There were lots of boxes sitting on the floor waiting to be put on the shelves. So many items to choose from on each isle. It wasn't too busy, so only I person was checking people out. They already have Halloween, Thanksgiving and fall items out. There was one person stocking the shelves. She was very nice, asking customers if they needed any help.

One of the nicest cashiers I have ever met in a Dollar tree. I wished I had gotten his name because he made my day even brighter with his positive personality. I went there for school supplies and was able to get everything on the school's supply list.

Lazy guy at the cash register sitting down instead of standing up. I asked him was he handicapped. He said no. So there's no reason why you're sitting down at work being rude unless you're handicapped smh.

I've been shopping there for years and regardless of who's in the store, the staff has always been pleasant. However this past week or so has been completely different. The energy has been different and though not rude, the staff did not appear to be their usual upbeat selves. It didn't take long to realize they had a new store manager and she could be seen, on multiple occasions chastising the staff. So much so, I have to wonder, who's making these decisions in regards to management because apparently, they've drop the ball again.

The staff here is great! I want to comment on that immediately, because I've spoken with people about three times there now and they've always been a nice, personable bunch. With the volume of consumers I usually see them serving I'm honestly impressed. Management should be pleased.Dollar Tree in and of itself is a highly underrated store. I find especially for buying various storage items (small tool boxes, crates, tupperware, bins, etc) that this is a great place to go. Their stock changes quite frequently, so you can't be sure that you won't find something neat that wasn't there last time. All items, as you might expect are a dollar, but I really feel I get more than a dollar's value out of so many things. In this economy, we could use a few more places around like this.

Fully vaccinated customers don’t require masks, according to their door sign, however, all the employees still said to wear masks even if vaccinated, and made me wear one. Not polite and they must not understand their own rules. This happened Monday May 24th at 1:00 pm

The people who work here are vulgar / and truly they are not smart. I’m very surprised they can even get a job in the first place but if you like listening to people cus and stink from cigarettes and you like watching people run down customers verbally as they take 15 minutes to scan your order because they won’t shutup - this is the place for you.

Wish I could give no stars. Health department should investigate them for their disgusting ladies room. Not only were both stalls disgusting but I accidentally touched the wall and went to was my hands. No soap only Al. Ost empty bottle of liquid soap, scrubbed hands, NO water. Sink broken and NO water. I had to buy bottle of water to rinse soap off my hands. Went outside and ran to my car to throw up.

Bathroom is already dirty like its abandon. The workers from management always following you and staring as if you came to hold the place up. I hate bad service so, I will do my best not to go back so I advise you not to start unless its an emergency.

Pretty much a fan of all DollarTree locations I've been to. This one has great customer service, although it kind of lacks in supply at times. All in all it is definitely a great store to shop at.

Huge variety of items from food to toys to toiletries to party supplies and that's just a portion of their merchandise all for $1 with free and ample parking

Worse customer service they were loud rude and helped but we're upset about it it's the closest to me but will be going to the other side of town. They have no cleanliness about them selves and are rude

The employees and manager gave Really bad customer service because of my 3 yr old was playing with a squeaky toy and instead of coming and asking polite or professional manner if we can please stop doing that they just yelled from 3 aisles down to shut up and then got in an argument about this it was the worst experience and customer service ever had

Sign says they open at 8a. Sitting here at 915a and doors are locked. Should at least put a notice on the door. People standing outside just waiting. Not good for business.
