If I could give less stars I would. Filthy floors. Stuff everywhere. Trash overflowing outside and all over the parking lot. Shelves in disarray. Just GAG!!! Won't return.

This is my neighborhood store..I visit almost weekly..many time more often than I'd like (if I don't make a list and forgot items) because I enjoy the warmth and helpfulness of the senior managers especially, and the prices. The 'my coupon site' is often times not responsive, but this store is tops and I hope it continues to provide the quality of management that it has presently. I have receipts to prove my loyalty. Th

Not very satisfied with the service. I purchased an item (electronic) at this location. Was not told I couldn't return for a refund or store credit. Was not satisfied with my purchase, so when I went to get a refund was denied. Said I could only excha6for the same item even if I didn't want to same item. Manager Chris was rude and unprofessional. Continued to show me a sign that was not posted where my item was displayed. Item posting was so small NO and I mean NO could read it. Sign on the door relating to refunds says something totally different. Will be call corporate on Monday.

Decent place to pick up a variety of items. Family Dollar has enough good prices to make you forget how much overpriced junk they have. This location was okay, but it the clerks weren't accessible. Nor were they exceptionally busy. Also poor lighting in back of store.

Family dollar clearly states that they accept printed coupons on their websites policy yet the manager here doesnt seem to follow their policy!!! Said he only accepts manufacture coupons from the sunday paper no printed ones whatsoever which clearly is not whats in their policy

The male store manager (I think he was a manager) was on the phone this Sunday morning 7/30/17 talking with a friend/girlfriend and must have been aggrevated by my interruption of being checked out. Very rude. Zero customer service. 5120 N. Roxboro Rd. Durham.
