For truckers:-Very good customer service. Big parking lot. Showers are great, but you have to go inside at fuel desk to book a shower cant use Flying J app to book a shower.

Stay away from this place. Rude people. Dirty showers, only one towel and not even a wash cloth, no soap in showers, attendant tells you they can bait out you in waiting line for showers. You just have to leave and come back when they are ready and don’t even give a time. What a joke.

This isn’t a pilot.. it’s a shell with a pilot logo… they don’t honor pilot deals, don’t have an automated shower system.. you get to sweat it out in there hot lobby from 1975 with everyone else and wait for your name to be called… they don’t honor pilot deals… food places Quizno and dq are ran down with little to no options, half the stuff they offer they don’t have, food court is dirty as all hell… this isn’t a pilotOnly plus is all the free parking short of that skip this place if you want good hot food and a shower cus your not getting it here

Parking lot is 1/2 dirt, very nice showers, staff is nice, need milk dispenser for coffee replace floor papper for a floor towel in shower- Like the reviews and follow me for more.-Have a good day.God bless and protect everyone.

Look at this hot dog I saw today!?!? You can't tell me this is acceptable by any means. I understand its from a gas station but dang someone is going to die from this. Facilities definitely need a closer eye

Both attendants on phone, wanting me to wait 30 minutes for a shower while she played and talked on phone. Place is old school keys for shower can't use app or kiosk . Only reason for 2 stars because they have alot of free parking that's the only positive.

It was ok kinda tight between the truck fuel island and vehicle parking but seemed to flow well people coming and going. There's a decent restaurant next door and a dairy queen and Quiznos inside the pilot. Customers service was very nice and caring and don't have anything at all negative to say about my experience here. I didn't use the shower so i have no clue about those.

Old truck stop but has everything needed n then some. The shop there was awesome. In n out plus a great low price. Owner was very honest which saved me money n what mechanic does that these days. Great experience. The lot is super dirty but that doesn't bother me much when it's pretty quiet n safe. Try it out.

The fuel stop side is older but staff are all friendly the showers were big and very clean. The full service Saddlers diner next door is lights out, great food and service from staff. I will be back!!!!

Stopped to check tire pressure and get air. Machine was $1.50 like other places but no pressure to set. You can freely add what's needed. I need higher since I have bigger RV tires. A Pilot staff member came out and help us fill our tire without us asking. The air machine in in front of the store. If you have a big RV be careful, there are picnic tables close by. Staff was nice, no complaints. Would go again, anytime. But, overnight parking is kind of small. Have to get there very, very, early.UPDATE: Here I am once again. 2 yrs later. Park over near the garage, turn right and there is a huge area. Go to the very end if you can. I parked on the edge near the dumpsters, with field to my left, private and light pole is close. Got really busy but I stayed away.from the trucks, I have 28 ft RV if that helps. I want to.laundry here. The Pilot down the road called Pilot Diesel, no laundry, plus tons of construction 7/2021. Plus the Loves heading 2 miles North 95, no laundry. Next exit book said there is a dump here. I have not seen it, best to call to confirm. We used.Camping Worlds free dump with membership off 95 South in Fayetteville, NC... Good Luck

This place is not clean and very gross. Employees are not cleaning the rest rooms or around the restaurant areas. Have not used the showers or laundry and will not after seeing the condition of the rest of this place. This is our 2nd time here and it is even worst then the last time we were here.

This has to be the dirtiest and most unsanitary truck stop I have ever seen. The garbage cans were over flowing all over the place. Where the food is prepared is extremely disgusting. The bathroom was falling apart, toilet paper all over the floors.I honestly did not even want to purchase any food product that wasn't already wrapped. I was that nervous about eating their "fresh" food. The people that work there do not do anything, the management is obviously extremely inadequate. Pilot J should be ashamed of this location. I'll go to the Love's up the street next time. WOW!!!

Short-Sighted policy with Long-Haul customers...$4.3/gal5 diesel, but it's TOO expensive to give / sell water refill for an RV.Site has a working RV dump and non-potable water refill system... mechanics and other staff confirmed this.The older woman working at the Fuel Desk told staff member & customer "He told us not to give out the key anymore."Why? (1) "we pay for the water", & (2) "we don't charge for dump or refill."

Mr. Sadler, I can see the difference between Dunn and Emporia. Emporia must be your flag ship store because the stores don't have anything in common. Your restaurant in Emporia is so good, and yet the one in Dunn is awful. Quiznos and The Dairy Queen is awful with bad sanitation grades. I park in Dunn mostly and can't leave to get food or go to Walmart because my trailer will be towed, and I feel that's completely wrong. Now the showers are clean and plenty of parking, I just can't get pass the towing. We're hungry Mr. Sadler when we park and the choices we have in Dunn at your store isn't working. Why can't it be a time limit to get food before the towing starts? Please address this and make this store more like Emporia.

Employee working at register was very rude. She rolled her eyes at a customer and she was talking on the phone the through the entire transaction. I was highly disappointed I thought Pilot was better than that.

The word Pilot may appear on the store, the awning, and the fuel pumps but make no mistake this is no Pilot. I don't really fuel at Pilots anymore thanks to the Love's Rewards program... But when I did fuel at Pilot I can remember coming here and if I'm not mistaken they do accept Pilot points and showers.When you do redeem a shower here you will be given an actual physical key that's attached to something (either a piece of Diamond plate or a broken piece of broomstick...etc... Something clunky and obnoxious).You will also receive a paper bath mat instead of a cloth one... I know how you like paper bathmats. Doesn't everyone?Meal options include Hunt Brothers Pizza, Quiznos Express, and a tiny DQ... There's also the Milestone Diner across the parking lot on the other side of the Snoopy dog house... I do not recommend the buffet though. If you're going to the Milestone, order off of the menu.Restrooms are always clean. No paper towels though. They only have the old style air dryers that blow about as hard as an obese, chain-smoking, asmatic, octogenarian. BOOOOO!😠😤There is a driver's lounge with a flat panel TV and usually plenty of seating... a game room, a pool table, and washers and dryers. True to Pilot form the truck stop has Cat Scales and Transflo.There is tons of parking. I have found parking here late at night on occasion. Just don't expect every spot to be paved because most are not... You might have to "invent"a parking space. I don't think the yellow lines last very long on dirt and gravel🤔🤔😂😂😂.There are mud holes and canyons to be avoided.

Guys, be careful ,I drop my trailer to get fuel because the fuel isles is very tight from the parking ,I come back hook my trlAnd the towing guy came and said to me they sent me to tow your trailer,I was at pump less then 20 minutes(they fixed the parking no more dirty, that is why I give them 5 star)

This was the dirtiest Pilot Travel Center I’ve ever been to. Avoid it at all costs. The ladies restrooms were not functioning, full waist receptacles in every stall and just plain gross. I’m told the men’s room was no better. This very surprising. We look for Pilot’s because they’re usually spotless. Don’t know what’s happened to this one.

Good place. Good food and great employees. Has a Quiznos and a dairy queen. Decent prices, except for DQ, $7 for four bbq chicken strips!! Adds 50 cents per tender for the bbq sauce.
