I have never been so disrespected in my life. After I spent $58.45 in this store I went to the restroom, the door was open! The sales associate was rude an asked how did I get in there? The door was unlocked, associate “you have to have a key who let you in” granted it was the nastiness bathroom I have ever been in! Safe issues as well! This place needs to be shut down! I’m appalled! Action we be coming!

The person who claimed to be the manager is extremely unprofessional. She set a time limit on how long a person should shop and look around and once that time was up she’ll yell at you saying she’s tired of looking at you. Mind you I was in every aisle no longer than 2 minutes. Did a good job at trying to be vigilant I guess but maybe just put some cameras up and let people shop peacefully and on their own time. Long story short DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Just went in there today with my siblings and the cashier claimed that we looked suspicious cause we were taking too long looking at stuff. I told her she could check my purse and all of our pockets and she just chose to not ring up any of our things. If you want terrible customer service this is your place to go.

You know. Family dollar is what it is. They have what you need especially in a pinch. Prices are okay as well. The only difference I have seen is the team members. Some are more enthusiastic than others, but they get the job done 👍.

This time of year should have at least 2 cashier's. There were 11 people in line and 1 cashier with 1 or 2 other employee's putting up a truck. For customer service purposes it would have only taken 5 min. out of their time to hejp get the line down. I find this situation in almost all the Family Dollars I go to. Their customer service really sucks.

Store is always a mess. Boxes everywhere. Shopping carts full of returns down every aisle. Associates don't seen excited to work. Only reason I give it two stars. 1. They always get you once you come in. 2. Always have what I need when I need to do a quick stop.

As a former family dollar employee in NY, this familyDollar is absolutely disgusting!! It’s trashed! If we ever ever let our family dollar look like this we would be fired on spot!! The employees are rude and their very very unprofessional!! “Fritz” needs a different job he by far HATES his job the way he ignores customers when a question is asked! BY THE WAY THE STORE NEEDS A SERIOUS RECOVERY JOB!!!! Items in the clearance section that don’t belong there ALL the time!! The DM should be held responsible as well!!
