You can argue whether the price Starbucks charges is fair for what you receive, but as always, the store is clean, smartly decorated, and staffed with courteous and professional people. Their products are exceptionally consistent in quality and predictability. You always know exactly what you’re going to get, and it always meets your expectations.

Great spot! Staff was very friendly and the spot itself was beyond charming. Apparently it is an old apartment and pharmacy converted. Warmth from the use of original wood from the flooring and trusses counteracts a clean industrial look. Food was fresh and delicious. We had burgers, fish and chips as well as a few appetizers.We make this trip north and south from Florida to Virginia regularly so this will become a regular stop.Features: Staff was wearing masks

The tall male that has been working the window at the drive thru lately is horrible. He was there today, 2/28, between 7-8am. I come every single day and have never had even one bad experience until he started. Everyone else has always been kind and helpful even when they are stressed and slammed. When I noticed this new male employee I gave him grace thinking maybe he's having an off day, or still learning, but he's been there about a month now and without fail he is awful every single time I have to encounter him. He doesn't speak at all, rolls his eyes when you ask for something simple like a straw, has a bad attitude, acts like your presence is an inconvenience. He ruins my morning every time I have to deal with him on the way to work. Bad choice with that hire, this was one of the best starbucks I've ever used but he has repeatedly made me so uncomfortable I'll drive out of my way to avoid him

I wanted a quick bite and decided to grab me something from Starbucks. They gave me a terrible piece of work. I wanted to go back but I couldn’t because I was on a time crunch. For the price I paid and I got this piece of food it is just terrible.The person whom took my order was nice.

Mostly have good experiences with this location. Lines are usually long and if I have an issue I just do not have time to go back and try to resolve it. That being said I’ve only had two issues in all the times I’ve gone. The last time, was the size of my drink was not correct. I ordered one tall and one grande and received two talls. I always order ahead and go through the drive thru and at first I was thinking maybe it was my error but when I checked after getting to my destination I did in fact order myself a grande.

I’m a sales rep traveling NC, and lately the coffee has been hit or miss. Today in Dunn we ordered a frozen Frappuccino. The guy back to me correctly but that’s not what I got, We got an ice mocha. Cubes of ice, lately in my travels only about 50% are right or taste right, some hot mochas taste like water and mocha mix, no coffee, when your in a drive thru and been waiting 10-15 and have appointments you just don’t have the time to go back, thank God for points they really help with the bad ones.

This Starbucks is still experiencing growing pains. Often run out of products. Drinks have been wrong about 30% of the time. Although it may be nice, feeding a dog a pup cup through the drive through window sends a bad image cleanliness wise. Other than that, they're nice and remake your order everytime you let them know there's an issue.

Traveling up the east coast and stopped here for coffee and the Been There Series mug. Although they did not have any in stock the barista went above and beyond to make sure they did not have any hidden away. Ordered a lemonade w/ matcha while he checked and it was made to perfection. He even mentioned where to find another location to find the mug. GREAT SERVICE!

My family and I came here for a quick bite and to enjoy the company of our friends. The bathrooms were very clean as well as the store. The food was great and the coffee was perfect. I had a lovely interaction with an employee where we talked about dining out with young kids and how messy it can be. All in all, I would take my kids here again, I really enjoyed my time.

My birthday drink was free and was treated as such at this Dunn location. I got the hot seasonal drink I ordered after they handed it to me iced. Awesome seasonal Hot Apple Crisp Macchiato, but the caramel left on the cup, that went on my hands to the steering wheel made it feel free. I carry my own napkins in my vehicle, for times when drive-thru fails to give me one. Thanks again for the Birthday drink.

I’m giving two stars because I’ve always had great, friendly service and the food items are done properly. If not for the service, there would be less stars. I am a regular Starbucks customer at several other locations and I have a “usual order”. I ordered my usual drink from this location on three separate occasions, different times of the day. Every time, the drink tasted _terrible_. Maybe they are using a lower grade product than other locations? Is that allowed? The drinks consistently had a strong chemical-type flavor to them. The second time it happened, I had time to go back in and ask for a re-make. Also terrible. The third visit, I had forgotten how terrible it was until I took my first sip. Will not be going back to this location.

I went in tonight to get my free birthday drink. Felix served me. I asked him for a recommendation for a low caffeine choice. He suggested the paradise drink with peach juice! I said I’d love to try it. He told me if I didn’t like it, he would be happy to make me something different. I really enjoyed his recommendation! He was very friendly, gave me a birthday treat, and wished me a happy birthday! I usually go through the drive through… but I’m very happy I chose to go inside tonight! I really appreciate Felix! Thanks for the great experience!

It was nice & clean inside and well staffed. My hot chocolate could have used a little more chocolate, but I was well on my way on the interstate before tasting my first sip. All in all, the cleanliness of the place is why I would come back again.
