda disappointed in that. But overall, I like them.

I’ve boarded my doggos with Sunny Acres since I moved to the area last year. They have been consistently wonderful in their care of my dogs and they always come home happy and tired! I also very much appreciate the teams flexibility as they have enabled quick adjustments when my travel plans changed (gotta love flight cancellations these days)! They are super responsive, always helpful and overall great to work with. I highly recommend!

The staff at Sunny Acres is very friendly and caring. Our pup loves going to day camp and romping with all of the other dogs. They offer additional services such as bathing or mail-clipping as well. Sunny Acres definitely instills a confidence that your pet is being well taken care of.

My dog has been going to Sunny Acres doggie daycare a couple of times a week since she was old enough to attend (she is going on 12). I know she will be well taken care of and will have a great time. She’s always excited to go on her daycare days. She has boarded a few times and all has gone very smoothly.

This place used to be top notch. Not anymore. When picking up pets, you now have to ASK for your pets' belongings to be returned. Then you have to KEEP ASKING bc obviously they intend on keeping any items you brought. Wth? Then there's this new "platime" where all the dogs are together. Sounds potentially disastrous. So you have to PAY EXTRA to keep your pet OUT of it. There's more, but Never again! Yes they are safe. Thank God, but what a hassle.

Our oldest dog comes for daycare and a couple a time a year for grooming. He knows exactly where his group is and will drag his handler to the gate. He is very crate phobic, his groomer always remembers and handles him with care. Our new pup is 1-1/2 yo and last Friday was his first time getting groomed there, only the 2nd time in his life. They did an amazing job and he did great with them. Great people there, and they treat our dogs as they do their own.

My girls, Addie and Ella, attend day camp 3 days a week and they LOVE it! They get so excited to go and see their friends again, human and canine! The staff is excellent, kind, and very efficient. Their boarding services are also outstanding. Sunny Acres is home away from home for my girls!

My dog seems to always be happy and in a good mood when we pick him up. Even if it is just a day or a week. And they are polite enough to offer a photo package. Where they send you pictures of your dog during playtime.
