This store is very open and huge. They have the same items as other stores but the ceiling signs really help you find the section you are looking for fast. I went in for one thing and found it within a minute. The staff was friendly. I got a great deal on what I went for compared to Walmart Target or Belk... Like I paid 20 dollars less at rose's. This store has a smaller furniture section than most other stores, but the electronics section was the most organized of any other store I've been to. There were only 2 registers, but it wasn't busy so I was in and out fast.

Something needs to be done about your Assistant Store Manager Andrea.She is very rude, not a people person at all. She rolls her eyes and breathes hard out of her mouth when a paying customer asks her a question. I will not return to this location as long as she is there.

I came in for the dress selection and I was very pleased. There are so many different styles to choose from as well as a wide variety of sizes.I am glad that there was a larger variety for the plus sized female (Thank You) and that is what will keep me coming back all summer!There has been some remodeling going on but I feel there still could be a little more to not make it so cluttered but all in all I will still continue to shop at Roses.The employees were very helpful I didn't have to wait long for someone to open the dressing room and the cashier was friendly.Stop by Roses for your Women's Summer Dress selection you'll be glad that you did.

I was in Rose's on Sat July 19th & I wanted to give a huge shout out to Debbie! They were very short staffed but Debbie went above & beyond to find out the price of a floor lamp I wanted to buy. It seems that the associates that put the lamps out failed to leave the price tag or anything to scan the lamp. Debbie called & spoke with a Manager in Smithfield to find out the product number & price. Saved me a trip to have to come back (and possibly leave without even buying the other items I had selected because of frustration) but that didn't happen! Thanks so much Debbie. Rose's needs more employees like you!

Sorriest store I've ever been in. Merchandise on the floor and in the aisles. Employees eating behind the checkout counter. Very few people wearing masks. Just before we checked out an employee said the manager wanted is to put a mask on. I believe we where singled out because we're white! There were several black people there with no masks on and nothing was said to them. Will never set foot in there again.

They don't even think enough of their customers to keep a working restroom. Where exactly are you supposed to relieve your self. Most stores now feel if you aren't a paying customer you can't use their restroom which is exactly right. The store next door isn't getting anything out of it.

Great deals on everything from shampoo to furniture. I bought a couch and loveseat that is exactly the same as a set on Wayfair on layaway at a fraction of the cost and got a discount for making my payments on senior citizens day (Wednesday, I think.)

Very helpful customer service, especially mrs Debbie potter. I drive from Clinton to dunn just because of the friendly staff, they'll take the time to assist you. If you haven't been ya just have to go shopping there

Great place to shop but restrooms are always out of order! However, no need for despair they have a great clean restroom at the supermarket next door

Don't buy any furniture from roses u can't carry it back if there's problems with it I bought a recliner for my disable wife and it is not what she needed and I can't return it so I can't get her anthor one it has a 30 day return policy and they will not honor it

The people that work there is a joke half of them just be standing around doing nothing it always two lines always open and about 15 people standing and each line. They need new people there that would or do need a job and send them other ones home. It makes no since at all. 😑

Its ok... Most stuff is pretty cheap. Electronics are typically refurbished, they take returns with receipt.

So online it says the store opens at 9am, I get here at 9:09am and they tell me the store doesn't open until 10am, they need to update the hours online.
