Excellent Walmart at the south of Denver, North Carolina. The Walmart is clean, well stocked, and well organized. The place is perfect for your grocery shopping needs.While the place offers similar items with other Walmart, this particular Walmart is clean, well-lit, and comfortable to shop at. The place is not too crowded. The aisles, toilets, and all the shopping areas are clean and well maintained.Most of the checkouts are using self checkout. This Walmart is phasing out many of their assisted checkout with rows of self checkout machines.Parking spaces are great - parking spaces are easy.

Let me start by saying this is my 5th trip to any Walmart in 4 years. Things have not gotten any better. Both staff and customers alike are rude and unfriendly. The beer selection is terrible, and the amount of beer they have is almost as bad. Then you only have self check out, which requires me to wait even longer because I'm buying beer. NUTS TO YOU.

Awful customer service from the rude lady who is constantly announcing the stores closing. I get everyone wants to go home but when your store has an ecoatm that list its open until 11:30 pm you shouldn't talk down to the customer an be rude by yelling at them across the store like you'd scolding a child. Instead you should be understanding to the customer who is not the one who made a mistake your company should correct the issue and put the correct time the services they offer close you shouldn't disrespect the customer when all there doing is going by the information provided online by your company. I literally waisted all my gas an time for nothing I drove an hour round trip give or take a few minutes just to be disrespected an run out of the store. Making an announcement every minute the last 5 minutes the store remains open is ridiculous no one needs to be treated like there stupid an no one needs to talk down to customers the way your employee who was making the announcements did to me. If her treatment towards me is the normal way she treats employees you should probably terminate her because she doesn't represent your company in a positive way at all. In customer service isn't it always the customer is always right? She should have allowed me to finish at the ecoatm due to the fact that I had went on wrong information provided by your company an it has really put me in a seriously bad an difficult situation as fae as waisted time an gas I was counting on the services of the ecoatm to provide me with funds for gas so I can make it back home an to work but now due to the poor customer service an incorrect information you provided im in a bad situation thanks for nothing Walmart I will make sure to find somewhere else to sell my phone an also somewhere else to do my shopping Going forward I'm not going to bother giving my hard earned money to a company who cares so little for me the customer ill go without b4 I spend a single penny with Walmart I am well aware that I am not important to your company an me not shopping with you anymore will not hurt or bother your company at all but thanks for nothing Walmart.

went for lunch here today with 2 friends - had such a disappointing meal - ordered cheeseburgers medium rare after being assured by the waiter they would be cooked “medium rare red” - they were cooked well done - returned them to be redone and new ones were medium to medium well - what???plus iced tea was so weak we thought it was colored water - service was well intentioned but not real good - no offers for tea refills - waiter spilled mayo on the table and didn’t come back to clean it up - maybe celebrating 4-20? anyway they comped the burgers but i’d rather pay and get a properly cooked and tasty burger than a free tough and tasteless one - don’t know what david burke is doing here but this place is far worse than old place

Be careful with the prices! I have found at least 3 items that were more than the posted price. I told a woman in customer service about it and all she said was "did you take a picture?". When I went back to the store the item was still higher than the posted price.

This is my go to for walmarts within 15 miles of me. I'm not fond of the Lincolnton WM. Mooresville on 150 River Highway is always sto led but unless I have plans out that way too far...I go every weekend and it's ok.

Customer safety is not a priority, fine print is.I purchased 4 tires with the road hazard warranty from Walmart. When I got a flat tire, it was temporarily patched so that I could finish getting to work and home and drive to Walmart car services.The mechanic at Walmart pointed out that the tire had a temporary plug, and that voided the road hazard service. Had the plug not been there he could have covered part of the tire replacement under the warranty. I explained why it was done, so that I could safely drive the vehicle. He put the tire back on the vehicle, and said there was nothing further he could do.I asked to talk to the manager for his area, he indicated he was the service manager.This was escalated to the next person in charge, who understood and agreed it sounded reasonable, but there was nothing he could do.The store manager was gone and will not be back for 4 days.With safety being the least important thing for Walmart, they will not be servicing my vehicle again.

I have been to your store 3 times to purchase a ring cannot get anyone to come to the jewelry section. The last time I asked 2 different people for help as they walked by and was told that it was not their department. The 3rd person said they would get someone however after 25 minutes we just left. We also used the call button. You should just close your jewelry department down. Another problem is you should have someone call that store after 5:30 in the afternoon they just simply will not answer the phone. This place is not worth doing business w.

Absolutely terrible. They’ve remodeled the store trying to be target or something; they’ve taken away lots of products and replaced them with half finished decor?? They also rearranged the ENTIRE store so now a 5 min trip for one thing turns into a 30 minute endeavor. Also, the Walmart radio noise is extremely loud and obnoxious, and will blare at least twice in a five minute period. Overall the store has gone so far downhill in the last couple months. Been giving most of my business to surrounding stores if I can help it.

