Nice store, alot bigger inside than it looks from the exterior. Clean and animals are well cared for there for adoption and so are pets who are brought in for trims and washes, and you can do it urself with her washing "booth" which is nice.

I cannot recommend Jessica and Jill enough as groomers! I usually groom my dogs myself but my Aussie developed matting behind her ears and I could never get them out myself. They got really bad to the point where we thought they would have to be shaved.I took her to Jessica and Jill who were so patient and kind with her. My dog is not used to people so she is super skittish and wouldn't let them touch her to the point where I had to come back and help calm her. I came back to see both groomers sitting on the floor with her with my dog on her back getting belly rubs! I went in with them and we all sat on the floor together while we spent half an hour together trying to get those matts out. The best part about it, we didn't even have to shave them! They were so patient with my baby and so gentle. It not only helped get the matts out but it also helped to socialize her.We decided to do a self wash after and even though Jill and Jessica were busy with other dogs, they came by multiple times to make sure I was okay and even helped get my dog used to being blow dried so we could de-shed her.Thank you ladies! I have a happy pup because of you guys and that to me is priceless.

I had a wonderful experience there!Went to the Store and ask the groomer for appointment.Miss Shiane took my little Mäggi (dog)right away in! She was very professional and nice!My dog looks so beautiful, she did a awesome job?All the Staff from front to the back are very friendly. Will bring my dog there from now on!

Jill gave my dog a bath and even though Sadie hates baths, Jill kept her calm and soothed the whole time, even when she dried her. Will definitely be going back to see Jill!

This shop always has the dog food I need. I also come here monthly for my dogs nails trimming. The ladies love him and he always is happy to see them. Last week we used the wash services. $10 was totally worth it!!!

My go to place to take bear and Leo . German Shepards shed a lot & constantly need to get baths . Sometimes when giving them a bath at home is too much , I take them here and I know they are always in good hands. :)

Clerks were very nice and helpful. Asked me if I wanted to register as a Rewards Member and I did. The dog food I feed my doggie is almost $3.00 cheaper at Petsense than @ Petsmart, plus I get the ninth bag free...So, I will be returning here for my pet's needs.

I have visited the store several times and every time the staff have been super friendly and helpful! I love going to see what is new. They have fully stocked products but could use some more dog and cat toy items. Also might add some products to help with rescues that need bottle feeding. Don’t know if they are allowed but carrying goat milk for kittens and puppies would be helpful! This is a great store! Going to do some of my Christmas shopping there this year!!!!

My cocker spaniel got groomed here. I recommend this place, highly for several reasons. Not only, this place has morning and afternoon appointments, but also the price is reasonable. Another reason why I recommend this place is because they are fast when it comes to the grooming. I got home and shortly after that I got a call that my cocker is ready to go home.We will be back in six month.

I love their self bath services. It is very convenient. You buy a card for 25 bucks and it has 5 bath passes which it is 5 dollars per bath. I also love their homemade treats. I let my dog choose his own treats ; He loves them.

I've actually had pretty good experiences with this store. Unfortunately, their staff has a bad habit of not wearing masks, and as a person who is high risk for Covid this can be very dangerous. Sucks that they don't care about the wellbeing of their customers, I definitely won't be back.

I take my beautiful Husky/Shepherd mix here to get groomed. I trust the groomer, Emily, with my dog. She always makes sure that my dog, Kya, is cared for and pampered! I have also adopted a cat from this Petsense. I named the cat Beef Stew. Beef Stew is a legend. I love the employees here, they’re so nice and caring!

As excited as I was to have a pet shop actually in Dunn I truly hate to say that I am truly disappointed. I have made 5 trips so far and only made 2 small purchases. Limited items for ferrets and very over priced. They do have a great selection of dog collars but no cedar shavings. But the the worst of all I have never been greeted or offered any help. Sorry for my honesty.

I give them four stars, only because I have gone in twice and asked if they could carry a product and twice they stated that they would ask the manager and have the manager call me. They took down all my information and I have yet to hear from the so called manager. This is not days I am talking about but months. Other than that it is a good store with nice employees.

Ellie has groomed my young cocker twice. She has done well with him. He has a thing about getting his face and legs cut but she talks him through it. Always looks nice.

My veterinarian prescribes medication to sedate my 15 year old dog specifically to reduce the stress of grooming. These idiots refused to groom her after i told them she was sedated. Apparently the office manager knows more than the veterinarians. Don't waste your time here.

My first and last time in was today. I went in to see if they carried the 2 brands of dog food that my guys eat. The employees (3 of them) behind the register giggled the entire time. Not professional at all. When I approached to ask if they carried larger bags of a particular food, one replied no, and that was that, I then ask if the carried the other brand in which is the Answers brand fermented raw, the reply was no, and that they had never heard of it. Never once was I told that they could possibly order it for me. (Didn't ask, shouldn't have to) Well, I have 5 large dogs to feed, you guys just lost yourselves a $500 a month customer.
