This store has gone so far down hill!!! I remember when the store had strict employee rules. And this store has become nasty. It smells, it's cluttered, the customer service is sassy and there are little children behind the register. The staff complains about management in front of the customers. Didn't say hey, hi or nothing when I came in and I was the one to tell the customer service clerk "have a good evening". Now I know why it's not so busy anymore. You asked so I have shared, but I don't foresee going back here unless it's a necessity.

Good store does let you use the restroom and they are very clean in previous post associate let the lady use restroom employee coming in wasn't aware the restroom was fixed. The people in this store work very hard to do all they can for customer service as well as maintaining a nice store, with staffing shortages and putting out stock for customers to buy, so please be nice to them or fill out an application you don't know what all they deal with.

This place is the worst, my mom and her friend stopped there to shop, and my mom actually had to go next door to use the restroom. When we first got there I had to use the restroom, which I was allowed shortly thereafter, another guy had to use it, which he was allowed okay after a while my mom had to use it, she was told that the toilet was out of order by a employee just coming in. One might say "so it broke", that's not the case with Family Dollar. I've encountered this same behavior in two different locations in Raleigh. To be clear they don't want you using their restroom, on the restroom door it states for "store associates ", okay where is the public restroom? I feel this way if I can't use your restroom, I can't spend my money. You have to consider older customers that come out, and want to enjoy an afternoon out shopping with her"bestie", what are they to do? Shame on them for making what should be a fun day trip stressful. By the way thanks to" Hwy 55", for letting her use their restroom without any issue.

The store States that it closes at 9 PM it was 846, and the man locked the door and would not let anybody else come in. What I needed to get inwpuld have been in and out in less than 3 minutes. SMH
