I took my little Pomeranian for a bathing there.Place was clean and they offered shampoo and conditioner but I bought some with me.The place is perfect for big dogs, the dryer was a bit louder for my tiny 5 pound Pomeranian.

Nice little pet store. I use their dog bathing self service station which is $15 per bath or $50 for 5 baths prepaid. They have dryers, towels, and so provide shampoo though I felt it wasn’t great quality so will bring my own next time. Many great toys and treats for my pup and staff were very nice.

My dog had her first grooming experience here today and Jordan did a fantastic job!! He asked questions before the groom and made sure I was okay with everything and knew what to expect from the haircut.My dog is 11 years old and has trouble standing for long periods of time yet Jordan kept her calm and got her so clean and well trimmed!!I will definitely be bringing my dog back here for future grooming :)

The dog wash was great and easy to use, for the most part. The only complaints we had were no instructions about how to use the blow dryers and not enough towels given. Our dog is 17 pounds and the two small towels they gave us weren't really enough to get her dry since she hated the blow dryer.But the staff was really friendly and the store was laid out nicely and very clean. We really appreciate the service being an option for those times when we aren't close to home and our pup gets filthy.

Over the past few years the pet wash quality had gone way down. The wash stations are always dirty, the aprons are all cut up and they switched to these threadbare towels. They used to give 3 towels now they give 2, and recently I was told when I asked for a 3rd I would not get 3 my next visit. Also, the pet wash station closes at weird times, they say 1 hour before close but I have come in more than 1 hour before close and they tell me it has already been shut down. Save yourself the hassle and go to Tractor Supply!

I never leave reviews, but the youngish Caucasian girl with long black hair and glasses working the register is very rude. I’ve been here a few times, and the first time I chalked it up to maybe her having a bad day, but every time I go in there and she’s working she’s very unpleasant and should not be in a customer facing role. She looks you up and down when you walk in, literally doesn’t say a word as if you shopping there is inconveniencing her. While checking you out she makes no attempt at all to be friendly, and in an annoyed tone says your total. A few times I’ve had to ask for a bag, and she looked at me like I was crazy. I once asked if there was more of a specific dog food in the back and she flatly said “no”, literally made no effort to check or ask. I am African American, and I truly hope her behavior is not fueled by race, either way I only come to this location because it’s more convenient than driving to petsmart, but you’ve lost a frequent shopper because of your employee.

Highly recommend Pet Supplies Plus to everyone with a dog (other pets too but we have 2 dogs so I focus on that). They always have good deals. If you sign up for their reward system, you can get coupons worth money at the store. I have received a $30 coupon for accumulating points. The food and treats are high quality and so is their toy selection. Our doggos love antlers and horns and they can get expensive but Pet Supplies has deals almost all the time! I love their auto-ship system as well, especially for food. The staff are always super friendly and always ready to help with questions or anything you need. Their washing station is also great for bathing dogs. We have been buying dog food and treats since 2018 and have always recommended to friends and family.

Great little store. The diy petwash stations in the back are great, get the 5 pack. Totally beats washing the dog, and then washing your bathroom. Plus you can pick up a treat or toy on the way out.

Cannot say enough positive thing about this store. Friendly staff, great sales, wide selection of high quality dog food, love the curbside pickup!Recently I needed to bring my cat to the vet next day for an emergency and I could not find a large enough carrier anywhere. Pet Supplies Plus saved the day! Staff helped me find the perfect carrier, was polite and let me know if it didn't work out, to to just bring it back for a refund.

I have been taking my dog here to use the self service baths and every time (this was the 5th and final!) Something is non functional. Today was worst ever experience with no water pressure, tepid water at best, and no dryer I had to take my wet dog to the cash register and tell them none of the dryers worked. The cashier responded with an apology and then said oh we haven't turned them on! They had to charge me to use the bath station so they knew someone was using them and they still didn't turn on the dryers? Person at desk very dismissive like to bad so sorry have a nice day. Don't know how they stay in business,

Lynn was very sweet to us goofball humans when we were there today. She fought/chased to get some difficult tetras,kuli loaches, and a female betta for me (which we learned was a base jumper hahah!). we enjoyed making her laugh, Ms. Lynn thank you for being so nice and helpful to us.

A little diff selection compared to the big guys. Big aquarium section. Store kind of smells like pool chemicals due to the dog wash which also looks like a great feature but I don't use it.
