Had my lawn mower repaired under warranty, they keep busy so it took a few weeks to fully complete but it worked great! Staff was very friendly each time i called or went in to check on the status.

I purchased two $5000 zero turns from them to be treated like I owe them money! One of my zero turns have been in the shop for two months and when you call to check the status someone is on vacation or something else to prolong the process. Not to mention they sold me the wrong charger for the equipment which I had to purchase online and they were brought brand new!

Retired from the military and was excited to find a place to purchase all of my equipment and establish a long term relationship. Unfortunately, the Stihl weed eater I purchased seems to be a lemon and when I take it in for warranty, I feel like I am on trial as I get told all of the things I probably did to break it. Final straw was when I took it in and they told me the part that failed was a known defect and that they did not cover it under the extended warranty. Was getting ready to purchase a zero turn, they lost my business over a 5 dollar part weed eater part.

You can just tell when you have walked into a business that is well taken care of and owned with pride. From the outside, nothing remarkable, but inside It is well-lit, clean, everything is marked well, and the staff and owner treat you like family! My first time there, definitely not my last!

Let’s just say to spend 7500 for a mower and then buy an oil plan to extend the warranty and then call two days in advance for the 85hr Service to be preformed on it .. oil change hydraulic fluids etc... no excuses is needed !!! Should never take two days for this service... Sorry 😐!! Unfortunately I am to busy and live far enough away I can’t let my mower in the busiest part of the year sit for 10-12 hours or ever how many hours/days just to get a routine service performed . Guess I should of clarified a few things before I purchased a mower or an oil plan !! SMH 🤦‍♂️... Poor communication and very misleading on what to expect ...

Watched a YouTube video and it took 20 minutes to do what I got charged a hour for. Had a friend who bought a push mower from them also, he didn’t use it but a half a season and it blew up...... they would not stand behind it, but guaranteed the mower when they sold it to him.
