Pharmacy has gone down hill immensely. Last few months, wait time is at least 20 minutes just to pick up. They have told me for over a month that my med is out of stock but ordered. In actuality it was discontinued and replaced with generic. Benson was able to tell me that. I'm not sure why Dunn couldn't. Just went to pick another med up to wait 25 minutes and be told it was put back. Spoke to someone Thursday was told it was ready. Stated I'd be in the next day or 2 to show up Sat and no med. The girl stared at the screen for 10 minutes before asking me to come back. I will NOT be back.Do better Dunn. Train your staff better because they do not know what they are doing.

In the last year this pharmacy has went incredibly downhill. I’ve never waited in line less than 30 minutes just to pick up a prescription. For the last 3 months every single time I’ve had a problem. I was only given 1/4 of my prescription, my insurance’s claim systems will randomly “be down” even when they’re not, and above all else IT IS SLOW.Need a good place in Dunn to take a nap? The Walgreens drive through is an excellent spot because you’re not going to be moving anytime soon.I am done with this Walgreens

The associate was very rude. When I came in the store I was not address properly and also I was standing at the front counter waiting to do an exchange and she was at the photo counter she did not say I be right with she just stood there until a different race came over to her and said I need help so she left the photo counter as quick as lightning to help the customer. So I asked if anyone else is working today. She said no I be with you in a second, so I told her I was standing here before he even asked for help and was not addressed at all. So doing my transaction with her she had a attitude. I do not think that was right. Poor customer service.

Horrible pharmacy, after waiting 30 minutes getting called, then being told to wait again, They then refused to fill and canceled my infants three prescriptions, because they didn't like my attitude because I didn't want to hear a lecture while they checked me out. You have a job to do, not a lesson to teach. I wasn't looking for a fight. Not only will I never return to this Walgreens, I'll never return to any Walgreens again because of their attitude towards me today.

I learned early in life you never know who your customers are. Just when you thought it could not get any worse, than read this. As a military and federal government retiree there is a thrust hole of customer service you expect and will tolerate. Therefore, it is ALWAYS VITAL to read those one star ratings on any business. Since some are worse than others the system does not allow you to rate below a one star. The customer service I received at this Walgreens deserves a ***RUDE FIVE STAR***. I had just left Fort Liberty and arrived in Dunn, NC to pick-up a prescription for my grandson. The refill was a fax that Walmart had sent over DAY’S earlier (note days earlier). Everything was going well until I encounter their employee name “Kele Bell.” While waiting to get the prescription a customer was engaged with Bell in a conversation and she rendered FULL CUSTOMER SERVICE skills to. The first interaction was she wanted to charge for the prescription and had to be checked on it and it snowballed from there. Her inactions surfaced as the capable of employees that Walgreens hire that customer service skills and totally reflects the backing of poor management skills for the status quo. Due to her nasty pencil pushing attitude I asked to speak with her supervisor. The supervisor attitude and lacking of professionalism was worse than her subordinate. She became hostile and elevated here voice in the presences of customers stating she DID NOT have to give me her last name. She never asked any questions about the adverse issue but had already rendered her decision. It does not stop here! The district manager called and left a voice message stating “I will give you a call back tomorrow.” If you are employed with Walgreens tomorrow never comes-never received the call back. If you are employed with Walgreens- you can tell a customer “here you go” like Bell and nothing else. If you are employed with Walgreens-you can say like the supervisor “my employees ARE ALWAYS RIGHT and I don’t need to hear what you have to say. *** IT IS WORTH THE TIME TO READ YOUR RATINGS.**

Please avoid this pharmacy at all cost!!! The techs are overworked and underpaid and it shows!! They people here are absolutely miserable and UGLY inside and out. They told me the meds weren’t ready and made up some excuse after getting them filled on the same days for years after I sat and waited and sent my script somewhere else and guess what! They were filled in less than 30 mins! The black chick with the fro is incompetent the older lady brunette is absolutely disgusting and slow. The male pharmacist clearly hate themselves And the rest of the techs are on a power trip of angry brokeness lol. They need to get higher paying jobs without the crazy hours if they are this upset at absolute strangers!! There’s some personal problems within these pathetic individuals to lie to a stranger ! Why y’all so mad?

