I want to commend an exceptional employee, I believe her name was Mars, she gave outstanding advice when it came to questions about my dog food! She was very informative and honest, every time me and my boyfriend visits she is always happy to help! Dog supplies have been our staple for months and I couldn’t recommend a better place! The staff works above par all the time! However there has been a few times it has taken awhile for us to get help in the store due to staff being elsewhere, completely understandable though given the high demand for help!

I can say that I don't think I've ever had a bad experience here!! By chance we needed a dog bed today and they were 40% off! I wish I had asked the name of the lady who helped us, she was GREAT! they always seem to be running some type of sale on some items, and all of the staff seem to really love dogs!!

Love this store!! (And now we don’t have to travel to the east side of Huntersville- although I used to before the Denver store opened) Staff is always so friendly and helpful & they have a Huge variety of dog & cat food, as well as treats and toys. We often find good sales & I always recommend my local friends to shop here for their fur babies.

UPDATE. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from the store manager regarding my experience with the store clerk. I’ve been back to the store and have received excellent service. Mostly everyone who works there is knowledgeable about the products and wants to help pet owners make the right selection for their pet(s). Previous post: I’ve been buying dog food from the Denver location since it opened. Usually the staff, especially the Manager are very helpful and knowledgeable. Since the store offers quality dog food it is expected that the staff be somewhat knowledgeable about the different brands and can assist a customer with decisions about which dog food may be best suited for their pet. I’ve never been disappointed until today when I stopped in to buy dog food. They only had one customer other than me. The sales clerk was not friendly, her responses to my questions were curt and she acted like she had a problem with me. When I’m spending $$$$ buying expensive dog food I expect basic polite customer service. Due to this clerk’s poor attitude she stood out from the rest of the more personable and helpful staff I’ve encountered at this location. Hopefully she was just having a bad day and will fix her attitude. Otherwise I may just start ordering my dog food online.

Came in looking for a specific Purina Pro Plan for my senior dog. They did not have it in stock. After asking the staff if it was present, they went to the effort of looking the product up, and stating that they could have it in stock by Tuesday. Great service, offering to order the product in and to call us when it arrived. Love that they went the extra mile to obtain the product.

I just found this place by accident yesterday. But I absolutely fell in love with this place because they have so many natural treats for my two little dogs (12lbs and 20lbs) that don't cost an arm and a leg. Will definitely be going back with my 12lbs little girl so she can pick out her own treat

Dog supplies of Denver is a phenomenal store to shop for all of your pets needs! The staff and owner are all about providing their customers with the best service every visit! If your burnout finding the same old pet products for your dog at the pet stores you go to, you will find Dog Supplies a pleasant experience bordering on excitement!The selection of products are items that are hard to find even with Amazon, and their pricing is on par with Amazon if not better in some cases. They offer specials, and a free membership that a credit you points to be used as cash.If you have a dog, you would just be excited to walk the house and see products that are unfamiliar and enlightening!

Absolutely wonderful store! It’s my dog’s favorite place to go, since he gets lots of love, treats, and toys! The people there are super sweet and helpful, and it’s nice seeing all of the dogs’ pictures on the walls!They also have a donation table outside for anyone with pets in need of food/accessories, and are very community oriented!Would highly recommend to anyone and their pups!

I love this dog supplies store! They have a great variety of food, treats and toys that keeps me coming back. They also have a great rewards program that every dollar spent gets something back at different point levels. There are even brands in the store that have their own rewards program! I highly recommend this location - they have great customer service and are always helpful when I have questions!

Best selections and pricing for pet supplies. Always drive to the main store in Huntersville but now there is this store closer. This store is a smaller store, could be full size and still do well. They have a loyalty program to get a certain amount off and buy 12 bags of food and the 13th one free.

My dog just had surgery on his face so I bought a blow up cone alternative, the lady told me that if it doesn’t work we can always return it. We go home & put it on & my dog immediately started scratching his stitches on his face, so I brought it back & they were very understanding and allowed me to return even though I lost the package. I appreciate y’all!! Great customer service every time I come!
