I took my dog to do the entire spa service and it took 6 hours, whereas it always takes a maximum of 4 hours... The service they gave him was horrible, they cut him with the razors on his face and they bled him, his private parts were also hurt, his haircut is very bad... Before they had not given me such terrible service, my dog was very nervous and scared of enter the store, even though he was always happy to do so... Now he is very, very scared...

This was by far the worst grooming experience I have EVER had. I took my two golden retrievers in for grooming. The salon had the dogs for more than six hours! When I picked them up they still were not completely dry. Basically they were given a bath and supposedly a deshedding. Nothing else was done. Matts were not removed, feet were not trimmed, ears were not trimmed. The real rub came when I was charged for a full grooming. Suffice it to say that I will not be back and I will not hesitate to share with others my very disappointing experience. You folks really need to get your act together.

This was my first time getting Coco groomed at Petco (I usually go to Petsmart but they were out of appointments) and omg there was a huge difference! Her coat was super shiny and she smelled amazing when I picked her up! Everyone was super nice and helpful. I will definitely be moving her grooming care to this Petco!

Staff is always friendly and patient with both myself and ChiChi, my dog. Although ChiChi can get anxious before her grooming services, the staff always goes above and beyond to make sure she's calm and comfortable, regardless of how busy they may be.

I actually went into the retail store, not the grooming. 1st time ever that I did not have to fight my way through the cat section to get my desired products. That is greatly appreciated.

The staff was friendly and seemed professional. However, the groomer did not groomer my dog according to what we agreed on prior to receiving the service. Furthermore she cut his eyelashes .....🙄 for reasons I cannot understand. The groomer has broken my trust in the company's service. I do not see myself returning anytime soon.

Suzanne, the groomer, was extremely patient, caring, and gentle with my puppy. He was very scared to have his nails trimmed and she went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable.

Groomer did nothing but give puppy a bath. I do that at home. I expected at least an overall trim. Not very professional....acted like someone who does pet grooming as a hobby, and not very good at it.
