I brought in a pup for grooming. Of the 15 dogs I've had in my life, she is the most compliant chill dog I've owned. Groomer was unable to bathe her, did not clip her nails...she only managed to shave her. She even suggested medication or restraints. She must have been rough with her because both my son and I noticed that she was very timid when I brought her home. BTW I stopped at a dog wash and bathed her myself. She was very compliant. BEWARE. Our dog has been groomed at PetSmart consistently for about a year. Recently, we have had our appointments cancelled by PetSmart staff four times in a row for various reasons (low staff, sick dogs prior to our appointment). Each time, I have received no notice and arrive to the salon to be turned away after completing check ins online. At this particular location, we arrived to our appointment and I dropped off our pooch with no problem. About an hour and a half later, I received a call stating our dog (who was groomed 1 month ago) has mats in his fur to the skin. The appointment was canceled and no services were performed. We called the vet and they instructed us to brush the knots out with a comb and bring the pup in if we could not remove them. We ended up completing our pets grooming at home with items purchased at PetSmart. He is not as clean-cut as usual but it works in the meantime. We will not return to PetSmart and are a waitlist for a local groomer- not that the staff seems to care regardless.

I have 3 Yorkies and have been coming to Jerry at this location for over 10 years. As Tina Turner would sing, he's "simply the best!" He gives top notch service, and my babies ALWAYS come home looking amazing! They're on a quarterly rotation which allows 4 grooms a year. They love Jerry and so do we.

Pésimo servicio trate este lugar solo por que la peluquera de mis perros acava de tener a su bebe y esta de descanso. Pongo una estrella por que no hay una puntuación más baja si no la pondría. Desde que entré en el salon me hicieron caras largas me atendieron de mala gana. Aún así me atreví a dejar mis perros confie en el lugar y resultó todo mal. No tenía ni 10 min que me había hido y ya me estavan llamando que no hiban a poder realizar el servicio a mis perritos que por que eran unos agresivos y que las estavan atacando cosa que no es así. Esta no es la primera vez que ellos van a un salon pero si es su primera vez con alguien inprofecionaly maltratador. Esto ocurrió el pasado domingo y hasta la fecha mi perra no deja de temblar si ella sigue así creo k tendré k llevarla al veterinario por que no se que fue lo que ellos le hicieron para que ella regresara así de temerosa ni a comido bien para nada les recomiendo que dejen a sus bebes ahi.
