Manager is obviously sleeping with employees which makes for an awkward shopping experience. She will follow you if certain employees are helping with your bags. It's hard to get the men to help anymore because she thinks you want them. I will not be going back. She calls the male employee "Bae" and "King" while they are ringing you up I guess to let you know they are hers even tho all I wanted was to buy my things and go. It's happened numerous times. Very ghetto and unprofessional and I would absolutely not recommend! And she's done some questionable things. I don't understand why she feels the need to assert her "dominance" anytime I come to shop. Can't even speak to employees or ask for help anymore. Very weird I must say

Delicious! Great flavor boil of shrimp, scallops, in garlic / cajun sauce...and Great service! Folks calling in orders are missing out on a great dine-in experience with fresh hot bag boil! 🙃

This place is going down. I could not bear the short/quick visit because of the girl on the phone ringing my order(rude), the guy working there on the phone and loud also.(rude) Plus it smelled like a weed house, which is terrible for business. All I smelled was cigarettes and weed. Not a friendly environment at all. Imma try my best to never go there again. But if that's your preference, feel free to visit. Just not my preference.

Arrived at the family dollar on Roxboro St. in Durham NC at 8:50 pm. Needing one item. The doors were locked so I walked back to the car. However I realized a couple was let in after I got in the car. So I decided to go back to the door. The lead (I’m assuming) on duty, opens the door to let the couple out after the cashier checks them out. Proceeds to tell me “we’re closed”. I asked her if closing time was at 9 as stated on the door and website and she replies “these are the last customers we’re taking for the day” and CLOSES & LOCKS THE DOOR IN MY FACE without another word.I’m furious. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Money taken out of the stores pocket due to laziness and my gas wasted driving to the store. I would have been in and out before 9 pm. I’m so disgusted.

I love shopping at the Family Dollar store on Roxboro Rd the manager is always polite and respectful, she makes you want to stop at her store when she's working. The store is always neat, stock and clean. There's two family dollars Store closer to my home, I go to the one on Roxboro Rd instead.

Very bad customer service from the manager. She doesn't know if the carry bubble bath. Your the manger in a retail store and don't know the items you have in your store?? Very unprofessional. When I continued to ask for assistance she quickly brushed me off saying we obviously don't carry any then while still continuing to talk to a customer that had just walked in the door. Will never shop here again!!!

I probably spent 2 to 3 thousand dollars at family dollars last year. My visit there tonight was terrible. I went to the cashier counter , with two arms full of merchandise and set it on the counter, because I couldn't hold it no longer, which no one was there at the time. And she got smart mouth with me and said you ain't next,then throwing all my items on the floor, so I put my last item up there and said you can throw that to, so she went on and on fussing at me, and I then said I heard enough. Don't say anything else to me, and then she said get out . That's no way to treat people

Some of the staff is always friendly and polite. They can speed up the check out line sometimes instead of talking to each other but other than that it's a good store I shop there alot.

The manager here has a terrible attitude towards costumers and don't know anything about costumer service or costumer care she had the nerve to yell at me because I was on her way and she couldn't say. EXCUSE MEBad bad bad... I hope they let her go or something. I'm sending a complaint to Familly Dollar maybe they can do something about this lady who doesn't know how to treat costumers.

They have lots of items well organized in a small store, I felt followed , and even notice an employee peeking in my purse,it was weird, I have no plans of returning.

Clearance items are not properly marked. They have a section for clearance items, but the store has regular priced items there due to storage issues + I've been told..so you have to constantly ask if items are marked down and it becomes very annoying to both parties - the consumer and the employee.

I love this Family Dollar because first of all the customer service is 100% everytime I go to shop there are always find what I need the staff is always friendly this is the best Family Dollar in Durham far as I'm concerned
