Love this Dollar Tree! Now I know your thinking a dollar store is a dollar store, nope! Some have a weak birthday/party section, no freezer section with dollar yums, plenty of house hold items to boot. This store is craziness, two isles of party decor (pictures are bubbles, ribbon, napkins & clear plates all for #DollarTree) two freezers, three isles of kitchen, office and home decor. More selection of home & laundry cleaners, just an outright bigger, better store. I didn't discover it until the last month when I'm running around with my head cut off, preparing for kid's birthday and then Christmas!! Tons of wrapping & tissue paper, bags, tape, stocking stuffers...etc. Plus staff is friendly and speedy, even in this busy season. Free parking and wheel chair accessible

This location is extremely unprofessional. I live down the street so I shop here often. Every time I shop at this location the employees are standing around talking slowing down the customer service. What really bothers me are the rude things the employees say. One cashier told me my baby had evil eyes because we are African American and he has grey eyes. This same lady then proceeds to touch my child like she knows him the next visit. Another time the cashier just rolled her eyes and didn’t speak the entire time she cashed me out for no reason because I never complain nor say anything except hello unless they start a conversation. This time I was by myself so I grabbed a basket to shop with. When I got to the register the lady tells me I have to take everything out myself despite other cashiers always saying leave it. Ok not a problem. Then I empty and proceed to put the basket at the end of her lane like you do at most stores. She tells me that’s a tripping hazard so I say ok where should I sit it? She tells me I’m responsible for carrying my things and putting the basket back where it belongs. I have health issues that you can’t tell by looking at me but I feel even if I didn’t it’s not appropriate to ask me to do her job and this was the manager. I honestly feel like I just need to find another location to shop at despite this one being so close.

Extremely rude, store was a complete disaster, and kept paging every 5 minutes to leave the store as it was and I had my 7 year old autistic brother with me who was with me the whole time he walked ahead of me and they paged again to keep your children with you. Completely rude and completely unprofessional store. Will not be back to #3988

Had the worst experience at this location, went in to pick up a item which NOTHING was on the shelves but boxes was in the floor, I saw the item I needed in one of the boxes so I opened it Tawanna the manager came around the corner and yelled DONT OPEN MY BOXES as if they were hers I’m only trying to get a item to purchase. My thing is if you had more employees to stock the shelves then you won’t have to worry about customers opening boxes what she did was just bad customer service instead of coming over offering to help she say what she said how she said

Store was crowded;however cashiers were friendly and helpful. No one mind waiting or social distancing. Shelves were well stocked and there were many many great buys. I like getting reading glasses reasonably priced and the selection is great. There was a cashier working the register who was very sweet; and another sticking the shelves. Great experience and positive vibes makes it a great go to store.

I go there for a couple of things and end up spending $20. They have so many things that are so helpful around the house. I even found a Sympathy card for losing a pet. My Sister just lost her dog of 13 years. I never would have thought I would find one there. Found everything I needed today.

Love to find great buys here but as many will tell you Dollar Tree is not consistent among its locations for items sold. So, you may find simmering that is lovely but if they don't have enough, going to another DT store is not the answer. They don't stock all their stores with the same items.

This Dollar Tree has a variety of items in stock. This store also has a fridge/freezer which has local eggs in stock most of the time. I have not had a bad experience with the employees at this store- they are friendly.

I went to go get some makeup and dollar store was the closest and the only store open, I went and picked out all the makeup I needed, turns out I’m allergic to the BB cream makeup Moisturizer, I don’t recommend getting makeup from dollar tree, and the makeup brushes are very hard even when wet, Also face cleaning products are old! I don’t recommend.Everything else fine!

Rude employees. I was holding a bottle of body soap and the employee yelled at me not to put it down but to put it away. All the other employees had headphone in and couldn’t hear me when I asked for help. I ended up leaving my cart and going to Walmart for my cleaning supplies

Super friendly staff but everything is a dollar plus tax.😋 Really though. Same Products at Wal-mart are from twice to 3 times as much. Name brand products and cleaning detergents awesomely cheap!

Great & Cool items that some other stores don't carry. If I'm looking for something and I can't find it at other stores then I know I will here. Manager is really on point and is friendly. Great Service!

It is a good Cheap store were all things are $1.00 plus tax. However they are always under staffed. But you can find dishes, storage items, food items. So I like going even if it's for a gifting moment.

There was approximately 20 customers in line with one cash register open. We waited in line for about 10 minutes before I asked the cashier to call the manager. It was only then that the manager and other cashier came from the back of the store to assist.

There is such a store to shop in for the little things, or cheap items. If your household has come under siege just like mine has, this is the place to go and get arts and craft, snacks, decor for the house. Household items dog food on a budget. Run on down and check out the place you'll find one item you needed. I pick up stocking stuffers lol.

I was denied service because my items came to $4.30 and I had a $50 bill. I was told by the manager (William)that they can't take my transaction because it is not enough money being spent and that they can't break it on weekends (today is Friday). I really didn't have change so I had to leave my items at the counter.

They have a variety of different products to, choose from & it seems they a adding more & more each time I visit the store. I am always saying things like..I did not know Dollar Tree had this in here. I will always shop at Dollartree.

This is one of the nicest, well sorted, Dollar Stores in Durham. You can also find items here that other Dollar Stores don't have.