The only benefit of using this store are their hours. Wait line is always too long, rarely a friendly face, they'll delete meds from your profile if they don't have in stock, and don't even try calling..... that's a whole other significant problem

Showed up roughly 5 minutes before drive thru closed the metal curtain was still up could see 3 people walking around and ignored me waiting for service.Thanks to people being inconsiderate I'm now sitting in the emergency room waiting to get medication for my daughter. At 3am

Walgreens has last chance clearance items every now and then, so it's always nice going into a Walgreens. As far as customer service goes, the pharmacy technicians were not the best of the customer service at this store, but some of the people that were working there were actually somewhat nice. Like when I was looking for a reloadable prepaid card, the lady actually looked at every card in the back to see whether it was reloadable for me a few days ago. So I did appreciate that. There have been other times with different workers to wear. The customer service varies but a few days ago the person that was working there that helped me out with the cards was very nice

This is the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to in the state of NC. I could have driven to Texas and got my prescription there before I received it here. I waited in line for over an hour, at 6pm to be told at 7:24 pm that my prescription, which was sent in at 2:00ish would take an additional 30 minutes. Once I left the line, I sent my order to Smithfield Walgreens and it was ready by the time I pulled into my driveway. This pharmacy is ALWAYS slow and backed up. This is ridiculous…. Especially to wait this long and then not get the meds that I need.

I'm not sure what has happened to the pharmacy but it's getting bad. I walked in on Tuesday for a flu shot and was told I had to go online and make an appointment. Made an appointment for Thursday and when I arrived I was told they are out of flu shots since Monday. You couldn't mention that when I was there Tuesday?? Not to mention they didn't notify me because they had the wrong number, but when I asked them to verify it in my account it was correct so they clearly couldn't even be bothered to look it up. Dealt with the same person both times and she could not have cared less.

Be advised that if you call and ask for a prescription refill, even if they tell you that it’s in stock and will be ready in an hour it may not be. Employee response is apathy, and you may be sitting in the hot sun waiting for an indeterminate time. The employee just shrugs and says someone else must have picked up my call. Pathetic service.

Unfortunately I lost my father, this is my 2nd Father’s Day without him. I started having panic attacks and had to have emergency meds sent to Walgreens in Dunn NC. The way Tori spoke to me on the phone made my day brighter. She even came to the window to speak to me and told me everything was going to be okay. She restored my faith in humanity and made me feel like i wasn’t just another person. Tori is the reason I took a deep breath and relaxed. So thank you Tori. You don’t know the impact your words was on me today

On Thursday they had my sons medication. Called today (Sat.) & they tell me it’s not in stock & they can’t get it until the middle or end of next week. It is an ADHD medication for a young child. No other Walgreens can fill it because it is a controlled medication. Yet he is out today. So apparently until whenever my child is supposed to go without his medication. Can call the doctor on Monday & get it transferred yet that would still be him going without it for several days. Not a happy camper!!

The worst pharmacy I've had the displeasure of working with. They never called me to tell me my script couldn't be filled and I just got off the phone to verify that my script was sent to them. Also whoever FINALLY answered the phone had the AUDACITY to ask what my medicine was for. UNPROFESSIONAL!This was after a week of trying to reach them continuously.

Pharmacy said it would be an hour before prescription was ready. I go up there 2 hrs after to pick up and still told it would be about a 15 min wait. There were 5 people working when I was at the counter. WTH are they doing that they cant have something ready to go after 2 hrs? Absolutely the worst pharmacy in Dunn. Hospital pharmacy is THE best one to go to in Dunn.

If they actually have your medication in And they usually don't. Be prepared to wait in line and then be told to come back in 30 minutes and then wait in line again only to be told to come back again. There has to be a better place in Dunn.

This used to be one of the fastest and most friendly pharmacies around but over the past year it has became a total headache to pick up or even drop off a prescription. Some of the staff can be rather rude. One of the workers became very disgruntled with my wife over a coupon we were trying to use for a rather expensive perscription. I will no longer take my business to this location. I would rather help the small businesses out anyway and it's what I should have been doing all along.

Amber in the pharmacy is one of the best Pharmacy Techs they have on staff. Called her to check my prescription status, said they did not have it yet. I then called my doctor to confirm, after being rudely dismissed about if they sent it over, I called back. Amber picked up said she still didn't have it but when it came in, she would handle it asap for me and offered to sign me up for a the text notifications. I said I'd like that and thanks so much! 5 minutes pass and I get a call from Walgreens, Amber called me back just to let me know she got it in, and she's working on it and gave me an ETA of 20 min. I was shocked she called me back since she signed me up for the text notifications, so that was nice. Then she took it a step further by calling me again and notifying me that she doesnt have my insurance on file and to bring in my card when I come by. She went out of her way to call me 2 separate times just to keep me informed and to make the transaction as smooth and easy as possible.

