I visited for the first time today and I was impressed. Place is clean. Bought pizza and I was served by the friendliest lady(I wish I got her name) with a warm heart. Thank you. I will definitely come back again.....and to get her name!!!

I ordered some subs online but when I arrived they wasn't ready. So Savannah was making my Philly cheese steak sub and I informed her that it was toasted but come to find out it's not. When I requested for someone else to make my order she said something unprofessional as a deli clerk so I won't come back

A condescending man working at self checkout clearly wants to be a cashier based on how much he decides to insert himself in people's experience for no reason! Have had such encounters with him twice. Ready to go back to my old grocery store that just got a self checkout better organized than HT's 😍

Wes in the meat section SUCKS! He clearly does not like his job or anyone outside of his race! Money is green and when you take a job that entails customer service, your customers will be of all kinds so you have to learn to keep your true feelings in check! While requesting seafood Wes kept reminding me of the cost which I did not ask him, I can read the sign and I was not looking for a sale or a discount - the price was what it was and that product is what I wanted! Sad that I had to share with Wes that my money is green and not government funded so please serve me what I ask for...he did not do this to the white customer!! His blatant superiority is horrible!! No one is asking for his financial budget advice - you took a job to serve customers - serve them..all kind!! Also, government funded cards are also used by people within his race so stop looking down on people! No one wants to come to a store and feel unwanted because of one worker that has messed it up for the rest!

This store is very close to my house, and I love the convenience. They are friendly and knowledgeable when I need help. However, their produce is practically non-existent. There is vast open floor space in produce but no bins/displays. The displays they have very low stocking levels and several bins are empty. Some only still contain the rejects from other shoppers. Please get it together, I love having my neighborhood super market!

I haven't been 2 this location in awhile. Only went 2 meet someone but while chatting with her 4 awhile it was as I rememberedVery well kept store always clean N organized personnel friendly N helpfulMy friend used the self check-out but when she had an issue with a marked down item the attended was very polite N though busy she acknowledged her yet we didn't wait long 4 assistanceI had actually 4gotten about this area do 2 move but have a location half a mile from me nowBoth locations are very well managedEven though the produce is a little higher 4 someone on a fixed income I still prefer the fresh fruit they carryI'm sure they have had employee turnover since I last been their but the standards of dress cleanliness N customer attention is still thereGreat locationGood job ladies N gentlemen

The cashier and bagger were having a conversation with each other and completely ignored every word I said. I even mentioned that he rung up my order with the man in front of me and he still kept talking to the bagger. I wonder if there is training too actually speak to the customer.

Harris Teeter was a great place to shop. Me and my client stayed there almost two hours taking our time, catching the vic card specials and enjoying lunch there. A full service shopping experience and wonderful staff.

Top notch! I wish they would bring back the veggie crumbles that were Harris teeter brand. Really great option for vegetarians that they are missing a market opportunity for.

Best customer service ever. Shout out to Jorynne who delivers service with a smile for grocery pickup. She is quick, efficient and professional. Her manager Darlene quickly clarified my understanding of the weekly sales and proved a sale credit. The team sets a high bar for customer satisfaction. Exactly what you expect from the Harris Teeter brand.

My first time going in here since it was a Kroger and I have to say I'm very impressed. It was beautifully designed and so open. I could find everything easily and quick. I didn't feel bothered by any staff not neglected. I seen them available if I needed to ask anything. The self checkout section was great and convenient. I really liked the whole store. I just wish harris teeter was not so expensive but I understand they have good deals often and daily double coupon offers. So I guess if I was more prepared for my shopping trip I could have saved money. Other than that it was a pleasant shopping trip and I will be back.

This store was gorgeous!! Clean, lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. The reason for 4 stars is the cashier, Elijah C. Never even greeted me. At the end stated what I owed and turned his back. At some point he realized we were waiting on him to do his job. I'd still shop at Harris Teeter but I won't go back here.

Don't bother trying curbside pick here. I went to this one instead of my usual because I was doing curb-side at Home Depot next door. At Teeter there is no call box, the pickup sign was removed, we called and were told that our order would be right out, after ten minutes of waiting my wife went in (I'm very glad we had gone on my lunch break because if one of us was along, then we would have had to unload 3 kids, age 3 and under) she talked to a customer service representative at the desk and was told that she could bring the order to right there, but no farther. When my wife enquired more, the lady stated that she couldn't leave the desk and just didn't care. If you're going to offer curbside, then charge me for it, then at least follow through or just stop making it look like something you do.So I won't be coming back to this store, and if you want anything moderately convenient or helpful, then I recommend you avoid it as well.

Clean and neat Harris Teeter, the layout hast improved in the building over it's previous life as a Kroger, sadly the prices are a bit higher. The service at customer counters (meat, seafood, etc) has also improved. Overall a nice place to shop and the self checkout lines are abundant if you want to enter store but stay hands free during the COVID-19 response. I also see employees keeping up with cleaning and distancing protocols, something that some other stores are starting to relax (too much in some cases) a big positive for me.

Beautiful store with plenty of space. It's huge! I'm glad to see that HT has so many organic options. I hope they continue to increase the organic selection. The staff is always very helpful. They are especially kind to my 89 yrs old mother who likes to use the self checkout independent of me. Shout out to Benita! The wine/beer selection is extensive. I'd love to see a small coffee shop option one day. Perhaps a local coffee pop up during the winter months.

Very nice and clean store with excellent lighting. Harris Teeter has an excellent variety of organic and fresh foods which is nice. I love the bakery items and made to order sandwiches.

I'm usually pretty good at self checkout, but something kept beeping at me. I appreciate the cashier who cleared the machine each time, but it would have been helpful had they told me what I was doing wrong and how I could avoid repeating the mistake.

This brand new store is beautiful and the customer service is fantastic. Today, I left a bag of groceries there and didn’t realize it until I got home. When I called, they were fantastic... Not only were they courteous on the phone but they ended up delivering my groceries to my home. So impressed with this level of customer service.

Two visits, will not return. Manager obviously hates his job. No personality, rude, will not respond to a hello and just walks away after helping verify ID for alcohol purchase at self checkout. There are other HTs in the area that I've always had much more positive experiences at and will use.

Like how do you justify paying 30 percentage more for items like say Quaker oats. Does it matter if I pick up from Walmart that is 30% cheaper? I like the neat layout but again bathroom were v v v dirty and smelly. Seems facade is decked up but backend still dirty.

Store is clean, wide variety of grocery selection. Unfortunately, the produce quality has not improved from when it was Kroger. Too frequently, the produce is not fresh. Efficiency and overall service in the sandwich area could also be improved.

I loved this grocery store when I first moved to NC. But now I’ve realized that the prices are about 15% higher than other stores and the produce section is seriously lacking. I’ve gotten moldy produce from here many times. Wegman’s and Publix are way better.
