After getting gas and receipt printer not working, I went inside to ask for a printout as well as to get some snacks for the road. One employee was meandering around the store, probably supposed to be stocking or cleaning but legit just wandered. The other was behind the counter doing inventory of cigarettes I assume. I stood at the line and register for almost 2 minutes in an empty store being absolutely ignored by all the employees. Not even a smile or hello back when I first tried to greet. Terribly rude employees. Never stopping here again on my back and forth trips along the 95. Absolutely ignored me and even snubbed another customer but then assisted him, guess I wasn't the right color or age. Horrible.

Do not like the self check out people that are there before you leaving water on the checkout area and you have to place your items on top of that people working, but not even turning around and paying attention to the self check out area. So I only give this area a three stars, what happened to customer service?

Do not get fuel here!This is seriously the worst truck stop in NC when it comes to working facilities. Expect to only have one pump working and only one nossle because the other lanes will not work. expect to have a truck parked in the working pump lane taking their break. Bathrooms are disgusting. Both of the sadlers here in Dunn are just rediculous.Update oct 19 2021: still the same. Trucks have to turn around just put fuel in their passenger side tank. Only reason I am back here is because I got a new fuel tank at interstate truck repair down the road and I'm literally on fumes. Updated pictures, bags on three Lanes and only 1 lane had 1 pump working. I asked the cashier and they said it doesn't look like they are going to do anything about it and it's been this way for 5 months. Can't image the revenue they are missing.

Last time I was there which was about a month ago. That was my first time, I thought it was a very nice stop. Quiet wasn't real busy and the DEF was a good price I think $2.99 a gallon.I don't remember, anyway that's what I was about to do before I left this review. To look up the price of the DEF at this location. Anybody tell me what the the price for DEF currently is at this Circle K?

16 gas pumps at this truck stop. On a good day 5 will work! Pumps stay out of service as well as the pay at pump card readers 🙄 heavy eye roll! As much traffic as this place has in and out you would think it be be a valuable asset financially to have a majority of the pumps working!🤷🏽‍♀️

Store was OK. There was a Hardee's In there. Very expensive inside and gas was also overpriced. Bathrooms were disgusting

This is a Circle K not a Pilot. There was about 25 semi parking spaces and could fit about 15 round the edges (this is a guess though as I didn't walk around too much). No payment for parking, solid surface and easy to manoeuvre about. We set off at 5am and there was coffee but no hot breakfast items (they had displays but they were empty) and Hardee's obviously wasn't open (which for me as a foodie is a massive let down).

Very clean and well stocked in the middle of the day. Stopped to use the EV charger (which is a bit of a pain– you need to use the Circle K US ev app which asks for a lot of information it should not need). Screen on the first charger was broken but it still worked with the app. Places to sit at the adjoining Hardee’s. CHEERWINE ON TAP!! Totally worth a stop.

This place is always dirty. 3rd shift crew is obviously lazy. 1st shift is no better. Morning, Noon, or Night. The store is always a mess. I've been in this store 100 times and only 3 times, I've been able to makey coffee the way I like it. Everybody is to busy trying to be cute, they can't pick up a rag and that blue sanitizing bucket and wipe the counter tops off.

Can’t get a shower?? Was on road driving ALL DAY .. waited in line.. I was last person in long line.. paid for shower and was told to sit in waiting area which was filthy.. sat there a good 10 minutes listening to all the women on the clock having a full conversation… no one bothered to get a shower ready.. I started to walk out then I went back in to ask for refund which I received with excuses.. the line was long and another.. I told such and such to do it🤬

The most disgusting bathrooms I've seen in years, no exaggeration. There wasn't even a soap dispenser in the men's room I went in. There was also a bad smell somewhere in the store.Fine place if you just need gas, but I wouldn't go inside.

I'm usually optimistic about an establishment with 1 star reviews..(maybe it just a bad day kinda thing) NOPE THIS PLACE SUCKS..how does a clerk do her job while one the phone..not even hands free either like phone to her head steadily making mistakes & backing up the line...apparently the self checkout over charged me & she caught it which was nice of her but than she told me that I had to wait for her manager..10m later the manager comes from Hardee's looking like she just woke up & says "do u need something "..old phone face chimes in like "I told him that the prices weren't right but he already put his card in"🤨🤨(literally never happened)..I got $2 in back had to ask for a bag & walked out & immediately started my review..homegirl was still on the phone..thank God I didn't get fuel.. I'll park here for 10hr break because the lot is decent but those hood rats...smh

It's pretty bad when a convenient store isn't even good for stopping to take a dump at but I've found it. No tp in the men's room. The bathrooms were disgusting. The place in general was filthy. It's bad, I wouldn't stop here unless you're desperate!

Trash at the fuel island, 2 pumps didn’t work. Trucks taking the 30min break ahead of the pumps that did workAll kinds of trash in the lot.Small lot. Showers were kind of grossPlus sidethe Hardee’s is great!Good spot just to nap and go.

This is a Circle K / Pilot truck stop. The staff seem like they don't want to be here. The place could be much cleaner. The showers and bathrooms are dirty. There are flies everywhere. You can only get points on diesel. It is fairly quiet at night. It's small, so no parking spots are to far from the building. They have a well stocked store.