This is the second review that I have left for the Dunn Walgreens in the last 2 weeks. Somehow, they keep deleting my reviews. I am just being honest, so not sure why/how they are allowed to delete reviews. I used this Walgreens for the 7 years that I have lived in Dunn. When the Rite-Aid closed, and the old crew left, and the new crew took over, the customer service has suffered severely. The pharmacy staff is rude and condescending, and do whatever they can to avoid filling my prescriptions. The last script that I brought in for my son to be filled was on day 28 of a 30 day supply, and the pharmacy technician FLAT OUT REFUSED to fill it! Since when can you not fill a prescription on the 28th day of a 30 day supply! I asked him to run the insurance, and it went through with NO PROBLEM! They just seem like they do whatever they can to avoid having to work! The tech told me to come back on DAY 31, which happened to fall on a Saturday! Are you kidding me?! They want me to come back to fill the script on the day it ran out?! Ridiculous. What if they were out of that particular medicine?! (Which they are out of it quite frequently, I might add). That was the last straw. I will NEVER use their pharmacy services again. The new pharmacy I use had no problems filling it on day 28. In fact, they told me that is when you are SUPPOSED to have it refilled! They laughed when I told them what Walgreens said! They filled it in less than 5 mins, and we're super nice and helpful. Plus, they are a local business which I would much rather use anyway to support the "little people". The only reason for the 2 stars is that there are a COUPLE of technicians at the Walgreens that are helpful and super nice. Other than that, I am DONE with the Dunn Walgreens. If you like to wait, get hassled when you bring in a prescription to be filled, and like rude and condescending service, then this Walgreens is for you! If not, choose the local brick and mortar pharmacies where the service is fast and the staff are kind and helpful!

The pharmacy is SLACK! I was told that they were faxing my mother's doctors office for authorization to refill a prescription. I called back two days later to find out that they had not done it. Also when I told the girl that answered the phone that they needed authorization to refill it she said they didn't then said "oh yes we do." They are careless and slack!

If you want a pharmacy that shorts you on your prescription then by all means this is the place for you! I watched my 75 year old grandmother open her prescription alongside my mother where we counted 60 pills in which the quantity was supposed to be 90. Let me preface this by mentioning my grandmother goes to pain management and has to have her nerves burned by a doctor to help with her back problems. She does a very good job of rationing out her pain pills to the amount she needs and never takes more than 3 a day! Her doctor is also aware of this because they cut her prescription by 10 pills last month because she brought back a bottle with 16 leftover. So here you have an honest woman who's about to be in a lot of pain because of a pharmacy unwilling to admit they either 1) made a mistake or 2) had someone in the pharmacy steal her pills. I understand that percosets are a controlled substance but with her age and the fact that she has NEVER had this problem before... why are these people so unwilling to admit they made a mistake or that something shady is going on in their pharmacy?! All they had to say was, "Ma'am it was circled and initialed so the count was correct on our end". So I guess they're saying we have to take their word that 90 pills were in the bottle when CLEARLY there were not. Im just saying something doesn't add up!! I never write negative reviews but I wish I could give this pharmacy zero stars. I will be having my grandmother contact the police.

I witnessed something today at this location that I hope I never ever see again. There was a deaf customer in pharmacy at the window and the young lady offering her the most horrible service was shouting at her as if she could hear her, when she was clearly deaf!!! This woman, who we later find out is the manager of the store, was being extremely rude to this woman. This is unacceptable. Her name was Kristen, and the pharmacist, who was just as rude to her, was named Chris...This behavior should not be going on in this time of inclusion for our citizens with disabilities!!! This is the only store in Dunn, North Carolina and we would like to think that this behavior will not be tolerated!!!

This Walgreens is horrible. Every single time I come here I have to wait about 30 to 40 mins for simple prescriptions and most of the time they don’t even have what my doctor has prescribed. Today my doctor sent over a simple antibiotic amoxicillin for my son’s ear infection at 530. I wait for 30 minutes before I go to the drive thru because I know they are slow as always and I still get told to wait. They need to do better. People come to the pharmacy because they are sick and it’s even worse when you have babies that are sick having to wait in the parking lot over 30 mins for the pharmacy. Walgreens in Dunn needs to do better.
