I can't give it no stars so 1 star it will be, should be NEGATIVE 20. Worst customer service I've experienced since moving to the area. Check your coupons and the coupons taped on the shelf they don't honor if they don't remove after expiration. They make it your fault that the employees are incompetent to store procedure. Before I could respond I was told to "appeal to the GM maybe she can help", rude and bad grammar SMH. Go down the street a mile to Dollar General they have the exact same junk a little cheaper and they people act like they care.

Visit This Location Weekly, In the middle of remodel and the team is always helpful and very kind. Awesome shopping experience and from a regional director standpoint for 15 years this team here is very professional and bring out the company values.

My local store is kept in good order and well stocked with particularly nice staff. Nicely located at the edge of the mall with very accessible parking...quick in and out if it's raining like today.

Family Dollar is just what it is, a dollar store! Nothing to special, not great customer service, not because they are bad, but just that they give you the customer service you pay for with going into a dollar store. It is what is, their trained to do what they do!
