This is one of my favorite businesses for three reasons. First the store. It is always neat, clean and well stocked. Second The staff. Friendly, helpful, professional staff with a small town flavor. Third. It is not Raleigh. Lol. Today I shopped for artificial flowers for family gravesites. I also found a sale of 60 percent off plus a general 20 percent off the whole purchase. You can't beat that.

My husband and I arrived at Michael’s 5 mins before 7:00 and the doors were locked and an associate saw my husband and told him she wouldn’t unlock the door so he could run to the back right quick to get some vinyl for our business and then I called to speak to the manager and she acted like she could care less and basically called my husband a liar stating that no one was up front by the door at 4 mins til closing. Customer service is NOT like it used to be and neither of us worked a business that allowed us to not serve customers before we closed.

I bout some frames when they were buy 1 get 2 free. Great deal huh? Think again!!!After getting 12 total that turned out to be the wrong size, I returned them today. Now mind you Niki, I believe her name to be, SAW ME go in, THO SHE WAS ON THE PHONE WITH WHOMEVER THE ENTIRE TIME, & I had to wait for her to end, according to her, was a convi about her uh.. volkswagon. Take care of your own business on out time. We all have our “things@. Deal with it on YOUR time.Anyway she saw me take a cart, go to my truck & load all 12 for a r & was so dumb founded by all. I gave BOTH receipts of purchase & still making me feel as tho I had stolen something. I WONT & DONT STEAL FROM ANYONE! She called her manager & they both dumb founded by their own cashier ant purchase, even with my receipts of purchase. After 30+minutes I was told, by the manager, you just got “free money”. I told her I did not want anyone’s “free” money, just what YOUR CASHIER ringed me up for.What a shame EVERYONE THNKS EVERYONE WANTS SOMETHING FOR NOTHING

I’m a professional artist here in the Harnett County area and I have been jumping for joy ever since this store showed up. They have the BEST, most professional paint selection I have seen out of all the Michaels stores in the area! Even better than Southern Pines. I’m so glad my tax dollars are now going to my home county! The staff here is wonderful- so much so I refuse to go back to Fayetteville where they are always rude and they have little selection of professional brand. In Dunn, they are always kind and the store looks impeccable, they treat you as a customer who has been coming for years. You can tell they take pride in their work and their stocking. The fine arts section is just wonderful and the canvas is free of any dings or holes. I have had nothing but great trips to this store and they are always understanding about handling my numerous rewards and discounts and need for business receipts. Thank you for bringing Michaels to Dunn. Harnett County needed a craft store 20 years ago!

Wanted to use the self checkout (not wanting to interact with people) but the employee at the register instead yelled at me that she will assist me instead. Did not like that. If someone wants to use the self checkout (which is provided for customers that wants to use it) then let them. Maybe some people have social anxiety, maybe they just do not want to interact with you and get asked a million questions (opening credit card etc.).

Terrible customer service. Received a damaged custom frame, called back the same day with no response from the store. Called the online customer service, no help there either. Called the store manager, received an unbelievably rude attitude. I will not be returning to this Michaels again.

Nice to have a Michaels fairly close by. It’s brand new and nice. I wish it was a bit bigger and wish they carried fabric. But it’s good for basic craft supplies.

My daughter and I went to the store today. It was clean and well stocked. The staff were helpful and no waiting at the register. A staff person helped me use self checkout. That’s so much better than waiting in line for 30 minutes.

Not as much variety as longer-established Michael's stores, but certainly has a little of everything. (In particular, we would love a little more in the yarn area.) There's plenty of room to add more, though, and this store has saved me several trips further away already.

My wife has enjoyed our two visits to this new store. It opened less than a month ago, and she said they have more items than the one she visited in Maryland.We had the pleasure of meeting a team member from Pittsburgh.Overall she likes the store, and I like her being happy.

I am so happy that we finally got a Michael’s in Dunn!!! I absolutely love this store, and I spent way too much money in there lol. They have everything that you need for any type of art or crafting project. All of the staff at this location are super friendly and helpful, and the store is neat and clean!

Was my first time shopping in Michaels and it was awesome! I'm a crafty person and there was so many ideas and supplies! The lady working was so friendly and greeted every person that entered! My new favorite place! 😊

One of the smaller Michael stores that I have been in. New store that seems to focus on the more popular items probably due to lack of spacing. Decent selection to get started but it doesn't have everything. Overall happy to see one in the area that is close to home.

It's great to have a crafting store in the Dunn/Erwin area. Just keep in mind that it's not a full-size Michaels. It's more like a mini-Michaels.

The cashier told me that she wasn't allowed to take cards at the register on my third and final trip to this location. Even though no one else was at the registers, Iwas asked to self checkout. The store is a small version of Michael's and has limited selection plus it still has full sections that have not had the merchandise come in since it opened. I have been in 3 times, I have never been greeted on my second time the cashier asked that I use self check out, but begrudgingly rang me up. I work by the Michaels in Cary, I'll continue to shop at that location, where they are friendly, have cashiers and all the merchandise that I need.