This so called pilot is ridiculous the men’s bathroom maybe one stall works, not clean, all the urinals broke n leaking water on floor, they don’t have Wi-Fi, no transflo this pilot by far is the worse I been to it’s a shame I think 2 stars is being nice

I encourage Pilot management to discreetly review this location in an effort to raise this Circle K to it's standards. Showers are not ventilated, changing stool in #3 was broken AND there is no toilet in the same room. You have to act like you're in a college dorm room or some Bavarian guesthouse and run down the hall to use the bathroom. Seriously? I thought we were past that.Staff is polite enough but I get the feeling that they are just kinda "here". There is a bad problem with panhandlers running from truck to truck asking for money. Within an hour I was solicited for monetary donations, twice. If this problem isn't addressed soon the lot will be overrun with bums and prostitutes. Didn't see the local police drive through at all. Doesn't Circle K have donuts?

Professional driver here. Circle K staff were piling on me when after I'd waited 5 minutes in a single 2 register line a woman came in and stepped ahead of line in front of me at register a customer was just leaving. I politely indicated there was a common line for the registers, as is normal at Pilots and the Circle K staff ridiculed me and educated me that this was a Circle K and not a Pilot and that there were two lines. Never mind the fact that several people were queued in one line, as is normal at a Pilot. The fuel station is Pilot, the showers in the Circle K building are Pilot and I used my Pilot shower points to take a shower, the sign out front says Pilot. But I get publicly griefed for not having ESP about Circle K not fully being in the Pilot playbook with regards to having a less sensible check out line, not honoring rewards in the Pilot app, and not being able to read the Circle K sign.Very poor handling of the situation by staff. Our truck won't be back here. The 120 gallons of fuel we bought are the last we will purchase at this purportedly Pilot location. The Circle K mentality doesn't mesh well with what we've come to expect from Pilot

I stopped by and the experience was terrible. The restrooms are filthy. Also had a bad experience with customer service. The advertisements are outdated and they won't honor the items listed for sale. The cashier stated "corporate was supposed to changed the signage." Uvery bad experience

The staff was extremely helpful. Sparkling clean restrooms.Just that the management didn't care about water leakages near the diesel pump. Check video!I will change my rating once the leak is fixed.

Fake Pilot. They don't participate in rewards program, no bulk DEF and rude staff. Woman at counter was not professional and she must have thought she was on the block and could talk to me any kind of way. If you don't like customer service then find another job. It is not our fault you don't like helping people.This should have stayed a Kangaroo Express and not try to use pilot name to pull truckers in. If you are used to Pilot coffee, food, friendly staff and driver appreciation don't stop here. Maybe signs should read "Partial Pilot" before you stand in line and get to register for them to tell you your points ain't no good here and if you don't like it put your stuff back and leave. If you stop here you have no standards and you should just give your money to me instead of these pretend Pilot people that don't care about drivers.

Good God! This place is dirty. The bathrooms are filthy. The lounge has a big trash can with food dumped in it from however many days back and flies everywhere in the lounge. The parking lot is a descent size. There are showers there but doesn't have a commode, and it's small. Definitely not your typical pilot.

No complaint at all. Parked, showered, spent the night and ate supper and breakfast at Hardee's.I see all the reviews saying that the employees don't seem to want to be here. Don't worry about other people's moods and aspirations just worry about yourself, as long as they ring you up and you get on your way. You are not entitled to a song and a dance.

I work down the road.. we go on break at 1230 every night why is it only hot dogs 2 times out a week.. when you do have hot dogs it's no bread... night shift is terrible and need to start preparing for what they know is coming.

THE MOST FILTHY LADIES ROOM I HAVE EVER BEEN IN. There were enough employees this morning to go in a clean up the toilet paper everywhere, flush/clean the toilets and wipe of the human fluids off the wall. The health department needs to be called!

I don't typically don't write reviews but I had to with because of the experience with the Hardee's restaurant there. After waiting about 15 to 20 minutes for the food that I ordered, you would think that the food would at least be fresh. Not only was a cold but the two sandwiches that I ordered was sloppy. The overall presentation of the food was not good enough for me to feed it to my dog. The bread was soggy and everything was falling off of it. If it was not for the fact that we were in a hurry I would have taken the garbage back to them and got a refund. Needless to say I fed it to the trash. I would not recommend this place to no one (Hardee's) I can only hope that their next experience while eating out is like the one I received from them. Honestly they don't deserve a star at all... The bathroom was nasty.

Not a full pilot their a pilot dealer. Which means they only have pilot desiel and showers. They have wonderful coworkers and everyone can tell how hard they keep up with the place. In proud to call this store a regular place to go to. And i recommend others to come here as well.

New system trash and the workers don’t know their job ! Asked for gas on pump 11 the Hispanic manager with the glasses puts it on pump 13 and someone else pumps my gas and she refuses to solve the issue !! She does not know her job & got the nerve to have a smart mouth GET RID OF HER FAST OR LOSE BUSINESS !

Long lines, kios will not give showers, after long line she says there are no clean showers. I have an idea... hire.someone to clean them since we spend $10,000 per month here. Guess truckers dont deserve anything anymore. She was quick to take my money for fuel though.
