BEWARE: FALSE ADVERTISING ! January 14 2023. Sirloin tip roast was advertised for 4.49 pound. I had my husband pick up two. When he got home I discovered they were 5.99 a pound. I called and asked if they were on sale. I was told they were sold out. I told him my husband had just picked up two.Then the story was they we’re about to run out SO THEY TOOK THEM OFF SALE they didn’t won’t to run out. When you have a product on sale for a certain time period does it not remain on sale until you run out or the sale period is up ? I was told they would get the owner to the phone which didn’t happen. I was told I could bring them back. I SAID REALLY WITH THE GAS PRICES. I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING THERE AGAIN.

Phenomenal store! Visited this store the other day and bought quite a bit of meat and a few other items not carried in my local grocery store. The meat is awesome! You can not beat their quality and you will love their prices. I live almost an hour away but I will be returning weekly to stock up.

Love this small local grocery store! We make it a point to go here every year when we are in town for the Old Threshers Reunion. They have a great a meat selection with fresh meat. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Not as much selection but hardly any waiting in check out line!

Great little grocery store. Feels like going back 20 years or more. Always good prices on meat. They have everything without the big store name or price. The meat counter in the back is always there if you need something. Buy local support local.

I really love the meat. It's a great convenience to be able to run into this store to pick up a few things. But........ the staff is very unfriendly. So sad for a small town grocery store to not be friendly. You can barely hear a response from the people if you ask a question. Especially behind the meat counter. I go in all the time to buy things, and it is a strange atmosphere.

This is my go-to place in the Denton area to buy meats almost all the time. Their meat section is usually very well priced, and specials are fantastic. I consider that's a good local business and I'm happy to support them. If you haven't done it you should try their chicken salad.

This place doesn't even deserve the one star I gave it. I witnessed a man what appeared to be bacon cuts from his pick up truck in to the store to the so called meat department. I've heard of fresh, however I've witnessed this more than once. The selection before and during the pandemic has been terribleYou buy potatoes. You get them home only to realize most of them are rottenI'd stay clear from hereNot to take more of your time. They also take the chicken livers which you can get them anywhere. They just divide out the amount and repackage them and hike the price up

Drove down from Asheboro and were amazed at the selection of meats, especially the prices. Everything looked very fresh. We spent $60 and stocked our freezer with two roasts, eight NY strips, country ham, side meat and a gigantic pork butt roast for Super Bowl Sunday, that'll serve at least 10. Lanier's is worth the trip!!!

This was our very first time here and we purchased several packs each of chicken thighs & legs, as well as a pork tenderloin, a pack of leg quarters, and two pork roasts.We live in Ramseur and happened to be making a quick trip to Badin Lake, so we drove out here. You canNOT beat these prices and we certainly will be coming back!The young ladies that rang us up were great too.

A good small store that carries a big selection of items and the meat department is excellent, the produce department sometimes has overripe items so you have to pick around.The people are always friendly and I do enjoy shopping there !

Ive been told for three years since living in Lexingron to get meat at Laniers. Ive bought my meat in Stokesdale for 18 years. But its a long drive to Stokesdale. So Fri I went to Laniers and bought their 80% ground beef and a WHOLE boneless Ribeye. Spent $97. Well all I can say is I will be driving back to Stokesdale. This was the worse meat Ive ever had. It not only had no beef flavor but was so tough it is ridiculous. Anybody wanna buy a whole Ribeyeinus 2 steaks?
