I bought a chocolate bar in here the other day and it was completely melted before i even left the store, someone has got to check on the air conditioning in there. i don't even think it's working

I was in here with my family the other day to buy bed sheets, the store seemed clean and the employees were friendly but it was just way too hot in there. I understand it's summer but it felt like the air conditioning in there was broken or something? I was genuinely breaking a sweat just walking around.

This is the cleanest/nicest big lots I have ever been in. Organized and staff was very nice. Back home, they are so dingy and dirty.

Lack of pricing on many items and/or shelves. I don't want to guess what an item costs. Some items scanned at the register at higher prices than either the price on item or shelf prices. Some by over $1.00 I did not purchase any items where I had to guess the prices. Cashier not pleased by having to physically go to the shelves and check for posted prices then void and enter correct prices. I would have likely purchased more items but without a price tag or posted price on shelf I did not bother. Too much work to shop 😫. A difficult place to shop for price conscious shoppers.

Since they remodeled the Big lots in Dunn, It's like a whole new experience. I always enjoyed shopping Big lots because I can find deals there but now It's a little more high class lol But you still get the same deals on a lot of things.Oh in the bathrooms finally Thank you Jesus the bathrooms are nice and clean since the redo.

Visit was overall great! The cashier was very approachable and friendly, and she made sure to ask about us having a Big Lots card. Being that we didn't she quickly assured us of how easy it was to apply, and explained things regarding our receipt and the card. Apparently she is a long-time employee being she stated she had been there 15 years. I wish there were more retail store employees with that kind of attitude! The only reason I rated it a 4 was simply because of having difficulty understanding the sale signs on one or two of the displays, and one of the displays being the main thing we went to Big Lots for. Otherwise definitely would have given a 5 star rating (:

BIG LOTS IS GREAT!!! They've got EVERYTHING you could want and need at great low prices all the time. What I love most is the people! They're so nice to everyone, especially on scorching hot days like today. I love my new HOME TOWN! DUNN is treating me well. I walked in looking for a can of fix-a-flat because my wife got a tack in her tire about a mile down the road. Unfortunately they didn't have any but the gentleman who helped me was great! I wish I knew his name, he looked like he was late teens/early 20s. A taller black man. He offered to let me use the phone to call another store to see if they had what I needed before I continued walking and I told him I appreciated it but I had my cell phone.he was working afternoon 4 days ago. If you're in a management position and you know who I'm talking about he deserves to be praised and he also deserves a raise

This Big Lots is huge and clean. Everything is neatly placed and displayed in a well lit area. The prices are lower than similar stores and the products are of better quality. This store offers an assortment of products. From food to drinks, to furniture and household goods. From automotive supplies to office and school supplies.The products change constantly offering newness to yards and homes.Visit, and I am sure you will walk out with something.

Went to pick up a couch that was advertised on the floor with a price tag on it that indicated a sale for both a couch and love seat. When I asked to purchase the couch, I was told that the deal ended three days ago and they do not have the couch in stock at all. Why would they still have it on the floor advertised if the sale ended and the couch was not in stock? The person trying to help us ended up pressing us to buy something else far more expensive, so we just left. Extremely disappointed with how this was handled by the employees, will not be back.

I went to get me a crock pot, I found a nice one, have not used it yet, but I know I will love it, because it has digital setting, and will turn it self to low automatically after the time you set it to cook for .

I had recently purchased a patio set at Big Lots in Dunn. After completely assembling the full set and placing it on my back patio, I realized it was to big for the area. I contacted the store and checked to see if a return was possible. Not only was I able to return the product today, I was credited back the full amount paid today through my banking. Usually returning items at various stores is complicated and with lots of issues. I had zero issues and enjoyed the whole experience. My wife and I, will be returning later this week to purchase a smaller patio set for our home.

Love the remodel as it is easier to find things now. Staff is nice and prices on most things are better than other stores. We get coffee, and all our paper products here.

I hadn't been to Big Lots in awhile but I had time to do so yesterday. I don't know what I was expecting but I was shocked at the prices. Everything was more expensive at Big Lots than at Walmart. Will not be going back to Big Lots.
