It's a nice store with even better prices. The only thing is there's only one person doing checkouts and returns. The returns line is separate from the regular line and a person can get ahead of you even though you've been waiting longer. That's the only issue that I have.

Was surprised at finding Sugar-free coffee syrups and even Starbucks Coffee at a very nice price... I know I just checked and there was no coffee so it's hit or miss for stuff like that

This is still my "Go To" Store! When I have a notion for a particular item, I go to Ross! I find what I'm looking for. The prices are not as overwhelming as the cost of fuel!⛽ The Associates are friendly and professional. Oh, and I received a "nugget" 😉my next shopping day will be on Tuesday 👌🏾. Keep up the professional morale. I know the holidays are approaching and not all Customers will be in the "Tis the Season" mentality but I will.

Enjoyed shopping here. Very well stocked. Long check out line. Only three cashiers. They were very efficient and we didn't have to wait too long. Bathrooms needed attention.

Normally I have a good time shopping with the young employees, they say hi how are you, have a nice day but I went to make a return and the “elderly employee” has a rude attitude! Like they don’t want to work any more. Instead having a good time they are there running others and the same people ask why are the shoppers so mean. I gave a 1 stare because it doesn't let me do a 0 stare or a half star!!

The elder caucasian lady in the back who watches the fitting rooms is very arrogant and always seems to have an attitude. If you don’t like dealing with people, maybe don’t work in retail. I understand being frustrated but i was nothing but kind and patient yet she was rude during the entire interaction.

The clothes are nice But they are mostly on the floor and then they say that the shoppers are the ones who did it and they yelled at most of the shoppers and the employees cussed at the shoppers I will never go there it’s a bad place and they didn’t yell at me but I just didn’t feel comfortable there they are also very mean to kids when there parents are right next to them looking for clothes

Bought a large Hugo Boss men fragrance. Arrived home without it. It was back on the shelf! Lost my $60. Plus tax.Manager claimed that I left with it. Next time don't matter how busy this store is....don't move from the check out until you have checked your purchase!

This is definitely one of the nicer Ross stores in the area. They actually have a decent shoe selection and they were well stocked in other areas. We got in a long line to check out (it was wrapped halfway down one long aisle of the store towards bedding). But they got us through the line in less than 10 mins (vs an hour at the Burlington next door). They were efficient and very friendly. And the fitting rooms were open at this store!

My daughter worked for Ross for 2 years on the west coast. THIS one? Goodness gracious! Looks like a hurricane hit the place stuff thrown everywhere, half stocked shelves.....and staff was incredibly rude. Muttering under their breath, angry, rolling eyes, and not a single kind word despite my pouring every bit of kindness towards them. Just bad vibes here. Not worth it. 😕

The store was pretty shopped through which I expect for the holidays. I was looking for Boys’ clothes and didn’t find anything. The line was very long even with three cashiers. The cashiers were talking loud amongst each other and not having appropriate conversations in front of customer, they were saying vulgar things && curse words.

Glad to have fitting rooms open again! Thank you. Cashier was pleasant, but she forgot to take the sensor thing off one of my items. Only had 2 cashier's open with a line of 16 people. Should've opened another line.

I love their merchandise set up but they do or have enough registers available to check out and some days lines extremely long because of the 1 or 2 employees checking you out. This has been an issue for a long time and I shop almost 4 times a weekly there. Please get better control so that shoppers are not standing and waiting and waiting and waiting .

Great value, decently clean but typically cluttered in some departments. VERY LONG LINES... 10-15 customers deep while 2 people stood around chatting, while 2 people cashiered. It took 40 minutes to get through checkout at North Pointe.

Are these stores still supposed to be open? It seems if Ross would downsize their stores in line with the inventory on shelves and racks, the savings would be tremendous. It feels like these stores are the last link in the product life cycle chain. A dismal, dry shopping outing for anyone. This is every Ross in every city across this great land.

Hadn't been to this location. Its full of a ton of great items. Didn't have time to look to hard because we were waiting for takeout. The place is very definitely busy as it was shipped hard. I give the employees kudos for keeping the store neat. Very friendly staff.

Absolutely no order in the store. Kids running around out of control, clothes all over the floors . Everything was in disarray making my shopping experience not enjoyable.

Lots of holiday wares available and reasonably priced. Lots of children's items in clearance. Not a lot of cashiers present but lines moved quickly. Needs a bit of reorganizing items though. Looks scattered in some areas, especially in the home sections.

I found shirts in my size, but no pants in 3x. Got a couple dark chocolate bags, and a bath mat. All and all it was great. Prices were good too. Quite messy though, like no one was organizing the stuff. Seemed clean though.

This Ross is ok. It seems smaller than others and I do not find as much I like there. It could also be because it is in a decent location that has a lot of traffic. Maybe it just gets picked clean by other customers. My biggest complaint is the lack of checkout cashiers. I've never seen more than 2 working at a time, so there is often a long line waiting.