The managers are good people, but one corporate manager Chris Sanders is an unstable hothead that often blows up at employees, usually over things that had nothing to do with them. I know some that quit because of his nasty attitude.

I got here for a tire change, after calling and confirming they had the size I needed. They said I will pay full price for my tire bcus my Roadhazard insurance I had on the previous bad tire ain't showing up in their system, though I had my receipt showing that the tire with that serial number has the road hazard insurance. They said they can't help that I needed to go back to the Belmont location where I did the initial purchase and monuting. It was very disappointing knowing that walmart has a unify system but they still can't help me out. I had to leave and proceed to the Belmont location which they could clearly see that I had the road hazard insurance in their system. I don't know if it's a walmart system issue or the Denver Crew just didn't want to help me out, I just can't tell. I forgot to take pictures for this location 😅.

Employees are extremely nice and the self checkout lane was fast. The new Walmart app lets you price check products right from your phone. If you’re a Walmart + member then you can check out from your phone too. Went there to get Halloween candy and they were about sold out. Except for the expensive candy. So my neighborhood kids will be getting extremely expensive candy for Halloween. Masks are not enforced.

Renovation has caused slower shopping time. Especially because I couldn't find worker to ask for help. Put up maps or something to help. I can't stand on my feet long. But the time I found Furnace filters and walked to food sections I only bought creamer and two other items. I wanted to shop for Thanksgiving items but wasn't able.

The absolutely most unorganized and cluttered Walmart around. Hope you don't want to look at the clearance aisle, pallets and pallets of boxes and junk stacked in front of it! Go through a box maze to get to the restrooms.

1st and foremost I AM NOT a walmart employee. Well in reality I guess I am. Just an unpaid employee. I check myself out I bag my groceries and put them in my cart all the while a paid employee watches me I guess to make sure I don't make any mistakes intentionally or non intentionally. I wouldn't mind using the checkout system the "old fashion" way but 90% of the time you may have one open and ten waiting in that line. WOW!!!! That's all I can say. Change takes time to adapt to I understand that but from the time you walk in the store it's a downhill slide. The employees don't even make eye contact because they are ascared you might ask for some type of assistance. I'm wondering are we just friends with benefits? WE provide the benefits.

I am sure the place is awesome during the summer, but is fairly useless in winter. The zip lines were open, BUT close at like 3 or 4 which is not posted when you enter the park and read the information board. The obstacle courses were unmanned and you could not even tell what was open. The ice skating rink was very nice and the skates were clean and in great condition. Trails were muddy and slippery, but that is no fault of theirs.. Understandably, the rapids were closed. Overall the place is quite impressive.

This place is awesome! Where else can you bring your dog in a stroller shopping for wine while having half of a wrap with your Budweiser. Not sure all of that is allowed but just what I experienced on a Sunday at the Wally World.

We live in Huntersville and we drive all the way to Denver to go to this Walmart it's the best. It's not just the Walmart it's the entire town of Denver I mean Lowe's Publix Harris teeter etc.

This Walmart is the best. I know people who live in Huntersville who go out of their way to go here, rather than the one in Huntersville. Nobody has been shot in the produce department, and it's clean and well organized. I use the Walmart grocery pick up and it's a life saver. You will, from time to time have some trouble with produce not being the best, but that's what Publix exist for lol. Store is always organized and pretty clean. The new self check out seems ok.

If I were able to lower the rating I would. I’m hoping this will help others that unfortunately select curbside pickup. On one side of the parking spaces the number has been taped on and changed. The other side still has the old number. Even after checking in with an employee it took an hour and thirteen minutes, tracking the same employee down because the others would outright ignore you, then being told to wait at another spot just to have two bags that were ready earlier in the day. Finally I wanted to get ahold of one of the MODs with prior employment at a different location we had no less than four on duty overnight. So I made the call to the store fifteen minutes of hold time to reach an associate with no idea what a MOD was. Which it’s not their fault but faulty training from leadership. For those that do not know it’s simply “Manager On Duty”. They were extremely nice and asked me to hold for one to come to the line. I thanked them and another fifteen minutes pass and the line is picked up then immediately hung up.I understand that we have a staffing issue and companies are just hiring whomever that will show up to work that day. At the end of the day you should reconsider your plan of action when it comes to management and new hires. It leaves a lasting impression that we all know overall will lead to proper revenue reflection.I am not just just a mad customer crying over something simple that can be corrected and moved on from. I was unable to provide some free advice on points of possible improvement directly so this is the next best means. The curbside job set is one of the easiest to work and manage. You have “shoppers” and “runners” everything is ran through a very simplistic order system and the only oops that can happen is a substitute or scan the right item but bag the wrong one.So tl;dr :Do yourself a favor and just get the orders yourself or hire Instacart/Shipt for this location.
