the woof den is a amazing facility to take your dogs, they get all their energy out. The groomer dawn is the best groomer I could ever ask for she is amazing at her job and always provides good care for her grooming dogs. Love this place. I personally give this place a 10/10 recommendation

The staff at Wolfden is AMAZING! Their love for animals is beyond the norm. Maggie went out of her way to help my rescue feel comfortable in a new environment and enjoying his play time with the other dogs.Thanks to Maggie, Christopher and the entire staff at Wolfden….Jake has friends and now has a new place to play🤗🤗🤗🙏🏼🙏🏼You guys ROCK!

Big Fan of WOOF DEN! They have really went above & beyond in helping me care for my WEIMARANER. The Owner James has an outstanding staff !! Was there this morning for a simple nail trim. When I walked in, they knew the Dog & why I was there. Highly recommend!!!

Our dog loves it here! He gets so excited even hearing us mention it. They let the dogs interact and play! After all that's what they are really there to do- not just a room to stay. The staff are really friendly. We recently boarded Bailey there for a week. When we were delayed getting home from our vacation they were super accommodating extending Bailey's stay change his grooming to work with our changing plans.

DISGUStING HORRIFIC ANIMAL ABUSE!!!!This is the most horrible treatment of my family’s dog. You don’t even deserve one star.Your neglect of Gus has left him scarred for life, emotionally as well as physically.You won’t pay the vet bill and reimburse the family for the traumatizing stay at your facility unless negative reviews are removed. I hope negative reviews force you out of business because of the animal abuse you inflict on innocent animals.

My dog Penny loves the Woof Den! She gets so excited to see the workers and they all know her by name. They always let me know which friends she got to play with that day and how she did. I’ve used their daycare, boarding, and grooming services and have no complaints.

I was very disappointed with how the grooming appointment went. Our appointment started at 8:30 am but we were told groomer was not on site at this time and she did not arrive until a half hour later. I couldn’t speak to groomer at drop off so I came back to speak to her before any grooming was started and she went back and looked at my fur baby for less than a minute and said she was really “matted” and needed to probably shave her. I request for her to keep the hair as long as she could cause I knew she wasn’t matted everywhere but at pick up she was completely shaved and her cut around her ears and face were uneven. She had a little raw spot on her right paw at pick up and i was told that there was a little rash on her belly. 24 hours later her belly rash spread all over and there was tiny bumps under her armpits that formed and there was minor cuts on her legs. Her rash on her paw got worst so I took her into our vets office and they said she had a bacterial infection. This all happened after she was groomed within a 24 hour time frame and it was mentioned that it could have been caused at grooming with what types of equipment they used that was not sanitary. Needless to say, my poor fur baby has had a rough few days and we will not be coming back. We were thrilled to come to the Woof Den after all the good reviews but this was very upsetting!!

The Woof Den is an AMAZING place to take your fur baby!! I always feel comfortable leaving our shepherd with them! There are other dog boarding businesses closer to our house, but we go out of our way to take her to the Woof Den because we know she'll be loved and well taken care of. We have not only used them for boarding, but grooming as well and they are superb and very reasonably priced!! The employees are so friendly and go above and beyond for our Rizzo. It's a good feeling knowing your baby is in good hands!

Wolf Den is the absolutely the best doggy daycare and boarding facility on the Western side of Lake Norman! I highly recommend taking your fur baby there. It is my dog Bear's favorite place. He loves to go and hang out with his pals at daycare.

We boarded our dogs here several times over the summer and they were so well taken care of! They get so excited whenever we drive in the parking lot and cannot wait to go in. They are 11 years old and are on several medications and they took the time to make sure each pill was taken every single day. Even when we do not need boarding, we will continue to use the grooming every few weeks because they come out so clean and their skin seems so much less irritated. We would highly recommend to anyone!

This was the first drop off I have done since this world has been turned on end with The Rona, so a few things have changed since CoCo last visited. I called before dropping CoCo off, to add nail trimming to her visit, which was easily accommodated. At drop off, instead of going in with CoCo, I was met outside, and was told for safety and health reasons, I would need to take her leash with me, as opposed to leaving it hung up for pick-up. Not an issue, as it totally makes sense!! My extra service was quickly processed via credit card, and I was sent an email receipt. My dog always comes home happy and tired, and with her nails nicely trimmed when I ask them to be done. Always friendly staff, and it is really nice that they remember who we are...like Cheers, lol!! Great service, great prices, convenient location, we love it! Aloha =)

Took my puppy for first time away from home for 4 days. This resort is great I called every day to check on her and they knew immediately which puppy I called about and was able to tell me how she was doing so good with other puppies. I will definitely use them again. Home away from home

Cageless facility with outdoor pool. Dogs get quiet time indoors and lots of supervised play time outside. New owner and staff are great. My 76 pound lab mix enjoys her stay here.

We love the Woof Den Dog Resort & Kadow does too. Kadow has become so must more socialized with other dogs since he started going there. I would recommend them to anyone that would think about taking their Dog there for Fun times! 🐕🐕🐶🐶
