Had issues with snakes around my porch every morning so went to the supply store and they had multiple products. Cashier always greets you when you walk in.Also purchased some boots from this same location. They have very high end boots for hard working people. I would highly recommend you stop by.

Bought a pair of boots. Tried on a 9 in a pair and didn't really like the shape so much. I wear the same size as my sister so I called to ask her size. Grabbed a different pair in a size 9 and checked out. Pull them out of my car a few days later to show my sister and try them on. They felt small.. Looked at the size inside the boot. They are a 8. Not happy and not I have to go back to return them. Ugh.. Nevermind taking the pictures I realized one is an 8 the other is a 9.smh

We were looking at different dog food for our dog that has allergies. An employee named Patrick walked up and helped us immediately. He answered all of our questions and was so great. Thanks Patrick and we will be back to this store. Great Job!!

The people welcomed me when I walked in. Another employee was offering assistance to people who may need it. I like when they have sales on pet food. Also a variety of dog food, but not as much options in cat food.

Tractor supply is a great company &; the staff at both the clinton and the Dunn locations of North Carolina are just fantastically amazing employees and have always seemed to care about the customers needs/wants along with maintaining the up most courteousness. Their customer service has always been superb! Can't complain about a thing! Keep up the good work guys!!!

Store was clean and had a good selection. Little disappointed with the customer service though. Alexus was on what was clearly a personal phone call while ringing me up though, which was frustrating as I had to continually repeat myself and try to get her attention just to ask about the items I was purchasing. Wanted to know about what I was buying, not about the latest gossip with her friends via her phone call.

My husband and I purchase all of the feed for our chickens, peacock, turkeys and ducks at Tractor Supply. I have also bought several Christmas presents here. They sell every kind of food for all animals and also medications for them. Staff is very nice and polite. I went by myself one time and they were nice enough to load those 50 pound bags of feed in my SUV. Thanks!

I went in today to get a few things for my horse and a wonderful young lady by the name of Miccala was absolutely wonderful telling me everything I needed to help my horse with her hoof issue I gave her my number and she sent me step by step pictures of how to use what she helped me with. I would say went WAY beyond her normal customer service. Thank you so much Miccala!

We would like to share about the good experience we had today in the Dunn, NC store. We had been considering purchasing a pull behind leaf vacuum, but were hesitant. We were told that Dunn had one we could look at. We asked for help and were directed to (Darlene (Emily). She was so helpful in looking up the information about the unit and was so pleasant and kind. Unfortunately, you do not find many employees like this any more. She also called in Jayson and Jimmy with some questions. Needless to say, we purchased the unit along with a year's protection plan, which we don't usually do. This store should be proud to have caring employees like these.

Pleasant staff there to assist you in everything. I was looking for feeds for goats donkeys and chickens, no problem. Anything I ask about they had an answer. Went in to buy some chicks and ended up with ducklings for my two Greatgrandaughters. I can almost find what I am looking for.

I love Tractor Supply! I shop them more often than the grocery store. Just about everything you need for small to medium farm operations. I just wish they sold more products made in the USA. I've often referred to them as the China Supply Company, it is what it is with that. Typically great customer service, most employees there dabble a little in the Farm Life and can offer great advice.

If you want to purchase a commonly purchased or popular item don't come here. This store doesn't restock but once a month. I'll go to purchase Purina Layena or a certain popular dog food on a Saturday and the shelves are empty. I'll go back on the following Wednesday and the shelves are still emply. I'll go back the next weekend and still nothing. They'll be selling chicks and the chicken feed is no where to be found. This isn't common with other locations but only with this one.

We only go here for pet supplies that are hard to find anywhere else around the area. Honestly I think they're a little overpriced, but it's much more convenient than alternative options. Nearly anything else I would be interested in can be found cheaper at a nearby store.

Went in looking for something for my Corgi. I was told y'all carried it, but the nice young man looked everywhere for me. He also looked to see if it could be ordered. It's called Angel Eyes. He researched and found the only place that has it is Petsmart or Petco. I wish y'all would carry this product. He spent over 30 minutes looking for me. Wish I had gotten his name. Young black man at Tractor Supply in Dunn. He went above and beyond. He deserves to be recognized for great customer service. Tell him it was the lady with the Corgi🤗

On Saturday, May 16, I went to this TSC to shop and was astonished at what I found. Out of the 30 to 35 people inside, customers & employees, I saw only one lady wearing a mask like myself & and my girlfriend. If not for the stickers on the floor that remind customers to remain 6 feet apart, one would not have thought there was a pandemic emergency in our country at all. TSC is an essential business and because of that designation, they have been allowed to remain open during this national emergency. But essential businesses are responsible for putting into place protective measures to protect their employees & their customers while shopping in their stores. No carts were being washed, no masks on employees, and no safety shields at the register. How sad. If this is the cultural response by both TSC & the majority of their customers, it is my opinion that our country will experience a resurgence in the Covid-19 virus and we will loose lives that didn't need to be lost.
