Barron at the Estée Lauder booth was amazing!! She went above and beyond to help me find a foundation that matches my skin tone.They had some HUGE sales going on! Lots and lots of inventory! The parking was plentiful and very easy!!!

Nice staff, clean and organized. But do NOT go in here if you have somewhere to be. The lines are painfully slow, slower that any other store (this is not an exaggeration). Stood in line for 30 minutes to buy one item today. Again, the woman at the register and all staff is extremely kind, but definitely move at a snails pace. I wouldn’t leave this in the review if this wasn’t a consistent issue when I shop at this location.

Caitlyn was super helpful! She was beyond accommodating. She color matched me with Estée Lauder foundation since my normal go-to with Clinique is never in stock. Instead of recommending another color with Clinique, she took her time, giving me advice, while color matching me with a new foundation ( by the way… I love the new foundation) Thank you Caitlyn. I love shopping and especially when you have friendly and helpful staff to assist you.

RACIST, PREJUDICE, RACIST DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOURE BLACK. The white old lady that works at Estée Lauder completely ignored me and had an unpleasant look on her face. (Racism ages y’all badly) While the younger girl at Clinique was somewhat friendly she was not knowledgeable of the products and put products (which was mainly out of stock )on her hands that were not clean completely unsanitary. I should’ve checked the reviews.

Went to Belk’s in Dunn to buy my daughter some pants for Blues and Gold day tomorrow. Got a pair of pants and my daughter went to the fitting room to try them on. Pants were too small so I told her to take them off and I went to get a bigger pair. When I returned to the dress room an make employee was at the door knocking telling my daughter she has to leave the dressing room b/c that was the male fitting room and she needed to go down to the woman’s fitting room. I check and the fitting room did not say anywhere at all that it was only a male fitting room, but I told him I would get her out an move. He tells me, he will wait for her to leave (1st sign). So she gets out and we commence to walk down to the “woman’s fitting room on the other side of the store. We walk out the male department into the woman’s and I look back an I see the man following us, so I say “ dude are you following us” upon which he says I’m gonna show u the fitting room. I told him I got it we don’t need no help, to which he says I need to go with her an count her items that she is taking in with her( 2 sign). I tell the employee she has 3 items, show them to him an tell him he is not about to follow my child into the fitting room. Tell him to call is manager and he is not about to go nowhere near the fitting room while my child is in there b/c of the other 3 white women I’ve seen walk in u have not asked to count any of there items or followed them around. White guy says I threatened him an called the police to which they came an put me in handcuffs an escort me out of the store with my child in hand. I make six a year at my job but that doesn’t matter when ur black and they don’t want you in there store. I’ve been black all my life so this is nothing new to me sadly, but to see how the experience affected my child is what really has my blood boiling. I worked in the shipyard and that was the most racist place I have ever had to deal with in my life but still didn’t compare to this one experience. As a black man I will never shop at the Belk’s in Dunn, NC or any other Belk’s going forward in my life.

We were in town visiting from Illinois. Shopped at Belk and found their clothing section superior to our main dept. store Kohl's. Peggy our CSR during checkout. Very cordial, professional, and pleasant to work with, she is a very valuable employee. Look forward to many more purchases at Belk.

Too much stuff jammed up. No staff to help or check me out quickly. No prices on a lot of merchandise. If there's no price, I don't bother with it. I used to shop regularly at Belks, but now I may go in the store 3 or 4 times a year.

Hit or miss on customer service. At times, good, and the other times they're so rude you never want to return.Quality used to be top-notch but has gone downhill rapidly.Jewelry selection is not as good as it used to be.Baby girl clothing selection should not even qualify as such.Sales are pretty decent.

This store always has great sales and a variety from which to choose. Everyone is short staffed, so have patience. I've seen so-called "ladies" in this store be condescending to the staff. Bless their heart. Perhaps they should stay home and order online if they have no niceness left in their 'southern' demeanor.

My sisters and I love Bells! We shop here at least 3 times a month. Everybody thinks they r expensive but some things r cheaper than Walmart alot of things r!! U should really visit one nearest to u. U will not be sorry!

The quality of Belk brands has definitely declined in the last two years. The fabrics remind me of the late 1970's when recession and inflation caused merchandisers to decrease quality while trying to maintain price point.The options in the big and tall men's corner are minimal this year. Not a banner year for Belk.

Had a decent selection of clothes, though they lack a teens section for males. There used to be a large section for teens but it's become so small that the choice of clothing is very limited. Despite this I was still able to find a few things that suit my needs so it's not the worst place to go.

I hadn't been in Belk since before the renovations. The store layout is different but nice & fresh.I browsed through & finally settled on purchasing a couple of items. A young lady spoke to me in the lingerie section & asked if I was finding what I needed & I told her that I was but needed to make decisions.On checkout I had a nice, cheerful conversation with the young lady that asked if I needed help earlier. She made my shopping excursion better with her cheerfulness. She is Assistant Cybil. She seems to enjoy her job @ Belk.

I took about 30 minutes to pick out pants for a wedding only to find out I couldn't try them on because they had the dressing rooms still closed.Needless to say I put the pants back and left. Also, they completely downsized the menswear section to almost nothing.I can use the dressing rooms at other places.No wonder they filed for bankruptcy. 🙄
