Very nice hardware store, clean and well stocked. Ordered a large outdoor hanging thermometer on line picked it up in a few days. The people working there are very nice and friendly. I will be going back there to look around more.

Always welcomed when I enter and associates are easy to locate for help. If one passes by me, they ask if I need help finding something. They are very helpful in listening to what I need and lead me to the section they are stored. The atmosphere is why I return to shop. Thank you for your customer service!!

Well let me start with what a waste of my time looked up on web unable to find what I need called and talked (if you can call it that )with someone who was less than happy to help so found that they had lumber I needed in stock so told him I would be there after work to get the product. web site said open tell 6 pm when I rushed to get there to find a sign on front window stating lumber yard closed at 5pm. no one could have said when I called just be here prior to 5pm. evidently my time is not valuable to this place. I am sorry I can't take the day off work to come to your store and spend my money . So if you live here and need building supplies go to elizabeth city or Williamston it's worth the gas.i am done with Kellogg....

Wonderful place, lots of selections. The outside and inside of establishment was neat and well kept. Found exactly what I was looking for very easily. Checkout person was exceptionally nice and outgoing. Price of what I got was nice and about the same as other places.

This store has AMAZING customer service. The manager was helping my father-n-law figure out how to install a flag pole on the pier. When he didn’t quite understand what we needed he rode out to the house to see the problem for himself. As a result our new flag pole is flying high and we will be dedicated customers for life!

I've been coming to the Edenton store for years. Not too long ago a new manager, Patrick, came to the store. Since he's been there the level of customer service has really been raised. There's a culture of service that permeates the place, and every employee I have encountered since he's been the manager has seemed energized and focused on helping the customer. Having run over a dozen customer service call centers I know what good service looks like. Hats off to Kelloggs for bringing in such a great leader. Clearly he is leading by example and it shows. it's an absolute pleasure to shop here!

Just went there today, they helped me with everything. They have knowledgeable people in their store, that will answer questions over the phone, if you call. They hold things at the front counter, if call in advance, so you don't have to walk around the whole store. Great attitude, incredible personalities, will stop at nothing & help you with anything that you need help with. I so recommend this store 💯%. It is located in Edenton, NC but it's well worth the drive if you're in Elizabeth City, Hertford & all the surrounding areas. Great prices, just great overall people. The store is clean, up to date & smells good when you walk in.

They may be a little more expensive. But that is exceeded by their customer service and inventory. Unlike the blue big box store that employees walk the other direction when you need to ask a question and they never have everything on your list.

GREAT store, lots of inventory and variety! Nice lawn and garden section and housewares, too! This store will save us many trips to Elizabeth City and that "other store." Now if they would build us a GOOD grocery store! I can dream. Thank you, Kellogg!!

I went in and paid cash ($450.00) for a water heater one afternoon. It was to be picked up and installed by my plumber the next day. When my plumber arrived the next day there was no water heater in stock. He called me and asked me to speak with the folks at the store because he was still on the clock and had already removed the old heater and the house was without water.Kellog folks said there should be one arriving in the next shipment tomorrow. Tomorrow was not acceptable since the house was without water and I was paying a plumber to stand around. I asked for my money back so I could go to the Lowes and pick one up today. Kellog folks said they could only refund $75.00 of the $450.00 CASH that I had paid them the day before.I wish I could them less than 1 star! They appear to be in the business of hustling folks since they are the only lumber yard in town.

I have shopped at Kellog Supply in Edenton for several years. They are a breath of fresh air and a "throwback" to earlier times. Their customer service is beyond excellent. Just today I was there looking for a nut and a bolt for a marine applications. One of the gentlemen there spent 45 minutes helping me to come up with a solution. I've purchased lumber there and many household items. From the workers to the cashiers, they are all a class act. This kind of service is just not experienced in most places. Clearly they outperform any of the "big box" stores.

Great hardware store with quality merchandise and helpful, friendly staff. Nice garden center, as well as a great selection of home goods, grills and outdoor furniture. Avoid the crowds at the mega stores by shopping local.

Just moved here from Charlotte where I was a hard core Lowes shopper. Thought I was going to have to travel to Lowes in Eliz City until I was told about Kellogg's here in Edenton. These folks have GREAT customer service and products for a good price. Any business is judged by their employees and everyone in this store is the best at what they do. 5 Stars from me.
