This store needs major attention or new management! The employees are very hit and miss as far as helping customers. The garden center is atrocious! They should be embarrassed letting this store look this way being its new. I would say 50% of all the garden center plants are dead from no water and still on the shelf. These plants are also regular price. Come on Tractor Supply, this doesn't look good.

Tractor Supply did a great job with the layout and design on this NEW location. This is a beautiful facility. When picking up an online order, it was in and out within a few minutes. The staff were friendly and helpful. Denton and the surrounding areas are lucky to have this reputable chain of farm/garden and more store. Enjoy!

Ever time I shop there the cashier will argue with you about sale price of item. If the sign says it is 50% off of the lowest marked price then that's what it should be and they will not even double check this has happened twice. And then she'll ask you if you still want it at full price or not. I guess I'll go back to the Albemarle store.

I have visited the new location in Denton several times since they opened and I have received great service each time. On my most recent visit, there were 2 young ladies working up front and they went above and beyond to help me! Leilani (sp)? was the name of one of them, but unfortunately I didn't get the name of the other young lady. While I was there I was looking for a couple different items, and one of them was out of stock. After helping me look for it in the store for several minutes, they informed me that I could order it online and have it shipped to the store at no charge, which they happily helped me do.I also needed to look up some information about a product I wanted to purchase, but had forgotten my phone. They quickly looked it up for me, gave me the information I needed, and at no time made me feel like I was being a bother.Finally, I needed to purchase a 50lb bag of feed, but realized I had forgotten it while I was checking out. Not only did Leilani immediately offer to go get it for me, she also graciously carried it to my vehicle and loaded it up.I will absolutely be shopping at this location again and greatly appreciate the exceptional customer service I have received each time.

So happy that Tractor Supply has come to Denton! TS is wonderful…. Friendly, helpful staff… well stocked store… and I love the pet wash station. My 2 pugs love bath time ❤️

When I came to this store the other day I asked some tall skinny fella with a lisp, I believe his name was Chase for help and he left me standing and never came back. At first i thought he couldn't have been a day out of high school as he had braces and acne. I thought he was just a regular employee, but it turns out he's the manager. I would not shop here!

They might as well go on ahead and fire that Chase fella, he is a liar, he tries to steal money, and he steals from his store and calls it "damages." Get that kid outta there!
