I ordered a beautiful sectional from farmers furniture. The furniture came in on time and even though the delivery date was postponed by one day due to circumstances that could not be helped . The associate kept in well communication and made every effort to deliver on orginal due date. Even suggesting she and another gentleman deliver it that evening, which I declined. They were very accommodating refunded my delivery fee and gave me a free gift. The furniture was delivered the very next morning by two very polite gentleman and went smoothly. In my eyes they went beyond my expectations and will look forward to working with them again in the future

I can go on for days about this place. For starters prices are very good. The customer service is awesome and the have great quality furniture. So let me share this. I got sick and couldn't work. Had to apply for disability. For months I couldn't pay my bill. The folks here worked with me. Didn't call me a million times and understood my situation. Now that don't mean that you shouldn't pay your bill lol. But life happens and they definitely understand that. LOVE THIS PLACE AND THEIR EMPLOYEES

The furniture I financed with Farmers was seamless, the ladies who assisted me were so polite & helpful. The guys who delivered my furniture were prompt and did a great job setting up the bunk bed. I could not have asked for a better experience! My kids love their bunk bed!

Good furniture at good prices. I bought two recliners and they are very comfortable. I went back and got a single chair for my reading area in another room. Very friendly and helpful.

Customer service is extremely poor. I have visited this location twice in the past year. Both times the employees on the sales floor have failed to greet customers. I stood in the store for at least 20 minutes without anyone saying “Hello.” The employees were working with a client. However, it would have taken five seconds for the employees to say “Hello. Thank you for stopping by! I am with a customer right now but I will be with you shortly. Feel free to look around.” I had cash in hand ready to purchase. They lost a sale.I will not be back.

Great experience from purchase to delivery and follow up. We did have a small hiccup when a piece got damaged on delivery. Just a fluke accident .Before the truck left our driveway the customer rep was already made aware and was on it. Nicest group of people to work with. Definitely all about providing a great customer experience. Very happy customer here!

Had a wonderful customer service experience in store. I specifically asked about sewn in cushions and having kids so I wanted to be able to thoroughly vacuum after family movie nights, was told removable and easy cleaning, only the bottoms, was unaware that the tops were sewn to the back. Couch was delivered in early/mid April and by June all the seams were ripping apart from normal wear. Good service in store from employees but very much subpar product for paying 1,350!!

A Beautiful Selection of Furniture! Great Staff! Easily accessible in The Big Lots Shopping Center. You can go buy you some furniture take your pet to the pet store, grab some lunch and get your nails done all in the same parking lot. Also there's a cash points in the parking lot as well if you need a few dollars!

I financed a $2,000 gaming computer and monitor and after taking it out of the box it has issues with the memory. And all I was given is phone numbers to call for the company the machine has no serial number or even a Windows activation key but yet it can't be returned without paying the full value are losing the money I've already got into it I have to go through the company that built a computer wrong in the first place not very happy with this might just cut my losses
